ENERGY UPDATE:
Everything in this realm was under occupation by low/hungry/hellish demonic,
archonic or low consciousness/animalistic beings and spirits of evil. This was taking place via the unseen energies/worlds.
Everything and everyone… humans, trees, water, land, air etc.
This was possible because the clock structure of this realm was going through
a period of not allowing a direct connection to the radiation to the inner Sun the Merciful One/inner Sun Trinity
and allowing a connection to the lower realms of the overall system via a crystalline system that was just reflecting the inner sun's light.
- Of course the clock changed back to its organic flow on December 22 2022
and all the above began changing fast.
We have been through many exorcisms and this is still ongoing but intensifying even more
as the waters of Posidonia are coming in
and the new vortex of the Mother is here.
MESSAGE FROM DECEMBER 22 2022
On that day and
after a long long time,
we witnessed the return of the first Spirits of Good back in to this realm.
‘’The restoration of the flow of natural time has begun
in the very depths of both the human and the earth system.
Creation is with us and our call for correction has been heard and honoured.
The inner clocks have been reset.
This will cause many big changes in the human body.
All the realms that are connected to this reset,
will eventually experience this change of time in their reality, perception and biorhythm.
Since time and space variables are connected,
this change of time will cause a change in space too.
The beginning has taken place.
The first 5dimensional crystal has returned to earth and is on a 'stand by' mode.
This is the Crystal of Wisdom.
At the same time our realm has opened to
the Spirits of Good and their first presence
has already been seen and felt.
This is the best news ever because the fallen state
of our realm had banned the Spirits of Good from being here
but now this has been overturned!
At the same time we are experiencing a total purification
on a cellular level with the help of Mother Earth
which will help us embody the diamond and eventually fully align
to the natural course of organic time and creation!
All is good!’’
We have been witnessing the removal/departure of demonic beings/spirits of evil
from different areas of the earth
in a more apparent way and this will become even more apparent as we move forward.
These low consciousness spirits were holding certain contracts to the lands, their people and the elements
so when they go, they take use of the contracts in order to take as much as they can
on their way out.
This is why they cause destruction and death.
As they go they leave free and purified space
the Spirits of Good and the new!
So we need to remember what the true cause of this truly is.
We have seen this taking place in certain areas and in small scales
but there will come the time of bigger scale and larger destruction
which will shake the world into awakening
but also offer a greater free space.
Those who have been doing the inner work
are truly the Angels who via their own inner purification and change,
they have been creating the new living field of stability, balance and equilibrium
and it is very important that they recognise this in themselves and in their brothers and sisters.
By doing so,
they empower the new field that many will find shelter in.
They do not have to save anyone, they just need to choose themselves,
heal, rebalance, trust and they will thrive!
What is important to remember is that everything takes place according to balance
and this is allowed.
If people were generally more aware and were working in inner purity, rebalance and responsibility,
we would witness different kinds of demonic departures/removals,
as we do,
when observing people’s personal liberation/cleansing
and how different the process is
when One is in inner connection and awareness,
addressing the inner shadows within the responsible
frame of healing/therapy and following the spiritual guidance
and when One is totally in denial or unaware.
The way that these two different cases are experience change,
is in a diametric contrast!
If you have been receiving certain guidance for purification, liberation,
healing or therapy please listen to it and give it as much attention as possible by honouring your spiritual guidance.
Do not just bypass it.
Your Light teams are really caring and supporting you
to move through this change of consciousness/frequency/life
as harmoniously and easily as possible.
What a month this has been!
And what a switching to the new month this will be!

We're entering into a very serious part of the transformation phase that we're going through as a world. And many of us won't be here to see the final fruits of that because we're very much a 'bridge generation'. We're a generation who are moving from an old world to a new world. We are all human and soul, which means that we have a soul mission and a soul purpose here that we came here to experience and to carry out. But equally we are human beings and we're all influenced by all of the other human beings who have raised us, loved us, challenged us, taught us. That truth is going to get more and more apparent on the planet as a whole for everybody over the next decade or so, as we start to come back to understanding how we are universal beings, as well as human beings. But that's kind of a broad stroke and the reason I bring that broad stroke in is that many of you will be deeply feeling this, and it will be very much your mission to help others access that for themselves in the years to come.
Equally, there will be many of you who are 'boots on the ground', really helping the old to transition because we all have the old in us. It's a continuum of energy. So we're all burning off old parts of who we are as human beings and who we have been as a collective together. And it's very important to remember that as much as you can.

