Update:
What an intense week from the massive spike that lead us to (7.2m)+1.5m data points to the major sun self update yesterday we are def ready for the next phase remember when major spikes happen to go back and look at past wounds with your new access level LOG sheets over people who are currently important in your life can be powerful as well as LOG sheets on your job name and one very powerful practice is LOG on yourself to let go of the old you and make room for the new you

Q: are we just gonna get the sin self updates kinda weekly now?
A: there is a massive solar flood in march the updates are prepping us for it so it could be weekly ya but depends on humanity's ability to handle it
