Dear family, as the sun had been relatively quiet, but yesterday (16 September) after a so-called M-Class in an active region in front of us, a huge plasma filament was discharged (in the video you can see it in second 10) also in front of us and that will almost certainly cause a moderate to strong Geomagnetic Storm (Kp 6-7) between 19 and 20. Filaments are "heavy" plasma (a lot of energy albeit at low speed compared to solar calls), but they cause longer lasting Geomagnetic Storms (Solar Storms) because the plasma content is very large and this one in particular is very large. With solar filaments almost always the prediction remains short (we could reach Kp8) and if the same region that caused the so-called Class M remains active and more calls are produced in the next 24 to 48 hours, that filament could be "pushed" by the effect of the calls and so their effect would be magnified.
Although the effects on the physical body over the last few days have been mostly individual (because each physical body is recalibrating), the effect of this filament will be felt by all, even those who have not begun the process of adaptation of the physical body (during the process of adjustment of the body) Physically there is a period of 3 years very intense and everyone lives it when it comes to him according to his own process). 
Here's what you might be feeling or starting to feel in the coming days regarding this filament:
- High tide, vertigo, loss of balance
- Lots of brain activity and pressure or burning
- Feeling of unreality or mental confusion (constant and uncontrollable thoughts)
- Be in two "dimensions" or outside your body
- Feel them moving in slow motion or as if they were under water
- Stomach burn, nausea
- Whole body vibration and skin sensations (partial chills, goosebumps, intolerance to temperature changes)
- Hot or burning hands and cold feet
- Tingling on lips and different parts of the face (including Third Eye)
- Pressure in the sinus, inflammation in the nasal sores
- Fingertips fall asleep
- buzzing, tones, pressure or flapping in the ears
- Feeling of floating or losing gravity
- Some of you might feel pain in the lower back or hip for no apparent cause
When the arrival of the filament causes the Geomagnetic Storm (September 19/20) you could feel:
- Greater activity in the Cardiac Chakra: palpitations, double heartbeat (extrasystoles), light pressure in the chest and the feeling of not being able to breathe deeply (it's just the feeling, yes they can breathe well)
- Restlessness, insomnia and a lot of tiredness (or as if they were sedated)
- Slight increase in passenger blood pressure
You could also experience vivid or lucid dreams, downloads of information, visions, waves of unconditional love or an emotional roller coaster, cognitive dissonance, and overcoming blocks and/or behavioral patterns instantly or through lucid dreams. If for some external experience or internal conflict you experience a negative emotion (fear, anger, need for revenge or to defend yourself, resentment etc.) DO NOT REACT, observe the emotion, feel it without trying to deny it or repress it and you will see that in a few minutes it disappears by itself. If we let it be and flow watching it (being aware of it without rejecting it and without reacting, being present) just like a flowing river, it will disappear by itself. 
Also, on September 20, 21, 22 and 23, a comet that had not moved in thousands of years will pass through the constellation of Virgo and will be visible in different places of the world (like a shooting star) and then return to a fixed position of the one that will not move for over a thousand years. 
Stay well hydrated, breathe, ground yourself if your intuition tells you that you need it, don't fear for your physical body but support it and trust that the Divine Plan is perfect. All is and will be well, that's what we're here for. Do not fear not "being prepared" or not being doing the right thing, it is already in us (it always has been, but we forget) everything we need to live this collective experience, it is only necessary to focus on your own internal and expansion process, not to be distracted and don't compare your experience to anyone else's because each one is individual and necessary. With the Heart lighter than a feather (free from resentments, fears, control, defenses and any other form of oppression and suffering) and the mind open to anything that may happen, the Divine Consciousness will make the impossible and the unlikely a possible reality for all.
