It has been an interesting melting pot of energetic overlays as we moved towards this Pluto in Aquarius 
transit 
transit Definitely felt quite a significant shift come through over the night! There has been lots of dream space activity it's been incredibly active & waking up in strange hours of the early morning.
I've noticed that there is quite a bit of significant energetic integration & recalibration happening during sleep. Either intense heart burning away old energies. Lots of energy influxes coming in through the head, clearing out limitations within the mind/consciousness so a more expansive shift can be perceived.
In the lead up over the past week, there has been such a swirl or melting pot of energy that can make you feel both ends of the polarity spectrum. From feeling the opening and expansion of what feels like 'freedom & liberation code energies.'
To very hard, harsh desolate frequency, one of which I've observed as picking up the doom & gloom. Like is over, type frequency. This occurs from time to time as suicidal thoughts can occur. If you're not clear in your own energy or you're very empathic, you can pick up on these thoughts.
I feel this is something important to address as it can be prevalent but not spoken about this can occur for a number of reasons. Firstly, it's an installed program of those who have been in various types of SSP programs as so many people who have been involved are completing their contact and have been throughout this year. The other reasons why this can occur is part of the soul retrieval process, as aspect within different realities are either dying off or the ending of multiple timelines can feel the energy of this & it's interpreted in this way. This is happening as we've moved into a significant timeline shift collectively, and many older collective timelines are dissolving
we can have aspects of our energy within those spaces, and as many are moving through deeper levels of soul integration, this is occurring on mass.
Another aspect of these energies is closing out the cycle since 2008, so can be an interesting reflection piece to think about the challenging aspects of this timeframe knowing as we move beyond this, these aspects will be part of the things that move more fluid into the next phase with greater ease.
Also, a wrapping up for this year's energy is in progress as the 2025 frequency has already started to pull some of us forward with new insights, inspirations, and a much more expanded awareness & exciting prospect.
What I've been shown is each person holds specific matrix structures within their energy field connected with the greater collapsing systems so we hold the threads to unraveling each aspect this has become more apparent and is happening rapidly so deeper we can go internally and dismantling our programs & discord energy it creates a domino effect 
So, as you can see, it's a complete cosmic soup of energetic themes all moving through an alchemy process right now. It's highs lows & everything in between.
Taking proper rest, care of the physical body, connecting with nature, keeping your energy field clear as possible & daily alignment with your meditation practices is absolutely at the utmost importance.
