This is a weekly blog series where I try to collect songs that have something positive and current to say. Music connects us all, in good cases it lifts us up, gives us strength and helps us through life's difficulties.

How are you feeling lately? how do you sleep nowadays?

I've always been a good sleeper, with lots of interesting and colourful dreams, but that somehow changed in September. I call it restless sleep, if I add up I hardly sleep 4-5 hours, sometimes less. If I don't sleep, the next day I'm like a zombie, I might as well throw my brains out, because I don't go far with it. But when I went through such a period a long time ago, I realized that if I meditate, I don't feel like this the next day.

I call it medi-sleeping.

The point is that you are in your favourite sleeping position in your bed, and instead of tossing and turning, counting sheep, or pressing your phone, you simply start meditating without music - you concentrate on your breathing, on calmness, on silence. The borderline between meditation and dream is very small, but in this case you do not oppose, just flow. Sooner or later you will fall asleep and feel better the next day. Even if you spend the whole evening just meditating because you can't sleep, you won't be a washed-up rag the next day.

If your brain is running like a squirrel wheel, then place your attention in the area of the heart chakra, feel the warmth, calmness and love. Imagine that each breath is a golden ray of light that you breathe in and out.

And as you are in the silence, you will hear your own soul speaking to you...because it is very quiet. If you hear a louder voice - inner hearing - then it is probably your spirit guides.

Swimming in these intense energies, we also need to pay attention to our bodies. Recently I discovered Qigong and noticed that it helps a lot, I can say that the number of "ascension symptoms" has decreased while I try to do it every day and I´m more "balanced" and calm and after these exercises more happier :)

When I stitch, I listen to epic music, mashup mixes or chill-out music, it depends on my mood. Then I heard this music and I really liked it.

Whose favourite period of episode is Mercury retrograde? I can honestly say that I don't. That's when quite a few strange things happen. Unfortunately, it also reached me over the weekend. I'm a thinker type, and my brain simply went numb. It was difficult to put together a meaningful sentence, say it, or even write it down and the inspiration simply disappeared, as well as the desire to do it at all. I'm not used to typing with so many mistakes like I do now...crazy.

The funny thing is that there was a sale of Asian products at one of the commercial stores, and since I haven't eaten Gyoza before, I wanted to try it. I looked everywhere in the store, I even asked the worker where it was, and he only pointed to the cold aisle, which I had already checked twice. But I found it. Where was it? I was standing right in front of it XD

I´m making a new counted cross-stitch project, and as usual, you have to be very careful, because if you miscount, and embroidery to the wrong place, you have to pick up the rows and do it again. 95% of the time it never had to be undone, but this weekend I had to do it four times.

During these periods, be careful, check what you are doing even more than once, and technical errors cannot really be avoided (last year, it was at this time that my toaster burned out and this year the boiler forgot to make hot water for days).

Since the weekend, my mantra has been that mercury retrograde doesn't affect me...or not so much...

This August is fiery and crazy, and here I am not only thinking about the energies. The "cabal" will do everything to avoid the inevitable and slow down the process, but the energies will flow inexorably and ever stronger into this world. We live in a material world - deep in the material - but the "matrix" replaced the material with money. The system has become money-centric, just like us humans. If you ask people about their wishes, money comes first, regardless of whether they are rich or poor. Unfortunately, in many cases it has also corrupted love, as many people look at their partner's wallet and not their soul. Or in another case, the exterior and not the internal values. So many people struggle to make ends meet from morning to night and from youth to retirement to have a home, food, clothing and some entertainment. If someone has a lot of money, they want more - in a both end this is the - not enough program. This is not a viable and nice system. We have a proverb - give a people power and money and they will be revealed which kind of person is in real.

Everyone has dreams, desires, be those simple, small or big. We have dreams that we simply give up on during our journeys on Earth, because we see no realistic chance for them or we simply grow them up, it becomes not important or revenant anymore. But they remain the ones we live for, the ones we fight for every day. Some of our dreams come true quickly, some we wait a lifetime for and just hope they come true. It is well said that hope dies last.

Many people take jobs for money that are not in line with their dreams and soul. The system doesn't give it that easily. This requires a lot of "heavenly help", faith, will, action and positive thoughts and perseverance. But if everything aligns, then we can live the life we've always dreamed of and do what we've always wanted in our everyday lives. I have often wondered what it would be like to live on this Earth if all your needs were met and you could do what you love here. You would no longer have "financial - health - mental - problems... what would you do? I think that with a lot of free time, people would take on a lot of "work" and "services" for the benefit of the majority. I think that this path would be necessary in order for people to move away from self-servicing, service to self into service of others.

Remember your dreams - desires - no matter how big they are, because you are the captain of your own ship and this is your life. But be aware that your wishes come from your ego or your heart. If that life - dream - wish - comes from your heart, then take that direction, because the wishes of the ego only cause temporarily joy.

