This week also passed quickly, it is already the middle of November and today is the last super full moon of the year. The energies fluctuated between chaotic and peaceful this week, depending on which energy we were tuning into. The human collective energy was very "gloomy" this week, programs such as the feeling of being lost, nothing making sense, grief, sadness, limiting beliefs, left behind, anger, separation, etc. surfaced. Many empaths have felt this and often find themselves carrying burdens that are not theirs, but the collective's, and wonder that they are energetically and physically tired, burdened, and the problems of the world are weighing on their shoulders. It is very important that we create an energetic barrier around ourselves and ask our spirit guides to feel only our own energy and emotions, since we have to think about ourselves first and foremost because with drained energies, we cannot help ourselves or the collective.
It's been cold and persistently cloudy this week with just some minutes sunshine and my cat is inside more than outside. He helped me a lot this week with my cross-stitch project.
Well, there was a little break to decide what to write about this week, and now this week's music gave me inspiration, and that is the "classical - modern" education. Since I only went to school in Hungary, I am only starting from the experience gained in the Hungarian education system, but since centralized education is mandatory for young people all over the world, there are not many differences.
The students can be divided into two groups, there are those who like to go to school or rather out of duty - devotion to their dreams, for their future - and there are those who do not like to go to school. In the case of the last group, it does not mean that they do not like to learn, increase their skills, and develop their knowledge, but simply by their nature - their soul - they do not want to learn within a framework, but freely. In our present time, the name ADHD was coined, but probably these souls are "older" and have been through the education of this world so many times that they already want "something else".
Perhaps they are the ones who, in the depths of their souls, still remember that the real learning and gathering of experiences does not take place in the classroom, but outside in life through the family, the community - tribe - and nature and inside. Knowledge that prepares you for life, knowledge that is really necessary, and by people you trust and who have become "masters" of their professions, who teach with kindness, passion and care and allow students to discover knowledge.
These people are free spirits and want to learn and develop differently than this centralized education where these people feel like they are in a prison. They want to learn in a way that suits their curiosity, passion and interests.
"The basis of today's modern education system, which later conquered the world, is the Prussian system. It was King Frederick William I who inaugurated the compulsory Prussian education system, the first national system in Europe. In 1717, he ordered the compulsory attendance of all children in public schools. Strict rules obliged parents to send their children to school. Children were required to participate in education between the ages of 7 and 14, and no excuses were allowed except for physical inability and absolute idiocy. Parents of truants were warned, then punished with fines or civil forfeiture, and as a last resort, the child was taken from its parents and brought up and educated by the local authorities.
III. Frederick William continued the reorganization and in 1834 he strengthened the compulsory public school system by making it compulsory for young entrants who wanted to enter legal, medical or ecclesiastical careers, as well as for civil service applicants and university students, to take secondary school leaving exams. Thus, the Prussian state effectively brought the rising generation of scientists and other professionals under its control.
The autocratic Prussian system served as an inspirational model for the leading professional educators in the United States, who dominated the public education system here and were largely responsible for its expansion. "
There is a very good video that explains a little about the development of modern education and why, and who was behind it and why. The video is in Hungarian, but subtitles are available.
Here an another video for our English readers, almost the same as the Hungarian:
The point is that, with centralized and compulsory education, they can shape the future generation as the system wants and with teaching materials that the current system wants. This contains many dangers, since any untruth and lie can be taught as fact, in order to keep the system alive and ensure it future.
I started the school in the 90s, and we had many textbooks, the Internet was just beginning to spread and dial-up Internet was only present in a few homes and many things were not available on the Internet, as they are now, so that any other study material would have been available outside of the library. In addition, even though there were new discoveries and historical facts, they were not included in the teaching materials later either.
In terms of energy, the schools do not have good radiation. The word "prison" appeared to me many times, and somehow I always sensed the negative energies swinging around high schools, one of the components of which was fear, stress and worry. Many of us have been programmed since childhood to think that successfully completing school and getting a good university and a good profession will determine our future. If you are not a good student, you didn´t get your certificate you will become a nobody. What a burden it is for a child to constantly "fear and worry" about what their future will be. What a competition it is to get into a good high school and university, to get a well-paying job later, and when they don't succeed or are overworked, overwhelmed they end up committing suicide because they simply can't handle the weight that family and society and expectations put on them.
I have watched many social videos on this topic, mostly from Japan and Korea, where, in addition to compulsory education, they also attend preparatory courses from childhood, extra vocational courses, even more courses and study until dawn, just to meet family expectations and not actually study for themselves and interests. but on the line determined by family and society. Due to the compulsory system, which starts from primary school through secondary school to university/high school, these young people do not really live, do not experience life, do not really know themselves, then work/partnership/their own family comes and they are caught themselves that they are panicking about closing the gates, since they didn't do so much for themselves because they studied and then worked.
In this modern world, children, teenagers and young adults cannot be children/teenagers and young adults because they live in a framework. Children want to play, but because of school and lots of homework, they hardly have time for it. Teenagers are also burdened by school, but all they want is company, friends, love, parties, fun, and me time, not worrying about end-of-year grades and exams. Young adults also want to live, experience, see the world, and develop, forming meaningful connections, but they can't because of work, which also keeps them in a frame, and because of social expectations.
