My day yesterday was full of synchronistic events and this video is one of them.
I received a video link for my last weekend vibezz article, in which I wrote about the matrix and incomplete history, in case I find it interesting. I also shared this video on the blog.
Later, as I was browsing Facebook, I saw another recommended video on Pam Gregory's page and it piqued my interest, which I have now shared with you. As it turned out, this video was also uploaded by the same channel as the one I shared before. Also, at the end of this video, there is a sentence " We might be living in a giant, Earth sized escape room."

The last two weeks of the August energy shift have been beautiful and intense. Higher realms witnessed our unified expansion in the Lightbody, DNA, and Kryst Heart.
These are the purest, most refined frequencies we have experienced so far. Trance-like sensations are felt as our consciousness expands in these new harmonics. Increased visions, rising from old structures/realities, freedom of the heart, and the occasional sudden need for rest, to allow the body to integrate these very high plasma frequencies.
Realm-shifting harmonics inspire creativity and deep meditation in the living stillness of zero point. Gaia asks us to hold the field for the next unfoldments. Stargate-keepers and stewards of the Crystalline flows, it will be an active month.
September Gateways
The current refinement of the Kryst/Unity field changes our Ascension experience. Positive outcomes amplify, lesser agendas fade. Mother Plasma intelligence is rapidly increasing in frequency, due to field-plasma-conduit coherence. We are able to receive and generate this new light as fast as it rises.
This acceleration quickens each moment, no longer inhibited by denser magnetic influence. Narratives flip with more ease, grace, and acceptance. Revelations become stronger and more frequent as the lower realms collapse.
The September gateways are unique, and will connect conduits of Kryst/Unity consciousness. This unified activation of the I AM Presence level changes collective realities and outcomes. Conduits are more stable now, since the Heart stargates have established a direct reconnection to Source. This enables conduits to hold these higher frequencies without any entanglement in collective fears or external projections.
As the true power of LoveLight Intelligence increases, conduits of the I AM Presence rise into fully functional organic Creator BEings.

We open next week (September 3-7) and usher in the new flows for the brief and powerful 15-day Eclipse-Equinox-Eclipse window. This provides greater strength for Co-Creators of the new realm intelligence. Aligned conduits of the I AM Presence become stronger, amplifying the higher realities of Gaia right through us. This is a perfect time to declutter your home, any negative self-talk, your day-to-day habits, and your energy. Simplify and purify is the message here. As we shift into higher frequencies which many of us are feeling, recognise that we always create from energy. Jupiter at this New Moon is conjunct the dwarf planet Altjira, the creator god of the Aboriginal people who believe that everyone exists in Dreamtime as well as in 3D, and our existence in Dreamtime is the more real and important. It is from here that we create our everyday reality. Altjira is also linked to our ability to shed any unhelpful social programming which has held us back, and this works well with the cleansing and clearing energy of Virgo.
This sense of Dreamtime where we create from our imaginations works so well with our free 15 minute meditations on Sundays at 7pm UK time. We have always created from energy all the time, it's just we have been largely unaware of it, but are increasingly moving into a time when we become much more conscious of how we are building an architecture of light which forms our future reality.
Many people can see this grid or web of light around the Earth in our Sunday meditations which is thrilling, there is a lot of telepathy going on in the group. For those of you who may be in that situation where you have been seeing your body as the enemy or that it's letting you down, as much as it's important to acknowledge all of your feelings and not in any way deny feelings of disappointment, anger, or grief, it is also important to move through them and to not remain in them. Even if your body is not behaving or functioning the way you want it to or the way you think you would like it to right now, it is still important to acknowledge that “I love my body.” It's still important to honor this incredible vehicle of yours that your soul is in, so that there is a higher potential for harmony and healing.
