MINI UPDATE:
Knowing as I always say, it takes approximately 3 linear days to integrate for example one major incoming energy; With current continuing sun and cosmic energies, the wisest choice if you are able, would be to:
SLOW right down
Be in inner quietness
Ground in nature
Be in water (even if just a bowl of water to put water on your head and to the feet).
Otherwise, if in outward distractions, which stimulate the mind, it’s like being in blindness to missing the GIFTS you personally receive. You miss the new data, or inner revelations, or aha moments etc.
Also, this has been, and continues to be a lot of ENERGY to integrate into the physical cells of the physical body system. Current energies RIGHT NOW have a FASTER SPIN than ANY of the last two days. And faster SPIN can affect the nervous system and the brain’s ability to be rational (in balance). Another reason to slow down, be quiet and relax the body and mind thoughts. Also with this FASTER SPIN TODAY, you may experience your LIGHT BODY being activated even more.
Being INWARD facing, we expand MORE into our consciousness and more quickly. Being outward facing to the world, people, chatting a lot, events, thoughts spinning non stop etc creates a slower expansion of consciousness. As the illusion is the lure and distraction that can hook you in again and again, and so distract you from evolving into more of your consciousness.
Everything is always a choice and there is never a right or wrong choice. Ever. 
Whilst over the next week we can advance more into our consciousness, the energies and SPIN will also affect some of humanity (including some awakened ones) adversely. Creating more dramas, aggression, loudness, projections onto others, including delusional thoughts that may also be spoken. Which is actually in truth, either unseen inner fears and human avatar behavioural patterns and / or beliefs (imprints) not dissolved or seen, OR it will be due to feeling a HUMAN lack of (illusionary) control. So whilst drama in the world and in people may escalate, it truly is the inability within the MINDS of people, that can not cope with these energies and WHAT is arising in them to be seen.
As I have shown you before, the analogy of the scales:
Where we are rising into more of our consciousness. And as that happens, what is remaining to dissolve within people will surface to be seen. And perhaps a higher frequency choice chosen. And so, the INTENSITY of the month of May, in many different ways.
Remember, it is ALWAYS about energy frequency. Within a timeline where great discernment may be needed:
Feel behind any words spoken or written.
Is it coming from Love for ALL?
Is it ALL inclusive?
For our true consciousness is:
NEUTRAL,
Of the Divine Love of The Creator. (Source/God).
It does not experience fear.
Does not control, as it is unattached to all that it creates.
It is this consciousness we integrate and live as, at each one’s own life’s timing based on the soul’s choice this lifetime.
