Become aware that very powerful cosmic energies are pouring in and this is making us super sensitive.
It is imperative to clear your whole chakras, bodies and energy fields twice daily, and even more, as your energy fields extend around your body for 32 kilometers and more, in some cases.
I woke up this morning and was guided to pour Divine love, into every cell and DNA strand, and atomic levels, as well as my spine, chakras, physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and all twelve bodies and my whole extensive energy fields.
To just seek quietude, go out in nature, and go deeper within, while pouring love into all sentient Beings in, upon, and above the earth, the elements and elementals, and to do this in the highest state of love and unity within.
It is imperative, for so many Lightworker souls are holding the sacred ascension flames within their own souls steady at this moment, as the old disintegrates and many souls are lost at sea, yet this in truth is a huge awakening of souls at far deeper levels, than we are even conscious of.
This is the time of highest, loving, service work, intensified.
You cannot only do this, if all is in equilibrium within, as one with Divine Love within.

As long as you give your power away to outside authorities, outside noise, outside anything for that matter, you are not free.
True power is that of your soul, within you. Divinity within.
No one can take your own soul powers away from you, nor the love you in truth are, and a true Son and Daughter of the Prime Creator, unless you allow it to happen.
Go deeper within, and nurture your own deepest soul, and feel the love, unity, harmony within your self. Open your heart even more, to ever greater levels of love. Seek quietude, and you will find oneness and peace within.
The pathway to ascension is in the heart and soul.
Not outside.
Within.
As you change within, everything outside yourself changes too.
You are not helpless.
You never were.
You are an infinite soul and you hold all you are in truth within you, as one with All That Is.
The shift into the New Earth lies within you.
It always has.
It always is.
For your soul holds the keys and codes of all existence and more than this, is pure love.
Is it then not time to embrace with love the truth of who and what you in truth are, and to live your soul calling and purpose with love, soul empowered from deep within?
There is only love. All else is illusion.
