Heaven and Earth Technique

This is a powerful technique that can help to increase life force, protection, and aid in healing.


1. Stand up straight, and as you breathe in, lift your arms up slowly above your head, and while you do that, visualize your intention/will/brilliant white Light, flowing upwards from your Earth star chakra (which is 20cm below your feet), through all your meridians and chakras in the whole body, through your legs, through your central channel in your torso both in the front and in the back along the spine, up through your arms and your head, up to your Soul star chakra 20 cm above your head.

2. Now as you breathe out, bring your arms back down slowly and visualize the same thing going back down the other way, from Soul star chakra to Earth star chakra via all your meridians and chakras along your whole body.

3. Repeat this process as long as you feel guided, and while you do this, also visualize the same white light spinning around your aura, as you breathe in it is going upwards from the Earth star chakra in counter clockwise direction, and as you breathe out it is going downwards from the Soul star chakra in clockwise direction.

Take your time to breathe in and out and move your arms slowly, allow yourself to give intention to your whole body.

You can also, instead of brilliant white Light, use the Violet Flame, the White fire of AN, the Blue flame of Archangel Michael, Pink loving Goddess Light, etc, anything you feel guided in the moment.

Whichever you choose to work with, visualize it going up and down through all meridians and chakras, and spinning up and down in your aura, synchronized with the breath, as described above.

This technique can help, among other things, to become aware of any blockage that may exist somewhere in the body, which you may experience as a difficulty to move the energy past a certain spot in your body, or difficulty to place your attention on a particular spot. If you become aware of such things you can send more intention and energy towards that spot, send the Violet Flame or the White fire of AN or any other you feel guided, let it flow thoroughly through it, and let it be anchored in it.

Remember the vast majority of issues in the body originate in the non-physical first, especially in plasma and etheric, so by working on our energy body we can help the physical body also.

This technique can also increase life force by strengthening the conversion-inversion vortex of the body that is centered in the heart. This increases protection, strength, guidance, etc

You can practice this at least once a day and its power will increase. If the energy flow makes you feel like moving other parts of your body then you can allow it, but it's recommended to keep it slow and focused. You can also if needed do it without moving the arms, but it is more powerful when the visualization is connected with the breath and physical movement.

Energetic Dissuasion and Free Will Manifestation

Energetic dissuasion has been a very widespread issue on this planet, that seems to not be well understood yet even among Lightworkers.

The dark have a system in place to dissuade people from doing positive things, which they have set up in a way to try that people do not realize it is happening. They use a synergy of :

- Physical and non-physical implants
- Physical and non-physical personally directed weapons, beaming frequencies of certain negative thoughts, feelings, suggestions, energies, etc
- Black magic
- Non-physical negative entities

They have people under quasi-constant surveillance, and they use all these things daily, adapted to each moment, to dissuade people from doing positive things, by making them forget about it, or 'not feel like it', or believe they can't do it, or be drawn away from it one way or another. They work hard to try to do it in such a way that targeted individuals don't realize what is going on, so that targeted individuals believe it is their own personal process and their own personal feeling, while in fact it is being manipulated externally.

It seems that many people have the idea that this only happen once in a while, only to individuals who are not awake. This is absolutely not the case. My purpose is not to bring negativity, but more understanding about the situation so that we can resolve it.

Everybody is targeted and despite the incredible stupidity of the dark forces to do such things, they unfortunately also have a certain kind of intelligence and strategy to plan long term manipulation of all individuals and relationships. They have recorded all our past lives on plasma/etheric plane, using the implants, and they have studied us, they know what we have been doing so they understand our weaknesses and dreams to a certain degree. They know which psychological button to press and when. I strongly invite everybody to remain very aware of their own psychological make-up and to regularly take the most honest and objective self-analysis that you can.


Some of the main things they try to dissuade people from doing on a daily basis :

- Joining and promoting group meditations
- Keeping an individual, positive, disciplined spiritual practice
- Keeping a healthier lifestyle (productive use of time, releasing addictions, connecting with nature, eating healthier, etc)
- Keeping relationships harmonious with mutual respect of free will, forgiving
- Making positive life changes (moving towards healthier relationships, occupations, better living standards, etc)
- Burying Cintamani stones
- Anything else that effectively creates progress towards liberation

So, if you have experienced resistance and difficulty to do these types of things, to find the inner motivation and opportunities for them, you can be sure, and please remember, that this is mostly not your own personal natural process, but instead an external manipulation.

