Twin Soul:
Soul Mates are NOT Twin Souls.
There are many Soul Mates, but you have only one Twin Soul. We all start as one being and as we descend to Earth and we go from the 6th to the 5th dimension, we are split in two twin souls. The split occurs into two bodies of opposite polarities as Female and Male incarnations. Most deep connections on Earth are Soul Mate connections.
It is extremely rare to meet each other as Twin Souls on the surface of this planet. A Twin Soul connection is too strong. Not many people would survive it. It would mean meeting and seeing all of yourself at once: your hopes, fears, wishes, lives…
Soul Mates: They meet and feel a strong attraction and connection but it feels uncomfortable because much is triggered. The Matrix control system programme kicks in: the Runner and the Chaser.
Advice for the Runner: stop running away. Go inside and look at your fear and use the Violet Flame to transform it. Release the trigger and find out what is going on. It is a lesson. Go meet the Soul Mate and talk about it. This can be scary but it is okay.
Advice for the Chaser: stop chasing. Look inside at what is there and transform it. Then start manifesting your Soul Mate from a Soul Level Perspective.
Twin Soul Meditation
This meditation will connect you energetically to your twin soul and help you attract them in the physical. It will also help you get clear on whether someone you meet is actually your twin soul.
Do this meditation regularly, e.g. once a week, to support your ascension process. After a couple of months, the connection to your Twin Soul is crystallized and you will be able to recognize its energy instantly. In the initial period, you may encounter Matrix programmes, but these will disappear as the connection with your true Twin Soul is crystallizing.
Relax your body and breathing as you maintain a comfortable sitting position.
As you breathe in and out, you relax and become aware of the purpose of this meditation: making a conscious connection to your Twin Soul.
(He or she can be in the Agartha network, in the astral plane, not alive in this moment, etc., but is present among beings and beings and will transcend time and space and make that connection.)
Close your eyes and visualize your twin soul sitting in front of you 2 meters away. Visualize or feel your ideal mate/ archetype that will connect with your Twin Soul. Do not hold back
You are also aware of the energy of that being, personal characteristics, all aspects of character, you are aware of the soul presence.
Visualize the physical and non-physical.
Visualize a red flow of energy exchange between your Base chakra and the Base chakra of your Twin Soul. Feel this energy flowing for a while and keep it active
Visualize an orange flow of energy exchange between your Sacral Chakra with the Sacral chakra of your Twin Soul. Feel this energy flowing for a while and keep it active
Visualize a yellow flow of energy exchange between your Solar Plexus chakra with the Solar Plexus chakra of your Twin Soul. Feel this energy flowing for a while and keep it active
Visualize a green flow of energy exchange between your Heart Chakra with the Heart Chakra of your Twin Soul. Feel this energy flowing for a while and keep it active.
Visualize a blue flow of energy exchange between your Throat Chakra with the Throat Chakra of your Twin Soul. Feel this energy flowing for a while and keep it active.
Visualize a purple flow of energy exchange between your Third Eye Chakra with the Third Eye Chakra of your Twin Soul.
Feel this energy flowing for a while and keep it active.
Visualize a violet flow of energy exchange between your Crown Chakra with the Crown Chakra of your Twin Soul. Feel this energy flowing for a while and keep it active.
Maintain breath and energy flow through all channels.
Then start breathing with your Twin Soul at the level of the heart chakra, as if you were breathing together connecting your breath at that level.
You are now sitting opposite to your Twin Soul with all your chakras connected. Tell your twin soul what you want to say, keep breathing through your heart.
Now listen to what your twin soul has to say.
Visualize a triangle, the base of which is at the level of each of your heart chakras and the top is in the middle of each of you at the level of the soul chakra, about 12 inches above the top of the head where
the light is flowing through this triangle. The Source is blessing and supporting this connection.
Now we stop visualizing this triangle and visualize the image of your twin soul getting smaller and smaller and integrating it in your heart.
Slowly start to become aware of your surroundings and open your eyes.
Meditation to connect to and manifest your Twin Soul, Soul Mates and Soul Family on Earth and into your life
Close your eyes
Watch your breath in and out
Breathe in and out and relax
Breathe in brilliant white light
Breathe out brilliant white light
Breathe in and out as you are becoming light
You are a being of light
I am a being of light
You are breathing as a being of light
Breathe in and breathe out as a being of light
Keep breathing like that
Now we create a toroidal field around us
Visualize a field of energy extending 1 meter around you
Visualize the highest possible vibration you can imagine around you
An extremely strong and extremely high energy field, up to 1 meter around you
Just visualize this 1 meter around you in all directions
Keep visualizing this until it is very clear and all around you
Next, visualize another field of energy extending 1 meter further around you
Visualize this to be a very strong and very high vibration, but slightly lower than before, all around you
An extremely strong and high energy field, up to 1 meter around you
A very strong and high energy field, from 1 to 2 meters around you
Just visualize these fields around you in all directions
Keep visualizing this until it is very clear and all around you
Lastly, visualize yet another field of energy extending again 1 meter further
Visualize this to be a strong and high vibration, but again slightly lower than before, all around you
A strong and high energy field, from 2 to 3 meters around you
There are now 3 fields of high energy around you:
- Up to 1 meter extremely strong & high energy
- From 1-2 meters very strong and high energy
- From 2-3 meters strong and high energy
Just visualize these 3 fields around you in all directions
Keep visualizing this until it is very clear and all around you
This is the toroidal field of your Lightbody
When done right, you can feel your Lightbody around you
Now visualize your Twin Soul in the 1st field around you
Visualize your Soul Mates in the 2nd field around you
Visualize your Soul Brothers and Sisters in the 3rd field around you
Keep visualizing this until it is very clear and all around you
Keep visualizing this energy field with your Twin Soul, Soul Mates and Soul Family
Slowly come back to this space and time, this reality
When you are ready, you can open your eyes
nice work. In the Cobra conferences i attended i don't remember the part of the twin souls talking and listening to each other, but i like this part.
