"You're here because you know something. What you know you can't explain, but you feel it. You've felt it your entire life, that there's something wrong with the world. You don't know what it is, but it's there, like a splinter in your mind, driving you mad. It is this feeling that has brought you to me." Morpheus - Matrix

Aluna Joy Jaxkin - EARTH is speeding across the galaxy at 66,700 miles per hour

It is a MIRACLE we are here!

As we read this, EARTH is speeding across the galaxy at 66,700 miles per hour. And to blow our minds even further, we don’t know where we are, OR we are going!

We can see less than 1% of the electromagnetic spectrum and hear less than 1% of the acoustic spectrum. We can only wonder what amazing things are out there that we can't see or hear!

90% of the cells in our physical human space suit carries their own microbial DNA and are NOT YOU. The atoms in our bodies are 99.% empty space and none of them are the ones we were born with, and they all originated from the belly of a STAR.

The existence of the rainbow depends on the conical photoreceptors in our eyes. To animals without cones, the rainbow does not exist. So we don't just look at a rainbow; WE CREATE THEM! This is pretty amazing, especially considering that all the beautiful colors we see represented in a rainbow are less than 1% of the colors that actually exist.

Literally, we ARE the Earth, Sun, Stars, Moon, and Planets, and they are us! Yet we are nearly blind and deaf, and we don’t know where we are going at 66,700 miles per hour. Yet, we find all kinds of silly ways to create unlimited ways to polarize, when we are actually part of one another. We are AS ONE!

We each hold a tiny piece of truth to grand mystery of life. When we honor each other for our unique perspectives, we just might know a little bit more about this grand universe of which we are a part. Together, united, we become wiser.

When we simply surrender to the inescapable and great unknowable nature of the universe, we can live blown away by it all and by the fact that we exist in the first place, while not really knowing much of anything, in bodies are made from Stardust!

Something to think about.
Happy Earth Day!