Beloved Ones,
The silence that now reigns is an ally for us to prepare for this New Cycle. Silence is what propitiates the descension of Divine transmissions, as the healing we need to remove anomalies and continue embodying our true potential. A new phase marked by Pluto moving into Aquarius, as well as two more Planets: Neptune and Saturn, moving into Aries in 2025 that will determine our new cosmic route.
We are moving from being followers to leaders, for we are all made of the same Divine Light and Wisdom. It is now more than ever when we need to move inward, heal, recover, and prepare to transition into our new destination, becoming the empowered, free beings that we were created to be.
A path that we have been weaving during this year, realigning, recalibrating, and retrieving our connection to our Soul, Monad, and God's Source. It is now time with the coming lunation in Scorpio and its energies governing this month, for profound revelations, as when we are ready to receive the Truth, in body, mind, and soul, we are sent all we need to know for this time we are living.
Disengaging from what we want to happen, holding no expectations, and surrendering to the Truth and the Divine within us will prevent us from experiencing egoic attachments to situations and outcomes that we do not know if they would have been for our highest good or not.
This is a time to remain in our Higher Hearts, deepening into our feelings, for they are our best compass to navigate our reality, paying attention to what our bodies are telling us through body communion, scanning our bodies, and asking them to show us what we need to release, heal or clear at this time.
It is a propitious time with Scorpio to continue clearing all that is not allowing us to move forward. All that still ties us to the past, to others who have fulfilled their mission in our journey, and all the memories we keep feeding, that only keep us attached to an old timeline.
Allow a higher consciousness to inundate your body, soul, and mind, healing and removing all that is not You. Scorpio teaches us how to commune with our feelings and Divine Consciousness, realigning to our Soul plan and mission.
It is only when we are brave to look at our shadows, that we can know ourselves, heal, and strengthen our connection to ourselves and All. Saturn is a strong influence in this Scorpion moon and will help us take responsibility for who we are, and for our feelings, from an empowered and balanced perspective, as guilt only impedes us from moving forward, and forgiving ourselves and others.
Scorpio energies will help us liberate our mind-brain from false implants, beliefs, and anything that impedes the free flow of Divine Light, so we can balance heart-mind, activate our thymus - Higher Heart - or as I call it Soul portal, and start functioning from a natural, compassionate and loving space.
To do so, desiring it is not enough, we need to work with all aspects of ourselves and at all levels. My Guides share the importance of our anatomical body in ascension not just to prepare our bodies for physical ascension and density emancipation, but for them to be able to act as Divine channels to allow the Light in.
For all who are guided, resonate, or are working with it already, my Guides shared the importance at this time of working with our sphenoid bone, which is one of the bones of a total of our 22 cranium bones, the only one that is connected to all the other ones, and the responsible one for connecting the neurocranium to the facial skeleton.
It also supports the pituitary gland function, key to our spiritual awakening. Some of you have anomalies in this bone, resulting in having interferences when receiving guidance.
This bone is responsible for light projection, especially when we are working with our mission of sending healing, planetarily speaking, or in any way our mission requires it. It receives divine guidance and the healing transmissions we are anchoring in what we are meant to work with. Many times we feel disturbances in the field, and this is too the bone that allows us to find these misalignments.
When working with ascension, we cannot deny the importance of every part of our body, as if we only work at a soul level, we will not solve the many blockages that our bodies have and need to be released.
Ascension mechanics is how we prepare the body for ascension, and our inner work is what will determine the final outcome of moving into a harmonic timeline.
At this time it is very important to reconnect all aspects of ourselves and our body, becoming more unified and whole, so we can step into density emancipation, a phase that will be new for many of you and that requires working a lot with our bodies.
We are here to be the pavers of this new path that is now opening for many who are crossing the veils of illusion. This is a wonderful time with Scorpio energies to realize the many consciousness traps we still possess and move into a freer space, thinking and feeling for ourselves, something that has now become a privilege, due to the many attempts to control our consciousness.
This so-called New Cycle or Era that we are gradually building is precisely about sharing from an empowered, sovereign but humble and non-manipulative space. To do so, we need to be in harmony and deep communion with who we are and our Divinity.