Some tips to help cancel these manipulations and go back to our own natural process :

- Remain aware that this is common and daily practice on this planet, most likely until the Event
- Give yourself some time regularly to stop all your activities and your opinions for a few moments, and reflect honestly on what you are doing and what is going on in your life, as objectively as you can.
- Ask yourself, are you really doing the right thing, the most beneficial thing you can do, in line with your core ethics ? 
- Use Free Will, remember we can actually make a choice about absolutely anything that is happening in our lives, internally and externally. Making those choices according to what we really want, what we really know in our heart is the right thing to do, for justice, for peace, for the good of all, and then having a discipline to keep our actions in alignment with these choices on a daily basis.
(and remembering to absolutely respect the Free Will of others in every single moment)

Free Will is the main antidote to this situation. Humanity has been unfortunately incredibly lacking in the use of Free Will, letting themselves be swayed individually and collectively in whatever direction the dark pushes towards.

Free Will is the source spark of all creation

Imagine yourself to be a God or Goddess sitting on a cloud in the sky, able to manifest absolutely anything instantly. How will you do that ? With you will. 
This scenario is pretty much what is happening, the only difference is that in the lower planes of creation, especially the physical plane, the steps of the manifestation process are a little more complex.

The very basic principle of manifestation is that everything is created at the highest, less dense, spiritual plane first. And then it comes down in density through each of the planes described here :

Each of these 7 planes have 7 sub-planes. Each of these 49 planes are states of matter. The spirit world where our soul and spirit reside is simply a more dense state of matter. The physical world is the 3 lines at bottom of picture above (dense, liquid, gas). Above that is plasma, etheric, astral/emotional, mental, etc. Our emotions and thoughts are as factual as the physical world, they are made of matter also, simply less dense matter.

In the same way that the solid, liquid and gas are merged with each other and interacting inside our physical body, also our plasma, etheric, astral, mental and higher bodies are inter-connected just the same.

So why are most people on this planet not connecting with their soul and higher self properly ?

The main obstacle on this planet is in the plasma membrane (in picture above is the dotted line above gaseous). Plasma itself is natural and exists throughout the universe without causing harm. However on this planet it is loaded with anomaly accumulated in the yaldabaoth entity (that entity only exists on the plasma plane). Every communication and exchange between the physical world and all the other worlds has to cross the plasma plane, and the anomaly greatly interferes with this process. This is what creates for most people this seeming isolation and separation between the physical world and all the non-physical worlds. However when the plasma is not anomalous, it can serve as a conduit to connect the physical with the non-physical worlds.


Another main separation is the other dotted line in the picture above, in the middle of the mental plane. That membrane is in a way similar to plasma, and separates the planes below it which are the planes of personality that are subject to duality, and the planes above it that are pure Light and pure Oneness.
As you can see in the picture, the pineal and pituitary in the physical body have a direct connection that crosses both plasma and mental membranes and allows the physical body to connect directly with the higher mental plane which is a gateway to the higher planes and therefore the soul and higher self. This is one of the main ways to establish connection.

Also in the picture above you can see our Will is high up in the spiritual planes. Verily it is the source spark of creation, it starts the manifestation process and defines its direction. After that, we simply maintain that decision strong and clear, and bring it down through each plane, through our thoughts, emotions, etc, and finally in the physical actions. This is exactly how Cobra has defined simply the manifestation process in 3 steps :

1) Decision/Will
2) Invocation (thoughts, emotions etc, for example a visualization)
3) Physical actions.

This exactly outlines the process of bringing matter from high spiritual planes down through each plane into the physical world. This is how everything that exists was created. By using this process with dedication we can manifest anything.
Another way to describe this is that our spirit and soul are anchors of Free Will and Divine Will, and they send the impulse and message for it. Our job down here is to hear the message and align our personality with it, until personality and higher self merge. 

Let's keep our Will affirmed as strongly and regularly as we can, choosing how we want our life to be, according to what we know in our heart to be the right thing, for ethics, justice, peace, well-being for all.

Situation Update by Cobra 12/10

Since October 11th, the Light Forces have begun to open decompression valves of the Tachyon membrane (outer barrier) at the heliopause.

