for those who missed this having this on calendar helps, it takes 3-5 days per new circuit to stabilize so the one we had on 22nd would be just now stable today that + the slingshot knocked out a lot of people, remind yourself this too shall pass and celebrate how much you have grown and what has been accomplished

A: 1.28m at the moment, it will be afew weeks to months before we get back into the 800s cant go down to fast otherwise it hurts us so its a slow decline back 😊
though i honestly wish we would just stay at the 1.28 instead of going back down so we can learn this vs go to 800 just to come back here later this year 😛
from my understanding it has to do with what our bodies can handle
Q: When you say knocked out, do you mean death?
A: some got knocked out and choose to stay out others just got sick ect