One of the things that all of us are working on is, "How can we be present with each other in a peaceful, sovereign and soul-aligned way?" Most of us came in as kids and we got to experience all of the conditioning in our immediate groups and environments. We put all of that on as an outfit. We put on the same outfit that everyone else was putting on, but we weren't necessarily able to maintain who we were at our core. We started to adopt behaviors and relationship dynamics that probably were what we needed to as a kid and kept us safe or helped us navigate our way through childhood.
But as you grow and as you heal, as you let go of more of that conditioning and you become a bit more authentically you, over time, healthy detachment gets easier. You're going to find that healthy detachment from the chaotic or unaligned events or people in your life will be becoming easier for you. In many cases (and here's the good news), that's getting easier for others to accept too. It's not just you being better at detaching yourself from whether it's people pleasing or feeling beholden, or you have this pattern where you always like to give to everybody in need, it's now in conflict with the part of you that's recognizing you need a rest. This month, it will be easier for you to let your behavior go. But equally, there is more grace and peace, and understanding happening with others around that, in general.

October 30th : Walking on Sunshine
Look at that amazing image of our Sun/Solar Fire Star! It is really doing its thing as Solar Maximum is active. After 3 days of Proton radiation storms and now this mosaic of Sun spots, I have certainly been feeling the weird energy. I feel like I just want to sleep (evidence that brain waves are up into the Theta range in the conscious state.)
The song "walking on Sunshine" keeps playing in my head. We are "stardust" and we are literally walking on sunshine as we experience fiery waves of Plasma creating a "soup" of power and elemental energy to create our new Reality.
As I prepare for the Sunday webinar I am very aware of Fire both within and in the Heavens as it prepares for the Phoenix moment : Ignition into something new!
As we come to know our Inner Fire so we can synchronise our Solar Self with the waves of the Solar/Galactic energies and literally walk on sunshine!
The Earth needs us to be Joyful and to experience life with Gratitude and Love. As we walk on that Golden sunshine we also need to transmit Love and Compassion for All!

The recent physical upgrade has been among the most powerful experiences yet, as many clients have reported a range of physical responses, from mild to intense. While numerous individuals carry the torch of ascension with pride, many have also encountered profound and even challenging ascension symptoms within the past 72 hours.
As we move forward, it is essential to provide the physical body with increased care and attention to facilitate smoother recalibration during each upgrade. This will involve prioritizing physical exercise and tailored, balanced dietary requirements, independent of external perceptions of spirituality.
The past 72 hours have been exceptionally transformative. We have advanced substantially, and I encourage each of you to honor and respect these changes. It may take up to another 72 hours for the body to achieve equilibrium again. Please allow yourselves the necessary space and time for this adjustment.

