Hey Soul Tribe,
How are you feeling? What a strange, energetic mix we are moving through right now!
Firstly, for the past week or so, the energy field has been so thick & dense, luckily we've had quite a number of solar flares that have helped break some of it down!
I was told in meditation a few days ago that because of the thick density, it's so important to dedicate a good portion of each day to meditatate and, in particular, keep clearing my energy field. It's certainly made a huge difference, and you should see the crazy gunk that's getting removed daily.
Now, let's move to the brace for the impact part! I was shown in my dreams last night that there are very high spheres of energy bubbles coming into the planet right now that would go to people almost as a coccon to start their upgrade process to hold new light & information as it starts to come in... This rainbow and pink frequency I describe in my November Energy Update 
So completely out of nowhere this afternoon, I found myself lying down, I could almost hear the energy coming in like swoosh! My whole body started to move, swirling & buzzing the next things I got completely knocked out for almost 2 hours 
It was the deepest sleep I've ever had, yet the experience was much similar to ones of being taken aboard craft at night 
Which I'm writing this still contemplating if that actually happened. As there was a heap of information that was shown just like being taught in dream space

I feel like this could very much continue for the rest of the month!
What's accompanying this experience is the updagrading to the energy field, large activation to start to restore more consciousness back online for the Walk-In Upgrades.
Physical aspects have been lots of pressure in the head, headaches, fatigue, and very lucidly moving between realities.
I've noticed that dream space has been so full of assisting people from my past, people I haven't seen in years, sometimes decades. What I've noticed is that these dream scapes continue throughout the day.
What I've been shown is it's like a type of bilocation... Our Conciousness is literally operating here & there & when we have Conciousness awareness of both at the same time that's more Mastery of our abilities to consciously work with that skill as more people will become aware of how to use this.