This means that Ascension energies from the Galactic Center have begun to enter our Solar System for the first time since 1995 and the Light Forces are now focusing these energies into the sublunar space, thus accelerating the purification of the remaining plasma parasite entities that are still clinging to the surface of planet Earth:


Some of you might remember that before 1996, sublunar space was full of motherships of our positive space bother races, full of angels and positive beings of Light. Now the parasite plasmoids near the Earth surface have been cleared enough that a certain amount of the Pleiaidian fleet has returned to the sublunar space (hopefully permanently), without any possibility of triggering the remaining toplet bombs:


A large segment of the Chimera group has been removed from the planet in the last week and the remaining members are beginning to realize that their defeat is possible. One of their plans now is to allow limited Disclosure and limited space travel for humanity, allow the mass arrests of the Cabal, but hide any traces that would lead to them, leave the planet and hide somewhere in the Kuiper belt. Needless to say, this plan will not be successful.

They are now trying to control the Disclosure process through the following project, behind the scenes, without some members of the project even being aware of that:

The Chimera Group – The Root of All Evil

Parts of this intel may seem unbelievable for some people, but truth is stranger than fiction.

There is a very secret negative group, codenamed Chimera, within the Negative Military which has come from Orion and has infiltrated militaries of all major nations during and after the Congo Archon invasion in 1996. This group secretly controls the vast majority of military bases around the world, many of those bases belonging to the US military.

This group includes the leaders of the dark forces from the Andromeda galaxy. They came to Earth in humanoid physical bodies 25,000 years ago and quarantined the planet. They have built a scalar electromagnetic fence around the Earth (the Veil), effectively preventing positive ET contact and thus isolating humanity. Then they constructed a vast network of subterranean cities, using Draconians as slave handlers and Reptilians as slaves and controlled the human population on the surface of the planet from there.

Their main strongholds at that time were under Africa, China and Tibet. They had no direct contact with the surface civilization until the early 20th century. That timeframe has seen interesting occult developments.

First, in 1917 the Light forces have formed the Thule society in Germany. Very soon it was infiltrated by the Archon-controlled Rothschild agent named Adolf Schicklgruber (Hitler) and became an instrument of the dark and it further morphed into the Vril society which was developing secret German space program:


When the Chimera group saw this, they realized that the surface human population has reached sufficient technological development to reach for the stars and pierce the Veil. To suppress that, they have made their first contact with the surface population through Karl Haushofer on his travels to Tibet. After that contact was made, Chimera-controlled Haushofer was the main occult force behind the Nazi Germany:


After the Nazis have lost WW2, they have been imported into the United States through Operation Paperclip, where they formed the backbone of the military-industrial complex, continued to develop their secret space program and started to build deep underground military bases, financed with Yamashita gold. The Chimera group was behind the scenes, carefully watching the moves of the US military-industrial complex and making sure that the quarantine status of the planet was maintained and kept intact. The growing nuclear arsenal of the Negative Military was a great concern for the Galactic Confederation forces and they made an experiment to minimize the yield of the thermonuclear bomb at the Castle Koon nuclear test in 1954:


After the Confederation has successfully decreased the yield of the bomb by almost 90%, the military-industrial complex became afraid and united their forces against the perceived threat from the »tall whites« . This was exactly as Chimera wanted, because now they had Negative Military united worldwide, working on the common goal of maintaining the quarantine. Very strict secrecy protocols were established and no leaks about »deep events« which could disrupt the quarantine status were tolerated. This is the reason why you can find no real proof about the existence of ET civilizations anywhere and most »evidence« is fabricated by CIA to further confuse the issue. This is also the reason why you can not find any deep intel on internet but just endless recycling of well-known facts instead. You might already have noticed that almost all intel about UFOs and deep underground military bases is decades old. 

You can find the only mention of the Chimera group in a James Casbolt's interview. He is one of the very few people with access to deep intel who went public. Although not everything in here is correct, it is worth reading:


The Chimera group worships the Black Sun, which is their symbol for the Galactic Central Sun. Their leader is still in a possession of a single piece of the Black Stone, which is a lump of heavy top/antitop quark condensate. It was brought to Earth from Rigel in 1996. The Black Stone is the center of the primary cosmic anomaly of darkness and is far more dangerous than the strangelet bomb, as top quarks are much heavier than strange quarks:

Leaders of the Chimera group are the guardians of the electromagnetic null zone.