"The only way to raise your own vibrational frequency, is to do the inner work. That means to let go of all the old pain and suffering, the old unforgiveness, the old shame, blame and guilt, self and others, and victimhood, and all the old baggage, the old personas, and old programming of the Old Earth and the 3D density. It is a process. The more you let go of, the more light can come into your twelve bodies, the less the dense the bodies become. This is essentially what ASCENSION means, it means transfiguring from one very dense and slow and low vibrational frequency band into a much higher – first the fourth, which is an intermediary phase, and then the 5th, where you have 12 and 24 strands of DNA fully activated, and step fully into your Solar Lightbody, thus are reborn, much like the moth becomes liquidized and transfigures into a butterfly. It is a process and does not happen overnight. It is would happen too quickly your physical bodies would simply disintegrate and you would die, literally.
Now unfortunately most humans want to have everything instantly. The Ascension process is not instant, as your own higher guides and Ascended Masters constantly monitor your development and ascension process, (which are really initiations into the higher dimensional state and Christ Consciousness), and when you are ready for the next process to begin, often challenges will come, and reveal all which is there within you, which you still need to work through and release, and the deeper these are buried in your subconscious mind, the deeper you will need to delve, whether this is from another lifetime or this one, or from false programming, or lies which you forced onto you at school or life and made out as if they are truth, and so much more. Once you have then worked through this process, you will then ascend higher and become much lighter, and so on.
In this process your third eye opens more and your higher heart, plus the deeper connection with your own soul’s ineffable knowledge as well as that of your soul group and more recently the Collective monads (or Soul Groups) as they too merge now, to help to cocreate the New Enlightened Human Race. Again, if this would happen all of a sudden you would literally go mad. Again, an overload of information and activations, do not serve your own soul. You will automatically switch off at some time, because you cannot handle what is given to you. You are not yet ready for it!
This is where your higher guides and Ascended masters the Divine Guidance comes in. You will always be given what you can handle at one time, and these may well be glimpses, like a window opening but then only a glimpse of what is possible. This is to prepare you for what is coming next. They will carefully monitor your reactions, and what you do with this information, and what develops form this, and of course you may ask them to clarify, or to assist, as they may not do so, without your permission. When you then are ready to proceed, the doors will open. But note that there are many tiers or levels of the spiral of consciousness, and when you reach a certain next level tier, you will need to gain momentous to break through the barrier, and then into the next level. If you do not have the momentum then certain lessons will repeat themselves or that which need to let go of or transcend/transfigure until you do manage to breakthrough. Again, this is process.
All Ascended Masters had to go through the same, and good news is that with the Ascension process now affecting all souls on earth, the whole company of heavens is assisting this process and helping to awaken humanity. However, it is still up to each individual soul to be prepared to go through the process of enlightenment and growing consciousness levels, and birth into the New Solar Lightbody, in order to fully be able to function in the 5th and 7th dimensional state. "

Pam Gregory - New Moon in Scorpio 1st of November 2024
On Friday November 1st we have a New Moon at 9°35' Scorpio. Don't forget to set a new intention for whatever you would like to manifest in your life, conditioned by the house area where this falls in your chart.
This is the first of six New Moons (!) all at 9° of their signs. So if you have any planets or angles between 8°-10° of their signs, any sign (as they all will be aspected by these New Moons in the coming months) then you may find it is a particularly strong period of new beginnings for you over the next six months.
Scorpio is the most intense Water sign when we feel very deeply and passionately - so seeing where it falls in your chart will help you decode this.
As well as all that I share in the video update below, what is very noteworthy is that the New Moon (Sun and Moon) are at the tip of a 'pincer' of two powerful quindeciles from Eris and Uranus. These are 165° aspects of upheaval, upset and obsession and require a tight 2° orb either way to make them operational. Scorpio is the sign of secrets, deeply hidden, often linked to underground or underhand activities, big money, hidden money, wealth etc. Both Eris and Uranus are planets linked to truth, honesty, justice, equality, every voice needing to be heard, and are potentially rebellious and revolutionary energy. This double pincer aspect is very telling at this time when so much truth is coming to light.
These aspects alone are setting us up for Pluto's move into Aquarius on November 19th for another 20 years. Please note that life will not change in a day, week, or month, but it begins- just begins - the gradual shift of power to the people that requires that we step into our sovereignty and not fall into the shadow side of Pluto in Aquarius which is 'control by technology'. However many of us are already feeling this energetic shift which will get stronger as we move forwards.
Focusing on love, joy, gratitude, peace and compassion but with a much stronger sense of centre and individual authority is a big part of this shift in society too. So many paradigm-shifting solutions are being developed now that are in harmony with nature and our Earth.
We're welcoming in an expanded consciousness of love, and a very different heart-centred New Earth.

If you stop and reflect on your life and think back to things that happened that at the time, either you didn't want them to happen that way or you didn't think it was the right thing, as time passes, you can often see that what was a seeming curveball or problem actually put you onto the correct path - a path that's more aligned and more what you wanted to be doing here on earth and why you came here to be. There's going to be a lot of that flying around; people having things taken away from them or rerouted in ways that they weren't expecting, but it will play out that these are good changes and good shifts. So, as much as you can, try and take everything with a pinch of salt if big things happen around you, and try and give them reflective time.

