Within your awareness, don't let your mind think you're always supposed to “get it right.” Sometimes, you are going through all kinds of things that might be highly inconvenient to your human mind or your idea of being spiritually superior or superior in your awareness.
But the truth is, you need to burn off that emotion that way. In much the same way we've told you that if you had a bad dream one night, don't wake up in the morning and think, "Oh my God, that was a terrible dream. I wish I hadn't had that." No. Celebrate! Thank God you had a bad dream; it's saving you from going through something in your day that you might have needed to play out in earthly life. That's what dreams do - they clear you; they shift you. They sometimes protect you from having to go through things in life. So, don't recoil from your experiences. As much as possible, you are all coming into an era where you are less afraid of your feelings. Remember, many of you were born into generations where "feelings suppression" was appropriate, was par for the course, was the way you survived. Not so much now - being able to know, understand, and know how to regulate your own feelings is part of the pathway forward.