The Chimera group had their own network of underground bases until they were recently cleared out by the Resistance. These bases were connected with a high speed train system. To clarify the situation, until recently there were three underground train systems: the one connecting deep underground military bases of the Negative Military, the one connecting the Chimera bases and the one connecting the Resistance bases. The Resistance train system was the one I have seen back in 1977. The existence of the underground train system of the Negative Military has been leaked to the surface population through this RAND document:


Now only the underground train system of the Resistance is fully operational. The Chimera group is mostly contained in the uppermost underground sections of the surface military bases, closer than 100 feet (30 meters) to the surface. Their main current strongholds, through which they control the surface of the planet, are:

*A certain classified location, Central Europe
*Another classified location, Central Europe
*Ramstein NATO base, Germany

*Montauk, NY

Each of those locations has their own strangelet bomb on its territory. Those strangelet bombs are quite dangerous and they are the main reason why the Positive Military is not yet making their move for the Event:



A location near Montauk entry/exit point is Cold Spring Harbor, a genetics laboratory where the Chimera produces top Cabal members clones, according to some unconfirmed sources:



Galactic Confederation forces are constantly monitoring the facility and will terminate the cloning program when the situation will be ready for that:


The Chimera group has hijacked the global financial system from the hands of the central bankers in the last decade through the PROMIS software and through high speed trading programs. The Resistance and the Organization (its forerunner) were aware of those programs for quite some time and were able to siphon off about 70 trillion dollars away from the black funds of the Cabal. That money will be given back to humanity after the Reset through the collateral accounts.

Compression Breaktrough

The Chimera group must not be confused with the breakaway civilization. The breakaway civilization originated in Nazi occult space program and evolved into a military-industrial complex with many black projects, whereas the Chimera group is the driving force behind the breakaway civilization, manipulating it to help maintaining the quarantine status of planet Earth. The demarcation line between the Chimera group and the breakaway civilization is called the phase boundary, of which nothing more can be said publicly, and the Event / the Compression Breakthrough can also be called the phase transition.

The Light forces have developed a protocol for the defeat of the Chimera group and the protocol is being carried out.

The Chimera group has enforced secret agreements upon leaders of all national militaries worldwide to suppress and erase all traces of benevolent extraterrestrial contact:

They are in contact with the main Archon and are heavily linked to the Jesuits and the NSA. They successfully infiltrated their agents in groups such as Corteum and the Labyrinth group.

Through the main Archon, they have limited access to the Archons on the etheric plane. Those etheric Archons enforce soul agreements on the members of the Cabal, forcing them to obey the Chimera group. If a certain member of the Cabal is removed, the etheric Archons simply find another host and enforce binding soul agreement upon him.

In the past, a certain positive group has engaged long range shooters to remove certain members of the Cabal and they were not successful, because those Cabal members simply returned to the physical plane in a new cloned body which was already prepared for them in a military base under surveillance of the Chimera group. After 2004 all those clones have been destroyed by the Resistance and now long range shooters of the aforementioned positive group would be much more successful in eliminating individual members of the Cabal and no amount of Blackwater/Academi bodyguards would be able to protect them.

The Chimera group has put physical strangelet bombs inside most of US military bases and some military bases of other nations and these bombs form the main line of defense against the advance of Galactic Confederation and Resistance Movement forces towards the surface of this planet.

They have also created a planetary network of plasma scalar devices. This network is being operated from the military bases and encompasses the whole planet. Plasma is the fourth aggregate state of matter after solid, liquid and gaseous and is in fact the connecting link between physical and etheric matter. Plasma scalar devices can thus influence our physical bodies and the Chimera Group uses these devices to attack Lightwarriors and Lightworkers by influencing their body functions, disturbing breathing and heart pulse. They also use plasma scalar lasers to project thoughtforms into minds of Lightworkers, plasma infrasound to lower the frequency of auric membrane of Lightworkers and plasma ultrasound devices as ultimate spying and surveillance machine. My idea for meditation to speed up this process:

1. Use your own technique to bring you to a relaxed state of consciousness.

2.State your intent to use this meditation as a tool to speed up the process of healing for Earth and its inhabitants, removal of toplet bombs and triggering an Event.

3.Visualize a pillar of electric blue Light emanating from the Galactic Central Sun, then going through Orion stargate located in Orion constellation, then coming to solar system and going through all beings of Light inside our Solar System and then through your body to the center of the Earth.



4. Visualize another pillar of Light rising from the center of the Earth, then up through your body and upwards into the sky towards all beings of Light in our Solar System and our galaxy. Then coming to Orion constelation and finally connecting with Galactic center and Source.

5.You are now sitting in two pillars of Light, the Light flowing both upwards and downwards simultaneously.Keep these pillars of Light active for a few minutes.

6. Now visualize a white flame of An coming from light pillar between Source and Earth spreading through whole Earth, its atmosphere and then beyond in space purifying all remaining toplet bombs on all planes (etheric, physical, plasma etc) in Solar system and purifying all anomaly and bringing oneness making Source more easily manifest itself on Gaia and bringing quarantine to its end.