Affirmations are a great way to reprogram ourselves. We say an affirmation out loud or in our mind, and it starts to fine tune and recalibrate who we are and how we see ourselves in the world and what we'll allow to come to us. So, the affirmation I want to give you that came through is, "I allow myself to become more fully me." "I allow myself to become more fully me." And just let that reverberate through yourselves and your body as you say it. It may bring up a release. It may bring up joy. It may make you want to dance around the house. Anything is good, but if you get a feeling from that affirmation, use it for a while and keep reciting it because it will help yourselves and your energy field start to open up to you becoming more fully yourself.
I am a visionary and often shown things and when this happens, I think to myself: "Most of humanity have no inkling of the enormity of what is happening now. Not in the distant future, but in the present, knowing that present and future are one and the same."
We get blinded by the seeming physical while the multi-dimensional events are occurring on magnificent scale within us and all around us, and so few are even aware of this.
Within the forming and full anchoring in of our new DNA and Solar Crystalline Lightbodies, simultaneously so much more is being activated through light and sound frequencies, sacred geometries, keys and codes, even new octaves of such, ushering in a brand new existence on all levels which we have not known before.
I see these as cosmic switches being turned on.
This is why we sometimes feel as if we are walking between worlds, for now our cosmic soul is being tuned in and activated at much higher levels and this ripples through all our bodies and energy fields. New sacred geometrical patterns are forming, like cymatic patterns and the sacred sounds, light patterns, sacred geometries, light encodements and so much more, are being created within us and synchronized.
It is profound. A total rebirth.
This makes us very sensitive and as our awareness grows, our energetic fields will send information back to us, which we now need to "read" in much higher frequency bands. These signals go directly into our solar plexus, our higher heart centers and pineal and the KA glands above our heads act like huge cosmic transmitters.
Cleansing of the energy fields day and night is a necessity now, to make room for more light, sound etc. to enter and be absorbed. Quiet time, tuning in time, deep breathing time.
It is not now time to try and read the future for your soul, as you are already cocreating the future you in this present moment!
What are you choosing to create? As said before, hold the vision in your heart and as you are being activated now in the highest degrees, never lose sight of that vision. Allow yourself to become it!
We are never given more than we can handle, and indeed only given the flight ticket in time to board the plane into the next planetary and cosmic phase unfolding.
Then surrender the rest into Higher Hands, for all is indeed perfectly coming together in perfect Divine timing, and not in yours.

For instance, peaks were seen before 9/11 and the death of Princess Diana. Another peak, this time going beyond the normal measurement scale as of August 28th, is being registered.
We are aware that we are already within the energy of Uranus stationing at 27°15' Taurus on the 1st/2nd September as well as Pluto retrograding back into the 'crisis' or anaretic degree of Capricorn at the same time. Something big is coming!!!
The Global Consciousness Project, GCP, is a global network of random generators. The graph can be used to determine the global field of consciousness, which always shoots up when there are major events that consciously or unconsciously bring the random generators into coherent states. Since 27 August, the increase in coherence explodes to heights last seen with the 9/11 event, indicating maximum event probabevility, with global impact. The graph is published with a time delay of 2 days and so we only see here the level on 28 August, but the daily measurement shows permanent maximum values and already on 28 August the graph shot beyond the measurement scale, indicating that something very, very big is about to spread, which will have a global effect! - ...
We have reached the last days of August and this Sunday September will arrive. This month was not uneventful in terms of events, nor energetically, and I feel that it was not easy. When I think about it, this year has been much harder than the previous ones and as much as I want the coming months to be easier, this will be the opposite. When they say that "our soul has trained itself through many incarnations to be here", it rings true, since we can "witness" and "experience" great changes and we are already in the midst of them.
One of the most difficult changes is the inner transformation, as so many traumas and shadows come up for us to finally see and let go of, as well as the physical discomforts that have become part of our lives as this transformation and evolution continues. The slow dying of the matrix is rather painful for our ego, on the one hand because it is "slow" and many of us would like to experience "spectacular" improvement and development in our daily lives, but on the other hand, we are so used to the "old" that a certain aspect of us downright hates change. the sacrifices, the "dust" and the discomfort caused by this breakdown. In fact, it is like renovating a house, with a lot of planning and discomfort, new problems often arise that need a good solution, but it can also be exciting to be able to design and build and shape our home according to our own taste, dreams and ideas.
