"You're here because you know something. What you know you can't explain, but you feel it. You've felt it your entire life, that there's something wrong with the world. You don't know what it is, but it's there, like a splinter in your mind, driving you mad. It is this feeling that has brought you to me." Morpheus - Matrix

PRACTICE FOR MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL CONTROL

Solar storms cause effects on the brain's electrical system activity as changes in the Earth's magnetic field, creating even more turbulence.

For occurring unconsciously, this sensitivity was found in a study titled "Evidence for a Human Geomagnetic Sense" by the California Institute of Technology, when scientists checked the change in brain activity of the Alpha band – responsible for the state of calm, relaxation and deep sleep – during storms electromagnets.
.
Some are always wishing for something, others committed to feelings of not belonging, not being where they wanted to be, acting under pressure from external standards, trying to prove something, expecting something from others but not from themselves. Suffocated in the ignorance of not knowing who they really are, in the whirlwind of the constant struggle to fulfill expectations.
.
To learn to live at a level of mental and emotional Clarity it is necessary to monitor yourself in order to maintain a compatible vibration.

For a peaceful constancy:

1. Don't remain in a state of anger, express it, even if it's punching the pillows.
2. Use affirmations like, “It’s okay,” “That’s nothing,” observing the situation as something small.
3. Don't judge yourself because you didn't Know everything before it happened ...
4. To find the best way out of the situation - walk in circles. Or draw them.
5. You feel "stuck" and need to move on - walk a few minutes in a spiral motion.
6. "Show the other side", in the sense that the Truth does not need to be defended.
When you are Angry, write down everything you would like to scream.
Outraged tear paper into tiny pieces.

Feeling discouraged and exhausted, draw or paint flowers, landscapes or rainbows.
Anxious and unfocused (thoughts) - make drawings of dotted squares, or other geometries.
Distracted, drawing or painting mandalas
If you must remember something important - draw mazes.
Frightened, confused, do macrame, crochet, embroidery.
Desperate, do some gardening.
Or any other intuitive activity where you "turn off" turbulence.
