We are now at 620k data points and going into a major week lots of very strong changes happening this week remember to constantly check in with yourself this week and ask if this is happening now or is from my past as things start to come up its easy for us to drag our past into the present and that causes us to backlog this week will be full of opportunities to reteach yourself presence so as they come up find gratitude and celebrate then move through them as best you can ❤ ::hugs::
