Dear family, first I'm going to give you a summary of the adaptation process of our physical body because I know a lot of you are under a lot of pressure. After we receive a strong input of energy (which is now already in a constant form although sometimes there are peaks of higher intensity or with a higher vibration than we have received so far), that same vibrational frequency re-enters through the lower body because our electromagnetic field works like the earth's. The amount of energy that each of us is capable of embodying depends on the expansion of our magnetic field and the expansion of our magnet field is directly related to the strength of our heartbeat. The freer the heart, the more our magnetic field expands. The amount of residual energy that we can't embody re-enters through the lower body (seeking to reach the heart to which it is drawn) and triggers symptoms in the lower chakras.
The cycle of each energy input (intensity depends on its source) is more or less like this:
1) Impact on our electromagnetic field – we feel being pulled or shaken, loss of balance, anxiety, partial chills and/or goosebumps in some parts of the body.
2) First entry through the Crown chakra and descends to the Heart. – All the symptoms you already know in the upper body.
3) Second entry for the Root Chakra (which is what many may be feeling now) - lower back pain, excessive bowel movement, increased sexual drive, puncturing pain in the bladder or in different parts of the intestine (symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome), inflammation in the abdomen, constipation and/or diarrhea, in addition to pain in the legs (as if we had worked out a lot), hip or biceps pain, and muscle stiffness or cramps.
The subjective experience of this energy has been testing us (since March 21/22) with many experiences and situations that have pushed us to choose Love over fear, pain, or behavioral patterns that we learn from our family and our culture. Many of the patterns of behavior and the way we react are learned by imitation and from things we hear or see that are recorded in our subconscious. Also from that you have to free the Heart and not only from the wounds that were a direct experience.
Releasing our Heart for our electromagnetic field to expand means returning to Absolute Innocence and Purity of a Child's Heart. In fact we are all born awakened and enlightened, with the natural inclination (because it is the nature of Divine Source/Consciousness) to give our Love to others (the Love that we are) and to receive it from others. The divine purpose of the tree is fulfilled when it bears its fruit and feeds other species, our divine purpose is fulfilled when we give that Love that we are to others, without limits and without conditions, as we did when we were children. A child only wants to give his love and be loved (we need him like we need sunlight), but if when he gives his love he is rejected, or conditioned to do so, then he experiences pain (pain is not absence of love, it is love that cannot be given as we would) and so he learns that he cannot give that love freely. He imposes limits on himself and changes his behavior because he is also taught that pain is "not good" and that he must avoid it in order to be "happy", although that false happiness implies the loss of a real connection with others through love. Where there is love pain is inevitable because it is part of the human experience, turning it into suffering through the filter of our rational mind (and all the beliefs we have of how it should be) or feeling offended because we think others have an obligation to love us in the same way and letting it turn into resentment, anger, desires for revenge or victimization is a choice we make.
When the child grows up, already without his innocence, begins to manipulate circumstances and even others because in his quest to avoid pain he needs to make sure first that he will not be rejected and that he will be able to freely express the love that remains, but which is hidden behind from all the defenses he thought he needed to build to protect himself. Remembering that we are that Love, giving it, and trusting that others are, too, who can and want to give it (considering that the one who forgot it most is the one who needs it most), is to move mountains.