In fact, we do not have comprehensive and complete information about what is happening in the background or in our everyday life on earth, since we get all information from outsiders and each such outsider has different pieces of information, like a piece of a puzzle and sees it from different angles. I don't know which is better, lack of information or too much information mixed with lies.
We have already gotten used to the fact that the Cabal has never hidden its plans and the truth from us, since everything is right in front of our noses - be it art, movies, music, politics, money - everything contains their symbols, we are simply blind to see because we have been programmed since childhood and these signals have become habitual and we don't know what we should be looking at, and also such a fast frame that only our subconscious can see it.
Today's modern man does not have much time to critical think or just sit down with themself and just exist in silence, as this system takes care of that. To "fit into the system" from our childhood - kindergarten, school - where they shape our thoughts, fill us with "knowledge" and the lies of the system, and then, because of our livelihood, we chase money until we retire or even after. And when the system has drained our life force in the struggle for our existence in the matrix and we have some energy, then we sit down and amuse ourselves with all kinds of distractions, such as movies, games, social media for a pinch of happiness and satisfactions to recharge our battery. It's all perfectly designed to be part of this system so that we don't think, don't see, don´t speak up and don't have time for this kind of luxury. And when we would rest for our retirement years, by which time our health will suffer great damages and we will realize in the minutes before our death that it was not really worth it. Life is not about that, and many of us regret not living a quality life, not spending more time with our loved ones and the things that really matter and loved.
If we look at the system from a bird's eye view and with a simple "scientific" mind, we will realize that it is a very well designed cage. The "beings" who designed and created this actually know very well the people, their psychology, how to motivate them, how to silence them and what it really takes to imprison the human race here. What research work, knowledge and technology were needed to develop this system and how many millennia it has been standing. What a conceited and superior race they can be, that a human race created by several different star nations can simply be lured here, held captive and used as an element in their dead system. How many tricks, implants and mind programs are needed to make this place work. Just think about how much "star seed", light and time it takes to break out of it.
In fact, this system is a dead matrix, no different from the structures that are part of our everyday life. The many technical devices that we use, be it PCs, TVs, household appliances, are all dead devices, since they do not work without a power source, and the same characteristic applies to this matrix. If we weren't here, it wouldn't work, because we operate the system with our own energy, that is, we are the battery in it. Maybe it's the trick in this system to think we're locked in, but it might actually be an illusion. If we examine and understand how this system was created and for what purpose, we can quickly discover the key to our liberation. As the "creator" is, so is this place. So, since this system operates with a lot of information concealment, manipulation, tricks and illusions and with it the "stranger aliens" and their minions hiding in the "dark", who are afraid of the light and the administration of justice and whose main motivation is power and domination itself, then the way out is in front of our eyes, that is, rather within us. On the one hand, they fear us, they fear us our unity, they fear our power, our light and our truth. They are afraid that we will find out that we are living in an illusion and that we are actually free and can slam the door on them at any time.
In the course of our history, we have tried several times to break down the matrix and train human consciousness higher, but so far they have all ended in failure, which we started again in the form of a reset. In fact, if you think about it, our history is bleeding from several wounds, full of holes and false.

Even the ancient pharaohs were fond of using this "falsification of history" and the elimination of certain opponents or even the previous pharaoh from history, erasing all evidence even of his or her existence or simply writing false information about it.
