Dear family, yesterday this Solar Flame class M5.5 was generated (it's the flash you see in the upper left of the image) in a region of the Sun that has been very active and that in the next few days will be in front of the Earth. Also we are under the effect of a moderate Geomagnetic Storm Kp5, so it is most likely that since yesterday they have been having palpitations, double heart rate (extracistols), pulse accelerated for moments, chest discomfort (intermit pressure) a slight increase in blood pressure, difficulty sleeping and tired. 
Because of the effect of the Solar Flame Class M5.5, they could also have felt burning in the stomach, gastritis, the sensation of having a gap under the ribs, upset stomach, nausea and general discomfort in the Digestive System.
This is a summary list of the effects on our most common causes of Geomagnetic Storms:
- Dizziness, vertigo, be like under the effect of a drug
- Feelings in the head such as tingling, burning, pain or pressure

Although the list is long, it does not always feel all at the same time because it also depends on the vibration of each and that we are not surrounded by much interference; other magnetic fields around us can cause a certain degree of in difference because they can deflect or catch particles entrants. When we are isolated we get the full charge, but if we are in a mall full of people and broadband signals, the charge is divided because the other magnetic fields (natural and artificial) also catch the charge particles das that come from the sun. 
Stay well hydrated, walk barefoot preferably on grass or dirt, move your energy (dancing or any type of exercise helps), do not force your body, pay attention to your dreams and the information you receive (it is likely that start seeing repeated number, pay no attention to the numbers themselves but to the emotion, thought or experience they are experiencing when they see those numbers because that's what really has meaning) and trust that all is well.

Wow we've certainly got a bit energy combination happening!
Yesterday was some very big energy influxes coming in with the sun 🌞 I could see the white cloudy mist in my house, its been a long time since I've experienced energy like that!
Also noticed how thin the veil was seeing different beings everywhere 😳
Noticeable upgrades to the body especially head, crown & third eye. Lots of code & energy being placed in the eyes 👀 which as a consequence makes the eyes twitchy 🤣🤣
Solar plexus & stomach pains or discomfort definitely for most of yesterday
The intense fatigue continues... but the dream space is so vivid & beautiful energy that is palpable when waking up!