Do a school and good grades really determine our future? How many young people are there who have studied hard and completed their profession, but are still selling goods in a large multinational companies, because either they have no experience, or they are overqualified, or there is no demand for them in the chosen field. Many times life holds something different than what we were expected or even dream of for in our youth. Many of us cannot stay in the working order of the matrix, if we do, we feel completely tied up and drained. This happened to me as well and I realized that the obligatory matrix 9-5 job does not serve me, I am not a droid, I don't like being limited and told what to do and when. But I didn't changed for a while and then the illnesses and the depression came. I am trust that everyone will find their work and passion completely align with their skills and interests which will bring emotional and financial fulfilment, be it cooperation or solo.
Another problem with education is that students and their ability to learn are not taken into account. There are many students in a class (we had about 40+), everyone is unique, some learn quickly and some learn slowly. There are right hemisphere - creative - artistic students and there are left hemisphere - real - logical -students. Each requires a different stimulus and explanation. A teacher cannot listen to everyone and explain in such a way that everyone understands equally, and if the teacher deals with those who have fallen behind, the others will be "bored". There is no balance in teaching, it is not student-centered, and it is not for the students, but for the system - just fill the heads with knowledge, shape their thinking, their behaviour, their perspective.
Classical education is bleeding from many wounds that should be reorganized. Many teachers have started to develop alternative education and there are already in practice, which are much more "practical" and child-centered than this matrix school system imposed on us. Also since the pandemic, quite a few parents are teaching their children at home, just like in the old days. The teaching profession is a great and beautiful profession, handing over knowledge and wisdom and educating the next generation or other people is like watering, loving and caring for tiny seeds so that they can be fulfilled and thriving in this world.
I believe that in the future, real passionate teachers who dare to change, revolutionizing the education, and return the joy of learning to the students. A free system where you can learn according to your abilities, with your curiosity and your drive in a way that is the best fit for the individual. These teachers would pass on knowledge that is really important, they would take us forward on our path, developing our skills forwards, where we expand our mind and soul and not shape our minds to a "centralized" pattern and we would have to repeat the same thing they told us word for word with a multitude of tests. Because this is the problem, there is no appeal on the part of the student in this system, if you see, feel and know differently than the system, you automatically fails. There are no more "grades", because that also separates. The measurement of human performance is purely matrix, aka system-trusted or not. There are those who are excellent in x, but weak in y, there are those who are only good in 1, but do not perform well in 10. These people are degraded by the system and society, yet if they have the opportunity, they invent and create revolutionary things that can bring positive changes to all the inhabitants of the planet.
The classical education didn't bring the curriculum to class, we didn't get closer to them. In a physics, biology or chemistry class, it is much more vivid to see and experience what is being discussed than to only see it in theory in the textbook or just in the Tv. In biology or geography class, it would have been much more meaningful if we had gone out into nature, to museums, to excavations, to really "see" what we were learning. Let's just say it wouldn't have hurt if we were taught which plants are good for which illnesses, gardening, and responsible animal husbandry.
It would have been easy to give the students useful skills and knowledge that they really need in life, and nurturing their ability, skills and creative solutions and to think outside the box, because that would be necessary and this will be the new education foundation.
I like to learn and discover through experience, I look - I read - I observe - I do it (copy mechanism) - I analyze in myself how it works - and then I make my own version according to my own skills and ideas. I like to observe, I`m curious and I like to ask questions what I'm interested in, because that's how I learn, so this modern education locks me in an absolute "prison" and doesn't serve my needs. and I know that many young and old people out in the world have the same problem with education as I do, but most of them resigned, even though they shouldn't. The old world and all absurd "rigid" structures will collapse, as it is not sustainable and cannot be reconciled with the new energies. A new era, new solutions, a new free "system", which is not centralized but soul-centered, not dividing but unifying will born from the ashes of the old.
And here is an old classical piece of music in a slightly more modern guise as the final chord of this post.
Three boys, first one homeschooled from 2nd to graduation. Next two, unschooled. We literally used Minecraft as "school" for four years. Everything else has been learning through living it. No classes, no grades, no school books, worksheets, notta. These kids came here already knowing what they needed to know. There was nothing I could teach them they didn't already fully understand. I was mind blown. Their first job was a summer concession stand and they were able to do the math better than the adults supervising them. That's with no formal math classes, just life. They were born 2006 and 2007, my first was 1997. The last two so much different than the first. Best of all, they have zero mental health problems. They're the happiest teenagers I've ever seen. We get complimented on them all the time. And I cannot even count the things they've taught me. I'm amazed that I got to be the vessel to bring them here. They meditate and talk about mystical beings. They hold their own energy and beliefs and do not place them on each other. They allow me to be dumb and then gently teach me, LOL. It's a blessing to have these children. They're nothing like I was or their dad was, and even different than their older brother. These are higher beings we are dealing with and the public school systems need to catch up.