There are many theories that we are not actually in the current year 2024, and that history is missing a few hundred or even 1000 year, and several historical eras have been washed up. The phenomenon of Tartaria is still "obscurity" to this day. What if Tartaria was the era before the reset, and to this day we only "inherited" these beautiful and huge buildings, bridges and creations, that is, we were "resettled" here. If you visit an old castle or watch historical series or movies, have you ever thought about why the ceiling height of these buildings is actually so high? Why are these building and room doors so huge? Maybe these Tartarian were high like a giants? This would explain a lot. The doors and ceilings of old European apartment buildings are also high, which, let's face it, is not really efficient in terms of heating, and these old building designs can be found all over the world. When you compare the beautiful design of these houses, bridges, streetlights, art works and parks with this modern day architecture which is flat, unadorned and boring....something has gone very wrong.
The abundance of orphans, baby incubators and orphan trains and the "mud flood" can all be related to these reset theories and the "murky and holey" theory of history. But the question is, what actually happened? It's a fascinating rabbit hole and I love mysteries and "lost civilizations".
It's a bit funny, though, that a lot of people in prominent positions, who are afraid of the justice system, arrange their deaths or run away and live happily in their underground luxury bunkers or even other planets. The cabal members also betray their masters in exchange for their lives, they switch to the other side, so we realize that they are actually cowards and only a few entities at the top of the food chain who actually have "balls", are dangerous and ready to fight to the end.
But what if this is all just part of the good old duality and free will universe game. Maybe this system is some kind of galactic "escape room" game in one of the more hidden parts of our Universe and only the very brave souls come here to see if they can escape from here. The Source has its own humor and I think there is a plan that is perfect and news sources here and there, in fact everything is going according to plan.

This post isn't complete without music. This week's music and more music is from Klangphonics a 30 minutes live performance in a beautiful Black Forest. This German band is a trio that produces and performs live electronic music by using a combination of electronic elements and acoustic instruments, they bridge the gap between producer and live band. Their music is kinda melodic techno and energetically "clean", organic and full of liveliness. My favourite music starts around 12:05 and 16:45 minutes but I don´t know the title and the Shazam also was not helpful in this case...by the way the guitar solo is amazing in this live. These guys are hidden gems if you like these kind of music.

We are now entering into a phase of profound clearing and recalibration. We are immersed in a period of constant transformation that will lead us to stabilization, especially with the second eclipse in Libra in October. A period in which correcting our bodies is vital not to fall into densification, as my Guides call the opposite phenomena of density emancipation, for as you know densification is the process in which we create more density in our bodies and hence fragmentation.
Many of the causes of densification are related to the many reversals we still hold within our light body, especially in our masculine and female star tetrahedrons, for both are not spinning at all, as I often see or in reverse positions.
Another cause of profound densification is being attached energetically, spiritually, mentally, emotionally, or psychically as it attacks lower energies, like parasites, debris, and other influences, and it depletes our life force and impedes us from embracing more light.
Many of you also have implants in your crown, which is one of the reasons for not being able to descend all the guidance you feel in your heart is there, and that cannot be decoded.
Many of you are now releasing sixth and seventh-dimensional implants, non-benevolent connections, imprints, and any other blockages that kept you from being reconnected to who you are, to your dimensions of origin, and above all, to your God Self, for there are many the Truths we are now able to see, removing false programs and beliefs that damage our energetic bodies.
The eclipses are a great source of alchemy, they alter our magnetic fields, and allow more light transmissions into our planetary grids. They also bring now for us the opportunity to distill what no longer serves our bodies and lives, becoming more healed and whole and allowing as well all the light transmissions that are entering our planet into our bodies. Together with Virgo energies, we have ahead a propitious time to bring more recalibration, balance, purity, and restoration into ourselves.
The eclipses will also help us manifest new potentialities that arise from the inner transformation we are experiencing. New aspects of our soul mission, ways of living, and thinking, are now being embodied, for as we evolve so do our habits.
This last phase of the year is very important as it prepares our bodies to receive higher encodements, for us to continue our work of energetic reconstruction and reconnection, in the following months, in which the harmonics codes will be amplified and we will have more resting periods.
