Hey Soul Tribe,
Can you feel the build of the Energy at the moment? 
There is something which is really pushing us to emerge from the old version of ourselves.
It's felt like a tornado which has been accumulated internally.
It's has been something incredibly ancient that we as a collective have carried within our DNA. It's one of the most complex yet simple thing that we can do to support the re-emergence of our authentic self.
It's the ugliest parts of ourselves, those aspects which we have judged harshly or not wanted to acknowledge...
This is what is being asked of us right now to be acknowledge & being completely loved

.The words came to me today "Cosmic Reconstruction" or "Rainbow Recalibration."
This to me speaking directly to, what's occurring within our Energy bodies... It's an individual, yet it's shared as a collectively.
It's the three lower Chakra's & their the aspects which are associated:
The themes have been highlighted:
Lack, scarcity, fears...
Sexual Trauma & distortion which is creating separation between Divine Soul Connections.
Powerlessness, feeling unworthy, behaviours to force or fight to feel more secure...
This is greatly creating unnecessary worrying, lack of faith & disharmony within ourselves & with our loved ones...
It's important during these changes
We spend precious moments connecting in heartfelt ways with the people we cherish and love