7. Visual Light forced removing and dissolving all remains toplet bombs until certain threshold when all other remaining bombs become instantly removed and triggers the Event.

All of 2017 has been packed full of upgrades. There are no certain amounts of Gateways, Downloads, Upgrades or Waves that happen at any given year or time. They can and do happen at any time and many times when least expected. As the years go by since 2012 the upgrades have become increasingly stronger for longer periods of time with less let up or rest time inbetween. More and more are awakening to the LIGHT, The TRUTH and their authentic selves.

We have lots of cosmic helpers in this process, all of our passed on loves ones, our spirit guides which are many times ascended masters, the Creator, the Angels and the ET benevolent beings of Light that are making this shift with us.

This shift is one that is fueled by the Divine Feminine of Nature, Nurture, Love, Creation, Compassion and Deep Connections to the other worlds, other dimensions and other timelines. The Feminine has been called to rise for some time but it has taken years for this calling to come into full effect. The amount of darkness that has had to be sifted through and transformed has been a phenomenal feat just on it’s own. As darkness has run wild unchecked for eons now, the Creator has called, enough… it is time to go back to the old ways of Love and Ascend beyond this Reality. This reality has been off track, it has been our mission to now get back on the track we should be on.

As we make this process we will be confronted with all things that do not match who we really are. Who we really are is pure Love, Light and Pure Divine Spirit. Many aspects of the underworld will come to the surface for us to process and for those new to this process they will have to face even more. Those of us that have been in this Ascension process for some time have found ourselves, come clean with ourselves and have merged with our authentic selves. Even though we have been through a tremendous amount of upgrades already we will still be tested time and time again.

What takes place as these Light Codes come in to upgrade us is we will no longer be able to hold any space of inauthenticity. These are the the tests that unfold. This aspect will not feel good if we are forced to revert back to it. We will be forced at times because in this revealing process of accessing our true self, others will not understand who we are becoming. Do not blame yourself for falling backwards in this process, it will happen again and again until we are strong enough to represent our True Light Body as the Spirit we really are and have become through the years of transformation.

Be kind to yourself as you go through these many processes and years of transformations. We literally are not the same person as we were the day before. Give yourself the freedom to transform each day in any way that presents itself. Make the most of each upgrade, download and new timeline that appears.

Give yourself permission to evolve and flow with the changes that are happening. We must be fluid like reality and be free to transform as the changes come in for us and make themselves known. These changes will happen eventually for everyone. Yet everyone is not all on the same track or timeline. Some are further ahead and some have just begun but we will all end up together going through the final Ascension together.

You will find the old dysfunctional ways no longer work, so don’t try and force them. Relax into the new way of being and learn how to embrace change. Change typically has not been easy for humans but now is the time we must embrace changes day in and day out. We must look forward to all of these changes as they take place as they bring us all home ultimately to our Authenic selves.


The past few weeks intense changes for all of humanity has taken place and we have again entered into a new timeline. This new timeline is one of more authenticity and more connection to the Divine.

These changes in timelines always come with the some of the same symptoms and now they come with the Mandela effect in full force. The Mandela Effect brings in new timelines as other timelines are dropped off and relooped. As I said in my last article I call this timeline looping.

This timeline looping brings with it skipped and missing time. This is not the regular time of the 3D world but actual missing time when you look at your clock at it says one time and then 5 minutes later 25 minutes may have passed. I have noticed in all these years of tracking timeline changes these sequences often happen in 20 minute intervals for me, so watch for this in your own life. As these time loops take place reality resets all of us into a better timeline and the old one is dropped away.

You may experience more psychic connections during these times, feeling more connected to the Divine Creator and have more synchronicities taking place. These are all things that happen to me during every timeline shift that occurs.

As these new frequencies take hold there is more left over of the new reality than of the discarded one and each new timeline works this way. Each time we have more of an advanced timeline to hold on to.

Look for psychic experiences to show you the way through these timelines. We are entering the realms of Light and Transformation where anything is possible. So look for this when noticing timeline changes. They must have a psychic or paranormal component. Since this is my life it is relatively easy for me to notice when a timeline change occurs.

As we move into the higher realms we experience more bliss and complete oneness with Unity and Love. This happens because the higher realms exist in this field of PURE Love. To be able to feel this bliss we must work through all that does not serve us and discard all the ways we have learned that are out of alignment with who we really are.

As we evolve we have more access to everything in every reality. This is our future and what we are striving for.