It has not been always easy for us to reach this stage, but it is always worth it to see how we continue to release more old layers of our self and embody more illumined ones, retrieving our soul memories and divine abilities to bring more assistance, love, and healing in our unique way.
Today and always yours is the choice to remain in your Higher Heart, within divine love and harmony, or choose differently. Each choice creates a different timeline, that will align you to the Earth reality that corresponds to it.
Ascension is a conscious choice of dwelling in the love that we are, so we can extend this Love to the whole. It is this inner state of being the one that determines what you experience, with whom, and where you are heading in your personal soul path, and no one and nothing else but you. Own your power and choose wisely what to think, feel, and create next, Beloveds.
Be PATIENT with yourself as that next level desire surges up. Don't worry if it then goes away an hour or two later. That's part of the process at the moment. There's an up and a down force in motion and know that you aren't doing anything wrong. You are right in the heart of the energetics of the planet. And part of all of this for us is we haven't lived through a period like this before on earth, so our minds don't necessarily fully understand it. We can't fully track it. It's new to us. So, the little freak outs that we can all have about, "What the hell's going on down here?", are quite to be expected. What will help is if you can just keep breathing into- “What do I need next? What do I need right now in this now moment? Where can I place my focus right now that is going to bring me to a calmer, more open and more supported state?”
We did it!!! We are now officially in individual time in the process of unweaving from collective time fully on September 1st what this means is we will no longer be playing roles or scripts out for the collective and can finally physically meet the real self beyond illusion this is massive as it changes the game from a scripted one to a freestyle one allowing you to fully dream and be finally ending the collective weight letting us take flight to our highest outcomes !!! ::hugs::

Letting go clears up space in your consciousness
By focusing on your inner state you discover that in thought or emotion, you can find a point of peace and detachment. Concentration at this point in psychic life, that invisible point of inner space, is a neutral place where there is support to direct yourself when you focus on what you are experiencing.
Watch calmly and listen. This condition has some color, viscosity, size or feel.

You can sense a Presence... what happens to dilute the energy of this "painful thing". Looking deeper, you feel that there is no separation between you and that Consciousness, which is the same that lives on the surface and in the depths. That of your Higher Self, always ready to bring you Healing, Clarity and Love amidst the shadows.

In the journey of one's own path, many mistakes are possible because you are learning. You will go in one direction or the other and find out what's wrong and look for what's right for you.
Those who are too afraid of making mistakes and going wrong paths become paralyzed, and this is not the Purpose of spiritual experience on Earth.

We have shifted into a much higher dimensional frequency band, and this means that we now need to truly go deeper into our heart space, and therein with love, hold a picture, a vision, of the New Golden Age.
When the vision, the Soul Calling and Purpose is greater than the sum of all which is currently there now in your life, it is what will pull you through the immense energy shifts which are coming in the next few weeks, months and years. It is what will keep you disciplined and focused on your path, so that will not allow yourself to be pushed off kilter, or pulled right back into the old paradigm, which is busy dissolving.
As I shared with my students last night, when we know where we are going, the end destination, and hold this with so much love in our hearts, like a mother holds the unborn child in love and with love, even as the child is growing within her, we will keep being pulled back to nurturing that child, to connect with it, and to see this child not only being birthed, but growing and prospering, filled with beauty and joy!
I encourage you to truly go deeply into your heart and soul, and ask your highest soul self, what it is that you would like to see manifesting into form and being in the New Earth. Let your imagination fly and soar for no-thing is impossible. The soul knows this, and can stretch into infinity, which the mind cannot do! Get out of your mind and allow your ego to fall away and allow whatever comes forth in your expanded vision to sprout and blossom forth! It is the time to dream big dreams, dreams of unity, oneness, of communities of light, of a pristine world, where there is no pollution, where all life and life forms thrive and where we all communicate heart to heart, soul to soul, telepathically, and where lies and deceit have no place anymore.
All is heart-centered and love-centered.