This week's song will probably seem random (I like this song much and starting the Monday it´s perfect) but here we are at the portal of the fiery lion, the energies are very intense and we also had an X1 solar flare, so with this song we honour our inner fiery lion and warrior. My favourite galactic race is the "feline aliens", maybe that's why in my youth was my favourite the ancient Egypt and goddess Sekhmet.

The Valhalla is not calling me, but the vacation much more. The destination is "again" my favourite place in Austria - the Salzkammergut region. The most interesting from the energetic point of view is the area around Hallstatt and the Dachstein - there is some kind of ancient energy or code in these places and lakes. The other such place is Tyrol - some hour there is like meditating for 1 week - a perfect place to retreat, slow down, going inward and stillness. I prefer the Salzkammergut region - it´s more "energizing", active, uplifting, going outward...yayy hard to describe by words - sorry - but anyway both places are naturally beautiful and worth exploring. So Tauplitzalm here we go :) it rained a lot this week, the temperature around 10C so it will probably be a muddy hike...but I´m up to the challenge 😊

Sorry, but while I'm on vacation, I can't update my blog or respond to emails, comments, and social media messages (maybe Instagram, or the kira e-mail if the hotel wifi is good...my tablet is old and many apps no longer support the old IOS version & I have no own internet on my devices). Unfortunately, life is not a foamy glitter bubble bath with unicorns, but often an obstacle course and dancing with wolves. But no matter what you went through and what will going through, you gained inner strength, wisdom and experience through it. We often cannot move on, the pains and experiences of the past bind us and we cannot see the light at the end of the tunnel. But you have to move on, heal it, accept it, forgive it and the best what you can do is, arm yourself with positive thoughts and the belief that only better things can come from here, because you deserve it.

One of the lovely blog reader shared a lot of music in the comments, taking me back to the 90s and my teenage years. At first I thought "hmm some planet is in retrograde again or something", because that's usually when memories of the past come up more often. That's when I remembered this song, my brain started playing the song, which I haven't heard in over fifteen years.

Venus will be retrograde this week, so we will also go back in time in terms of music, we will turn a little inward, riding the wave of nostalgia - keep up the good memories and heal & forget the bad memories.

For this week, I brought you a song unknown to you and in my native language. Hungarian is considered one of the most beautiful and most difficult languages, a truly explanatory and richly expressive language.

The band's name is Bikini and we can thank them for many popular hits, such as " Részegen ki visz majd haza" ("When I'm drunk, who will take me home?"), which we young people of the 90´s loved to sing on the street at night when we were tipsy or drunken.

Relax, this song is different... it's about the journey - about life - about hope - about loss - about loneliness - about moving forward through uncertainty. We are here now, we don't know what will happen tomorrow or a year from now, how we will get from today to the future we dream of. How much more do we have to persevere, work, give up, change as people and society in order to arrive at a "now" where we want and deserve to live. We can do nothing but trust our path, trust our heart - our guidance, trust Source/God and Not Give Up.

This music appeared when there was a "regime change" in Hungary (it was a longer period, but the most significant was 1989), that is, we "rebelled and broke" with the Russian communist-socialist dictatorship and became the Republic of Hungary.

Wake me up when it's all over...Unfortunately, there were and are periods in my life when I wish I could sleep through the boring or difficult periods and wake up to a better world and a better life. I know that this is a kind of escapism from reality, but I do not deny and am not ashamed that my earthly self sometimes or often has problems with existence in this plane. I also know that if I miss out on these difficulties, I miss out on the growth and character development that it offers, so I need to apply a higher perspective to life and not get stuck in only the ego view.

When I look back on my life, I see that I was always looking for something - my place, my soul tribe and where to belong. Then in adulthood I had to realize that I wasn't looking in the right place and rather I missed the inner connection with myself - with my higher self.

Since childhood, constant criticism and other people's attempts to change me left quite a lot of trauma, shadows and mental wounds, which required quite a lot of inner work, but gave me enough inner strength to be able to stay true to myself all the time and accept that I will always stick out from the crowd and I´m different in many areas.

I haven't found my place, where I belong, nor my soul family, nor my role in this world yet, but it's a journey and I think sooner or later I'll find what I've always been looking for.

We, humanity, should finally learn to see through the principle of divide and rule and grow up to unity. We are all in this modern globalist chaos where we have been made to believe that we are nothing more than a stupid consumer and stupidity is rewarded. We have to go back to the basics, we have to re-evaluate what is really important. We need to build on it again so that quality is important again, not quantity. So that, finally, the uniqueness is for the first, and not the dozen monkeys.

Enough of the violence, the eye for an eye, the exploitation, and let's finally be kind, more accepting and respectful to each other. Let's recognize that under the different skin colors and ideologies, a heart beats and a soul resides in all of us.

This week's song has an interesting background for me. You all know that my English is far from good, and I have a talent for completely mishearing the English lyrics in songs. I've heard this song on the radio quite a few times. The main thing is that I successfully misheard this song to "living in a heart space" and when I searched I didn't find it like that and the aha moment came when I found it as "hall of fame". Either way the lyrics is great motivational so perfect for this blog series.

