Another week filled with powerful energies has passed and we are still traveling on the open ocean, which one day is calm and the next a powerful storm besieges our small ship. There are moments when we run on reef but then a powerful wave makes us move forward again.
Anyone who reads these posts of mine knows that I have mentioned several times this emotional roller coaster that I go through and we go through collectively. This process will be with us for quite some time, as the incoming energies peel away the generational, galactic and this lifetime layered "stuff" from us.
It is always very good to read the posts of other "known" people about what they are going through, what energies arrive and how they affect us, as it is a kind of confirmation that "I am not the only one who goes through these things and Nothing wrong with me". Sometimes I don't even know what hits me, my own things, the emotions of other people who are connected to me energetically, or of the collective.
I can honestly say that it's very confusing when I'm in a good mood and suddenly I'm overwhelmed with sadness and grief and I'm completely out of balance. In such cases, the mind makes up stories, tries to figure out what happened in us or around us, which caused this. Unfortunately, this often prolongs the process even more and builds castles in the air. At times like this, it is best to let the emotions come out, quiet the mind and feel what we need to feel and release it.
As I noticed, the most intense period is the new moon, full moon and eclipses. Along with the emotions, a lot of misconceptions and programming come up that need to be recalibrated. The point is to take time for ourselves, to take time to go through the process, to be understanding and kind to ourselves.
Human emotion is very powerful and intense. The most interesting thing is that we are able to jump on the emotional scale from positive to negative and vice versa in seconds. Even more interesting are complex emotions, i.e. feeling several feelings at the same time. It is good that we have emotions, it is often difficult to adjust to them and often confuse us in a situation, but this distinguishes us from machines or those alien species that are not capable of emotions.
Our emotions are like a powerful conductor that we generate, vibrate and determine our actions. It can be used both constructively and destructively. We can suppress our emotions or release them into the world, but it does matter which way. The most beautiful and best works, be it music, stories or any art, are all driven by emotions. As soon as you convert your story and emotions to paper or musical notes, you also process, release and heal within yourself and share something about yourself with the world. That's also why the AI will never be good at arts, because it doesn't feel, have no story and most importantly, it lacks Soul. The Spirit loves to express itself, to create and co-create, to bring energy into form, so a machine - artificial intelligent - will never be a worthy opponent, neither in creation nor in civilization.
Unfortunately, the trend for generations, especially in this capitalist era, is that many people suppress their emotions, repress them and thus become numb, an emotionless, empty shell, a void that they only try to fill with "consumption" - be it things or people and this is why they may be happy that they feels good for a while. The other is definitely the use of different substances or other addictive things, be it alcohol, cigarettes, drugs or porn. It's all a kind of diversion, and it's more comfortable and joyful than looking inside ourselves and seeing through, processing the swampy emotional water that exists inside us. But sooner or later this swamp will be drained until we see what is really going on inside us and become crystal clear water.
Perhaps the most difficult thing is for empaths, you know, those who perceive energies - emotions and not what you say, they are two-legged lie detectors and energy magnets. The worst is when they venture among many people, because they all absorb those different kind of intense energies. It is best if they energetically protect and cleanse themselves several times every day, because in many cases they do not feel their own emotions and energy, but someone else's. But their work is very important, as they take over and transform the collective stuff, thereby bringing healing to where it is needed. They are real team workers.
Some people suppress their emotions because of external events and programs, such as: boys don´t cry... let's say, the world would be a different place if men channelled their emotions in a healthy way, because they have them. But for that you also need to find a partner, family, friend that will hold the space and love for them to process and let go. I think there would be less war and violence on this planet if that happened. But this is equally true for women, because let's face it, our changing emotions make those around us going crazy. And some people simply want to show their emotions, the other party gets scared because they can't handle it and suppress it in the other. There are too many expectations, too much generational programming and oppression against both sexes.
The worst way to project our emotions is the deconstructive way. "If it's bad for me, it should be bad for someone else". The worst is when anger and other low vibrational emotions are unleashed and erupt like a volcano. Words and energies flow to the other with a combined force, a lot of flowing emotions and unspoken words that envelop the other. The even worse case is when the matter turns into a crime and the tragedy is accompanied by loss of life. Unfortunately, there is a lot of violence within the family and other units, which I hope as we move forward collectively in healing, will become rarer and will disappear completely from this society, just like the violence itself.
As Kerry K put it very well in her new video, letting go of trauma is accompanied by intense emotions and it is a kind of process. Anger → Sadness → Grief → Acceptance → Healing → Change
Everyone has to face their traumas and emotions alone - it's an inside job but you always have some form of help. There are people who are helped through this process by loved ones or professional and there are people who cope with everything alone. You are not alone, even when there is no one in the physical world to stand by you, to comforts you and wipes away your tears, or you could lean on or to catch you when you fall; but beyond our plane, your biggest cheerleaders are your spirit guides and your higher selves, who always help you on your way and are with you 24/7. If you fall and struggle with doubts or are completely involved in your healing process, they work with you, listen to you and always help you up and dust you off so that you can continue your journey.
This week's song is about that too - “I'll Be There”, because you can always count on your spirit team, no matter what you're going through. This song is like a memento from them to you:
"Whenever you're fallin' and you don't know where you're goin'
Even if your wings are broken, soon enough, you'll fly again
When everything's failin' and your eyes just won't stop rainin'
Even if your fire's out, yeah, soon enough, you'll burn again
You know in the ups and downs, I'll be there
When the lights go out, I'll be there
In the coldest town, I'll be there for you (I'll be there)
In the highs and lows, I'll be there
When you lose control, I'll be there
It'll be alright, yeah, I'll be there for you"
