You are made up of so much consciousness wisdom from those who have never incarnated before to those who have. An old soul on earth is someone who has been here many times. Not only are they good at the gravity suit of being in the human body, for they have been around the block, they have earthly wisdom in their body. That may seem strange to you because you would argue that the body is new. But remember, the soul settles into the body and starts to tell the body things. Even if you aren't aware of it, your soul is giving signals to your body all of the time about who you are here to be, who you are here to become, and what your mission is. You may never be conscious of this, but that is how it works.

We can quietly sit and grumble about what we're not seeing in the world and what we wish there was more of, or next time someone asks us about a topic that we have quite passionate opinions about (not overbearing, but passionate), we might actually choose to tell them what we really think rather than dumb it down for the status quo or assume they don't really want to hear it. If you have something inside you that feels very true and an opportunity to share it with someone, you never know how you might open their mind.

There is this ongoing message of “Show up. Show up and see what happens.” People are more surprisingly willing to change than you might believe. It doesn't mean they have to change who they are; they're probably just more open to you than you perhaps believe. It's remembering people do have the power. It starts with us, and we can all share it with each other and influence each other. This is that time, more than ever before. It's going to carry on for the years to come. But boy, oh boy! You are needed, and now is your time more than ever before. That's an action call for us.
