Here is a good little reference point
As it seems to me that this year of many is a very physical integration phase more so than we've had before.
After many years of the emotional, mental, energetic (still ongoing of course)
We integrate all of that into the physical vessel.
Of course it should go without saying if you have concerns it's always best to put your mind at rest and seek assistance when required.
Ascension symptoms is from the energy basis where the medical world can not detect 'anything wrong' because we always need to be mindful to ensure that we support our physical bodies in the best way we can, because this Ascension we are talking the body with us
We are in the process of transformation to increase the light within the body structure all of it including the physical.
We have been through so many test points over the last few months to see how much we can hold.
As we increase in increments ~ this has a flow on effect as we hold/store density in so many forms ~ our way of thinking, our limitations, our thought patterns, our emotional responses & ways of coping we have the ability to suppress so much as most of the time wev don't have the tools to adequately handle life in all its colourful forms. No guidelines or manuals with this meat suit!
The steam from our childhood, our past lives, our bloodlines and they all come up for evaluation on this wild ride we call Ascension.
All so we can embody more light to transcend back to our soul nature, back to our childlike qualities.
All whilst connected to the whole, the all, the collective as one working towards the same goal. Planetary freedom & liberation.
We have come from far & wide within this galaxy & beyond because we have the tools they were within us all along.
Many of us have done this thing called Ascension before sometimes individually and some as a greater cause.
But never quite like this before
Go easy and find your new gentle rhythm to your bodies requests, you might find that in that there will be more times you need to rest.
We are not only assimilating this for ourselves but to Gaia too, she too needs room. To grow, expand & evolve up to her new home & resting place