The greater the vision you hold within your heart and soul, the more you will find that synchronicity will pull events, opportunities into your life and like-minded souls, who will not only share you vision but indeed help to manifest it all into form and being! For in truth in this present moment, that vision already exists!
Keep refocusing on that vision morning and night. Hold it in your heart-womb and keep nurturing it with the presence of love and tender care.
Do not share that vision but keep it within you.
Why? Because so often others who are not on the same wavelength will tread on your dreams, visions, and will negate it, because they cannot hear what you hear, see what you see, know what you know.
One day, you will find that those who share the same will find you and you will find them and then, you can compare notes, and this will bring your expanded creativity together AS ONE and you do not even need to be in the same place, for souls need no physicality to communicate soul to soul.
Our ascension journey is a continual process of purification and soul remembrance. During this time of heart expansion and amplification of the light transmissions received during this last phase, we move now into a purification phase with Virgo. Cleansing, especially after long periods of embodiment is another important part of our ascension journey, to release all we have healed and let go of.
It is now a time to work on etheric clearing through the removal of all cords, toxins, and debris that impede our bodies from embodying the new earth's transmissions and what we descend from our soul and God Self. A process that shall not be confused with what many of us are continually experiencing - density emancipation - as my Gudies call the process of releasing more of our 3D nature, as we continue embodying our fifth-dimensional one.
Many of you are now releasing density, due to the new level of consciousness embodied. This is a distillation process that can be very similar to feeling drained, with no energy at all. This is because your body is getting accustomed to a new frequency, a lighter one, releasing more density and then feeling the profound shift it involves, which is often felt with extreme fatigue and anxiety, as we literally are letting go of what we have carried since we were born on this plane.
This is why it is so important to scan our bodies and detect if we are under this process or if we too need to start a purification phase in which we release cords and any other attachments that keep us energetically drained, and blocked.
The more we heal, and cut ties with what impedes us to be free energetic beings, the more we will experience this process of lightening. Cords are often one of the most common issues that diminish our energy. Cords do not have to be necessarily created through relationships, they can also be connected to places, other timelines, and dimensional spaces, for we not only dwell in this present moment but in many other simultaneous ones.
Many of you have recurrent dreams about other people, places, or even spaces, dimensions, and beings you cannot consciously understand. This is one of the most common indications that you are still connected to astral influences, people, or other situations that you need to let go and cut cords with if you wish to retrieve your energy and become spiritually sovereign.
Virgo's essence is one of purification, assimilation, and distillation of what no longer serves us, for all of you hold a great divine potential within yourselves that is being diminished and drained by the many ties that link you to other sources and people.
It is part of who we are, and our journey to let go. When we do not let go of people, situations, and feelings, and resist what is natural, we create stagnation and stress, putting our body in alert mode, as it literally feels under attack.
Suffering is part of our human journey, although sometimes it is also caused by our unwillingness to let go.
If we were able to see into each other's soul, we would never engage with certain energies and people whose purpose and choices are different than ours.
We will never fall into old traps, and above all, we will never allow anyone to disrespect our sacred energy. However, this earth plane teaches us how to retrieve this ability through the many encounters and experiences we have, for it is what enriches our soul, helps our growth, and helps us remember the gift of empathy.
Until we reach this state of clearly seeing the essence of others, as it occurs in the illumined realms, where nothing can be hidden, we have our own inner compass, our feelings, which are the ones that let us know if we are putting our energy at risk, or if we are co-creating with people that are in perfect resonance with who we are.
Our choices create stability, peace, expansion, healing, love, or disharmony. Every choice serves us to learn who we are, the nature of our energy, and with who and what we wish to engage or not.
Every choice takes us closer to being denser or less, depending on what we choose to align with.

Your body is magnificent. It knows all your secrets, all your joys, all your fears. And every day, when you wake, it wakes with you, for you, and does all it can to allow you to move through the world and the experience of your life.