Dear All,
I hope you enjoyed a peaceful weekend and feel ready to embrace the start of another week—a familiar rhythm that often brings us back to our work, our purpose, and our journey of self-discovery, resulting in the definition known as Monday. Or, as the Mamas and the Papas sang, “Monday, Monday - So good to me!”
As I shared recently, many within the collective are now facing profound, long-standing fears that have emerged from the depths of the collective subconscious and even cellular memories. In this pivotal time, these root patterns and dense energies are rising to the surface, offering us the chance to acknowledge, confront, and release them. This is part of the “holographic matrix” we experience, where life itself reflects back the themes that our souls chose to explore, appearing almost as if we are characters in a cosmic “game” of growth, chosen for this very moment, which was pre-agreed by ourselves before arrival.
During this month, we lightworkers and starseeds are particularly attuned to the intensification of themes surrounding survival—fears, security, and stability—all deeply tied to root energy. This is no coincidence. In my experience, when the holographic matrix brings our deepest fears into view, almost like a bolt of lightning, it is a call. The universe is saying, “Dear Lightworker, we are preparing you for a significant upgrade, an ascension into a new stage of your soul’s evolution, but first, you must master this challenge.”
So, I invite you to see this time not as a trial, but as a powerful preparation for what lies ahead while many of you release more and more from your roots that which must be left behind as we slowly draw closer to the end of this year, and also to a huge energetic cycle spanning four years. These fears that seem so heightened now are, in fact, a precursor to growth, a signal that an expansion is very near on the horizon. Celebrate this process, knowing that by facing these fears, we’re clearing the path for a profound new beginning. Remember, fear is an illusion; only the mind (ego), which is the template designed to ground a piece of the soul into physicality, makes it real. Your higher self is guiding you past all of this if you can allow more surrender to the path. The larger part of you on the other side is gently unfolding before you—the part that sees all the way to the horizon and can perceive the highest abundance for you.

Judith Kusel - we have already moved into the 5th dimension - 28.10.2024
We need to understand that we have already moved into the 5th dimension and the 7th is already here.
Now, some souls are not yet there, and still struggling to finally let go of the old patterns of pain and suffering, programming, belief systems, etc.
It will feel so often, as said before, that you are looking through a veil of glass which is separating you – you can see each other but they cannot hear you anymore.
I have had these repeated experiences in the last three weeks, since the intense shift has happened, where I needed to get certain higher insights and aspects across to family members and found that they simply could not tune into what I was saying, although I was trying to lovingly guide them to find and explore much higher outcomes and ways of life and living.
My higher guidance told me that I just needed to hold them in love, without judgement and keep sending love to them, and allow them to grow at their own rate and find their own way. It was not for not trying but when a soul was simply not ready to receive, then that is their own choice. In their own time, if and when they are ready, they too will ascend.
In this case, we are here told hold them steady in the light and with love.
Not to judge, as said. But simply hold them in the heart of Pure Love with compassion, knowing that we have been there where they are now, and sometimes it took a long while to finally wake up and allow the old patterns to dissolve through forgiveness and more than this, letting go of all shame, blame and guilt – self and others.
I experienced such an inpouring of Divine Love, since this weekend. It is as if the floodgates of heavens have opened, and we are filled to overflowing with so much Love, guidance and support.
It is a matter of opening our arms, our hearts to gratefully receive such an abundance of Love and allow this to flood every cell and DNA strands in our bodies and fields and then expand and radiate out from our heart centers and into all THAT is!
And if we need to leave some souls behind for a short while energetically, because of that glass petition, then let it be so. In truth no soul can ever be separated from your soul – it is impossible as ALL IS ONE! It just seems so.
Yet give them the time and space to grow at their own pace, while you now have the opportunity to expand more and more and live the truth of who and what you are in truth, and in the process exponentially grow into your true magnificence, with love, through love and in love.

