The energies now work on so many multiple levels and every soul will experience them differently.

It is very much now working with the individual soul, yet the One is the Many.

It is working on so many deep levels, and indeed those we may not even be consciously aware of, yet will suddenly find we have shifted through them.

It is best now to take each day and night as it comes and to be open for whatever arrives.

There is no need to push or pull. Rather to be, simply to be. Like water, ebb and flow. Yet sometimes we hit those spots where the waters' flow has been stemmed and where it just stagnates, but then sometimes like rushing water, sometimes like bubbling brook and sometimes a waterfall cascading down.

All is well. All is on track and even ahead of the track. Even in the midst of seeming chaos there is a hidden order. And in the greatest river of life, there is a constant source, feeding the waters.

Remember this.

All is well.

Have you noticed how, as you shift into the higher dimensions, that something deep within changes, and all those things outside which no longer serve your highest soul growth and good, start to evaporate, or disappear, and quite frankly, do not appeal to you anymore!

This is because as the inner soul lives in its truth, and starts living authentically, your values change. You start to simplify your life, and you seek simplicity. You seek that which truly uplifts, nurtures, and is filled with love, light, and more than this, joy.

Simplicity simply means that you realize that you do not need all those outer things, all those gadgets, all that stimulation, all the outside noise, nor gossip, meaningless conversations, small talk, pretending, nor long repeated stories to fill the void inside of you.

You are finally finding your own true soul and living a soul empowered life.

Huge activations are happening in all our bodies and fields as the higher Solar Lightbody, the 7th Adam Kadmon body is being anchored in.

I was told this evening to lie down, in total silence, breathing deeply and then an intense download poured in of sacred geometric symbols -celestial symbols I have never seen on earth in pure white-golden light. These were pouring down my spine and into all my bodies and fields.

Then down came the winged Ankh.

As I got out of my car wanting to go for my daily walk, I was delighted to see dolphins and as usual started tuning into them via my heart center and telepathically.

They said they were waiting for me and were wanting to communicate. It was huge pod and the one communicating with me was telling me that they are doing a lot of clearing work with the waters, and that elementals have arrived recently from other star systems to clean up the pollution of the sea and waters on land and underground.

I am loving the energies now, as they are gentle, inspiring and subtle - although very powerfully raising our frequencies and vibrations.

To me they are anchoring in love and joy, and that deep sense of Oneness.

So much is happening in the invisible realms, more than the visible and indeed behind closed doors, and behind the scenes and you will not find this reported in the social media nor in the normal.

Yet, when all of this comes to light, many will be shocked to the core, and yet just as many will rejoice as all is revealed so that it can finally be forgiven and we return to the state of pure love and Oneness.

So many choose to bypass the inner work, and want others to fix them, or like fairy godmother in fairytales to wave a magic wand and all their troubles and woes disappear and they can live happily ever after.

I must admit I did love fairytales when I was a child and I loved reading books to children in our story hours for the kids.

But then, fairy tales always vital grains of truth and so do all myths and legends. One just needs to dig deeper and then the vital seeds reveal themselves. Yet, all seeds, too need time to germinate and grow into mighty oak trees.

The Inner Sanctuary

It is so important now to cultivate (if you have not yet done so, create) that inner sanctuary which becomes the still point, the sanctuary, for you during the day (and night).

Why is this important? Because no matter what is happening outside of you, in your daily life and encounters (in the old 3D), you are not thrown out of kilter. You can stay calm in the midst of the storm, and even find and see the funny side, lighter side in the midst of severe storms and earth upheavals.

With every challenge in life – there is support. Life always strives for balance. No one can steal your inner peace unless you allow them to do so.

It is triggering a lot of soul memory banks of those souls who were there during the last days of Atlantis. Yet also there are 7 pyramids offshore of New York and sacred island on which they later, against the tribal counsels there, built the statue of Liberty. This complex extends into New Jersey and the dolmens and mounts there into Canada. Huge awakening of ancient landmass there linking to Ireland and their legends of the ancient people offshore of Ireland. Avalon rising again..

I DREW all of this on the USA maps in 2020 as I was doing huge energy work there, remotely, as I was meant to go on tour with seminars in the USA, when the lockdown came, a month before I was meant to go there.

As much as Mu and Lemuria are rising, so is Avalon.... There was no Atlantic ocean before.

What most people are not realizing is that in the last weeks so much purging has been happening of the old earth and all which has been miscreated on and in her, that this energy needs to be released in some form or way. Hence the purging of all this mass energy via Mother Earth, via volcanoes, earth quakes etc. And this will continue.

I have been called for years, to do mass energy and healing work in places where great trauma occurred, as recorded in my France and Africa book, and often astounded at what was released: from half man half animal, to robots, to giants, astral entities, souls stuck, animals, creatures, the list goes on and on. Where mass trauma occurs it clogs up the earth's energy fields in so many ways and the clogging is like black tar, it sticks to everything.
