It's another day in the energies.
The big offenders today are the Flux Energies that are already at 191, on the 1 to 10 original scale.
We are seeing solar winds hit the Magnetosphere already today, too.
M1 and M2 Solar Flares, with a small chance of X Class Flares, too.
The real talk is happening for the 13th after not one but two CME'S are coming in that day.
There's talk of Interplanetary Shocks coming in tomorrow along with more disturbances on Wednesday.
Today, though, we have more of a steady type of energies all around.
When Flux Energies are this high, they can cause tingling an itchy sensations.
Existing nerve damage can be intensified.
But you know all about these Ascension Symptoms. You've been going through them for years.
As the planet is transcending to its new 5d version of itself, it is so important to take care of you.
Be mindful of how you are feeling and follow your nudges and knowings.
If you find yourself with headaches or head pressure, try adding more water to your day.
Also, setting intentions over your food and drink can bring in healing or whatever you currently need into your day.

yep, since Sunday I just tired, headache and take a lot of nap. Strong energies and 33+C heatwave very heavy for my body (I´m a winter child)
In the chart not so much activity, but almost every day the Sun send M Class solar flares so definitely something is going on...