The experience of your life is dependent on the experience given by this magnificent body of yours. Can you fully love this body and be grateful for all it has given? Can you apologize to the parts of your body that you haven't loved, that you have judged, that you have rejected? Just as with our minds, there are parts of our lives, ourselves, our situations, that we don't like, that we push against, that we may struggle to accept. So too, is that the path with our bodies; and yet, our bodies are always doing the best they can by us, even when they are ailing, or parts of our body are struggling. The rest of the body is working towards sustaining your life. Keeping all the wheels turning inside so that you can continue to have this physical experience.

This is a really energetically alive time where emotions are concerned, but we're in the very early stages of more worldwide emotional awareness. So it's messy, and it does mean people are feeling things very deeply - people might be throwing their feelings at one another. But the reason I'm bringing this up is there can be a tendency for us as humans (and I've certainly seen this in the last year) to be very black and white about certain people, certain groups and their possibilities and ability to transform. I don't know about you, but at this age I look back at things and I see how, "Wow, I'm doing better with that now than I was 20 years ago." And so is the same true for many people on the planet right now, whom you might not agree with or believe in. So rather than fighting them or pushing against them, hold space for them to also transform.
The CEO of Telegram, Pavel Durov, was arrested in France this week under various allegations of not co-operating with authorities to censor his content. He is a vigorous believer in free speech.
It's interesting this has happened as Jupiter (truth) in Gemini (free speech, social media) is being squared by Saturn (limitation, constraint, governmental rules etc) in Pisces (what is true and what is not?). I suggested in a recent update that his could be a period of more stringent restrictions on free speech, and this is reinforced by Pluto in Aquarius.
The square between Jupiter and Saturn repeats on December 24th then again next June 15th. However it is operational throughout this period. It is also linked to the legitimacy and legality of top-down structures:
All the great masters and mystics chose the alone path, for it is the highest path, for then the greatest downloads and information and knowledge can be attained, for there is great blessing in this. But not because the heart is not filled with love – but rather because those alone times, prepare them to bring their calling and purpose into form and being in much higher and masterful ways, and then reach out to others and encourage them to do the same with love. We are in an intense time when the cosmic energies plus the solar flares, plus the energies released from both earths, are rising into crescendo, plus other cosmic events which are simultaneously occurring.
Yes, it is all happening at once, and not on visible levels so much, as on invisible levels and as our soul never sleeps (even when we are supposedly asleep) our soul is constantly briefed by our higher guides and Ascended Masters as to what is happening on universal and cosmic scale.
It is time to be gentle with yourself. To let go of all expectations of how things should be, ought to be, need to be, and this includes yourself.
N0-thing is ever going to be the same, for it is not meant to be the same anymore. It all changing form, and what appears to be solid, is not solid anymore. All is shifting form.
Yet, as our vibrational frequencies rise and as we morph from density into the light-filled new forms, we need to be patient with the process. I am always being told that if the changes happen too quickly, our physical forms will disintegrate completely, and so the energy shifts are geared to help our bodies to cope. Yet, it also depends on our emotional, mental and spiritual states as well, for they all are one single entity.
It is so necessary to not only make sure that your clear your energy fields every single day, morning and night, and add extra light bubbles in and around you, to help you to cope and not take in energies into your own fields which are not yours. Be careful what you are watching, what you are listening to, and what you read – you are in sole charge of your own soul, life and well being and no one else!
There are many things now happening on earth which are not broadcast, and yet at a deep level we are tuning into it all. And that “tuning in” is what will become the norm now, and this from the heart center, which always KNOWS for it can tune in multi-dimensional and as our own light quotients increase, the more tuned in we become. Listen to the feedback that is given by what you are tuning in and trust it implicitly and go deeper within and stop listening outside of yourself. All you need to know is already there within you.
Yes, it is challenging at times, yet there are simultaneously so many miracles happening, all at once! With challenges always come simultaneous support, for life strives for BALANCE!
