BODY PAIN & SIGNS OF BLOCKED EMOTIONS

Chronic pain is a symptom of stress, hidden fears, unresolved issues, even injuries from other lives. And it appears in various areas of the body.

Head

It comes from excessive effort, concern about the result, or constant rush, confusion, loss of vitality.

Solution: Allow yourself to relax. Rest and do not blame yourself, time is yours.

Neck

Discomfort symbolizes the burden of resentment towards others, and annoyance with one's own imperfection; when we cannot forgive someone or ourselves. When a stiff neck occurs, it is the effect of denial to “look at another perspective” of a solution.

Solution: Reconsider your attitude towards yourself and others, do not be so demanding with your expectations.

Shoulders

Emotional burden, being pressured to make an important decision.

Solution: Try to share your concerns to feel relief and reach clarity.

Indicates lack of emotional support from loved ones, lack of love.

Way out: Communicate with different people. Don't close yourself off.

Concern about lack of prosperity and financial security.

Way out: There are things in life that are free! Do something you love.

Solution: Don't resist the oscillating flow of life. Think of change as an exciting adventure. Don't postpone decisions.

Exit: open yourself up to the world of others by helping more.

Legs

Inability to move forward.

Exit: learn to trust without trying to control everything and everyone.

When we forget about ourselves and deny ourselves pleasure.

Exit: pamper yourself, cultivate healthy habits, make your dreams come true.

Feet

Fear of life paralyzes you, thinking that everything is bad and that life has failed, is ruined.

Exit: pay attention to the little joys in life, enjoy the flavors, the aromas, the wind and the sun. Avoid focusing on sad memories. Love yourself. Communicate. Smile!

THE CONSCIOUS BREATHING OF LIFE

It is the mechanism that completes the principles of bioelectromagnetism and quantum chemistry of the incarnated being to survive, acting as an energizing conductor from spirit to matter. The Hindus call Atman “that which "blows through Me". It is the Pneuma, the Universal Life-giving and Creative Force, blowing into everyone.

When breathing occurs correctly, layers of harmful substances do not accumulate in the body. These deposits prevent the blood from purifying itself, clog arteries and veins, carbon dioxide stops being expelled, creating an environment conducive to physical weakening and little energy entering the brain.

While breathing, slowly and rhythmically, you are not able to think and be aware of your breathing at the same time, you are “in the moment”, strengthening the immune and neurological systems to act with balance.
Using Conscious Breathing allows you to reach and be in tune with the Higher Realms and contact the presence of the Angels in the Ether.
Yesterday I had the intuition to bring this information to you, but I couldn't, it was a warning... I was slowly being struck by a painful asthmatic bronchitis attack. I understand it as a release of deposits in my cells from the whirlwind of emotions that I had to deal with in the last few weeks. All I can do is overcome it and move forward on the Path.
So Be It to All, with the Understanding of Learning.

I remembered a Buddhist tale in which a Monk appears taking 3 bananas from his backpack to teach about overcoming anxiety. He took out a rotten one, signifying what had already happened and that was not well used.
A green one, saving it again because its time had not yet come.
And then he took out the ripe one and ate it happily. This is the Moment that must be lived fully.