26th October : Fire and Water and Dragons and the Phoenix
We began this year with the magnificent entry of the Dragons. During the course of the year we have been feeling their energy unfolding on the Earth again, especially through the energies of Fire and Water. As we move towards the 11/11 Scorpio Gate we feel them working together with the deep collective consciousness of Humanity to act as agents of renewal and change.
They wish their energy to be used wisely and not destructively. They wish to bring a new era of Peace and Joy.
They wish us to remember that Fire and Water are the primal forces of creation and that they can be used in benevolent and life giving ways.
Know that you can flow with fire and water to create in beautiful ways.
As one cycle ends, another begins. The Phoenix may burst into flames, but those flames are the creative energy of the new bringing warmth and love to the new creation.
And you shape the new creation with your creative consciousness. Once you step beyond fear you become the creative force of Love and the Creator of New Worlds of Love.

With nothing to attach to, with an elevated heart and attentive and balanced mind you hear the unique Voice of Truth, the feeling of detachment ends, and you remember who you really are.

THE CHALLENGE TO FIND THE TRUTH

Gentle consciousness must penetrate our lived experience In those moments when life blesses us with a trigger, we can slow down and find our deep humanity, OR we will attack, blame, shame and abuse others, seeking external relief... resorting to addictive behaviour... ignoring our soft hearts, pretending to be perfect?
As children, many of us were taught to fear and repress "imperfect" or "unspiritual" feelings such as sadness and anger within ourselves, to hide these energies from ourselves and others. (Delete the experience of Duality in this world)
In its noble quest to be heard and validated, the repressed anger of the Forgotten Inner Child begins to drain our vital energy, leaving us depressed and exhausted... to maintain the image of ourselves as "the peaceful" or, "the perfect and enlightened".
We let go of the image that we are "perfect" or "enlightened" and we bend to the sad or furious interior, holding it in our arms, finally, we let it exist.... and we give him a voice.
We cannot use non-duality as an escape from our humanity. Finding our trauma this way... Being willing to dive into our fragile humanity. Finding the darkness within, fully embracing our "non peaceful" parts... without escaping, we humbly invite all our buried anger and sadness into the light of consciousness...

Beloved Ones,
As we continue integrating higher aspects of ourselves, lost through profound pain and trauma, we continue regaining wholeness and sovereignty. The current passage governed by the Scorpio lunation, and its healing energies is a magnific one for us to work on soul cording, clearing astral, relationships and other attachments that connect us and our female organs to others, non-benevolent forces, and all the external distractions that may impede us to govern our consciousness and remain in our Higher Hearts.
These last two months of the year are key to emancipating from old bonds and mental cages. This has been a year of profound reconnection and mission embodiment for many of you. It has not always been easy but worth it, for every time we experience what we may see as chaos, a part of us is growing in love, wisdom, and power. We appreciate it much later when we are ready to see beyond the physical challenges. The importance is not to lose ourselves in the shadows we have to traverse to find ourselves again, for it is not about finding more peace, love, or power of abundance, but about finding ourselves what gives us access to all the previous, for all is within
When we realize this simple but hard-to-practice Truth, we start aligning and creating all we need for our physical reality.
As we navigate through the end of this year, we will see the results of all we have been working with, on both an individual and planetary level, seeing how our bodies have shifted, becoming more sensitive, and hence aware of many invisible things we did not before.
This process of conscious release and clearing triggers density emancipation, as my Guides call the process of physical ascension when we are ready to transcend the three-dimensional levels and start embracing the soul dimensions, which is why soul retrieval and alignment of our hara line is so important.
Density emancipation describes the process by which our bodies start releasing density, becoming more crystalline in essence, physically emancipating from all we have carried for eons that do not belong to us, retrieving our original crystalline or christos as many call it too, 12th-dimensional template.
Our bone structure, nervous system, and brain will be the most impacted areas of our anatomy affected by these imperceptible, but very real changes in our bodies.
This is a three-stage process: the transfiguration of three main chakras, astral liberation, and Earth's physical emancipation when we choose to leave the planet. I previously shared this in depth in one of my older posts, for those who feel guided to come back to it.
This is a process that many of you are already initiating, which is not an easy one, as ascension is not a mental concept. It is not about reading about ascension or wanting it, but about working on it with all of our heart and the knowledge we possess at the moment.
We are finally entering into a new Era of freedom, physical emancipation of all the trauma inherited, self-created, and inserted upon us. An Era to move from duality and unlove to unity and harmony, where our daily efforts to remain who we are, in our compassionate hearts, is what will continue stabilizing our new harmonic timeline.