The impossible is impossible until someone does it. It is our own mind - belief systems and fears - that limits us - Believe in yourself.

Tale of the deaf frog

One fine day, the forest animals organized a competition for their own amusement. They built a high wall and asked the frogs to climb it. The main prize was tempting, delicious snacks, so there were many applicants for the task. Animals gathered around, rabbits, bears, foxes and wolves, and of course wild boars. The horn sounded and the battle began. At least fifty frogs started for the steep wall.

"They won't succeed either way," said a rabbit, and when he said it, three frogs fell to the ground.

- They're too weak for that! - roared the bear and behold a miracle: ten frogs landed on the ground again.

- Frogs can't even climb walls - laughed the wild boar, and about twenty of them fell off the wall!

This went on until only one frog made its way to the top. He, on the other hand, has almost reached the top

"It will fall," growled the wolf, but it didn't. The frog has reached the top! He was the only frog out of fifty to complete the distance. He was such a skinny little frog. The animals surrounded him.

But the frog remained silent. That's when they realized: the winning frog DEAF! He didn't hear, couldn't hear the doubting, belittling and pessimistic comments. He only heard his own inner voice: "Up, up, up!" he said to himself. He knew he could do it and they didn't take away his confidence.

Because let's face it, every day we meet people who instill this in us. So let's learn to become deaf at the right time! In that case, let's just listen to our own, honest inner voice! Then we reach the top several times.

Just open up your heart...I know, it's very cheesy and cliché and it's boring to hear and read this everywhere. It is also easier said than done, but this is the greatest medicine for all of us who have lived here in the Matrix for this or many lifetimes...how much pain, how many tears, how much trauma, suffering, injustice, oppression, etc. we have experienced this and many other life which we may not even consciously remember, but the imprint we all carry it within us. We are preparing for the ascension, but it can only be done without luggage... we don't take winter coats with us on a summer holidays...except if you vacation on Antarctica.

The incoming energies support us and prepare us for the grand finale.

I know it's often hard to deal with the energies and things it brings up...I often ask myself if it's all worth all the physical pain, tears and emotional roller coasters, changes, dark night of the soul and other "lovely" stuff what´s come with it., Will I ever live to see the end of this story, will I ever can live the life I've always dreamed about it...I don´t know...but I should strengthen my friendship with Trust and Hope and maybe with the Inner knowing too.

This world has been in the age of stupidity for some time...it wasn't normal in the past, and now it's going more crazy. This is a lot of "isms", mandatory gender topics, mandatory skin colour topics, the silencing of the truth, a lot of banning - shadow banning, you can't have a normal conversation without stepping on someone's toes - people have become so "sensitive" or is it just a "trend" or another tool with which they want to silence us? They ban cultural products and people - simply because they don't like them?

Then let´s go and wipe out the Cabal with that much force, because a lot of people don't like what they are doing - oh yeah, then we are a conspiracy theorists and they suggest to put a tinfoil hat on our head... I hope that in this end time madness, they don't want to "ban" or cancel the Earth life - unfortunately, many people do this.

A part of humanity mourns the past, the other part lives in the future which not arrived yet, some pray for the end of the world, some give up and leave, and some have the hope and desire to make this world a better place.

If you stand out from the crowd, they will try to hammer you back at all costs, if they don't succeed, they will exclude you - the majority live in a "box" and want everyone to stay in the box they created themselves and for you - expectations - limitations etc. ... but do they know what freedom is? Of course - they answer, since millions have died for it throughout our history and they live under the illusion that they are free. But the reality is, no - not here. Even if we become "physically" free, there is still something else that binds us - attachments, our mind, our habits and our physical body. So, in fact, we have never been free here and we have no pale purple steam about what true freedom is like....maybe a small memory, a feeling in ourselves, which we still remember deep down inside.

But in the meantime, we can strive to break our chains - the compulsion to conform, people pleaser behaviour, toxic behaviour, envy, greed, victim mode, bad habits etc... and maybe every day we will feel more and more the freedom till it´s become reality or other reality. We will break free - we born for this!

Hopium-Motivating Song of the Week

When I play on my computer or clean or cook I listen to music 90% of the time. Lately I like mashup music - (big shout out to Valentino Sirolli, I enjoy his mashups-remixes very much), that's where I found this week's music. Since I didn't know the artist or the title, I named it heya heya song, but I still managed to find it to the delight of my spirit guides (irony - I think they get really bored when I listen it for the 20th time in a row).

The music is fast - modern, as time goes by these days...the Indian style is timeless and ancient,..the lyrics are very good and no problem, if my brain like a parrot plays it over and over again, max I will be surprised if the great spirit visits me in my living room 😄.

Why I choose this song? Perhaps in order to return to our roots and embrace again their wisdom and to find again the connection with nature - Gaia - and her inhabitants, as in the past, when we respected Life on a tribal level, which surrounds us, since we are all in this great cycle.

Because I don´t speak in Lakota language and I not found a good translator I can only rely on the text translated by others - one way or another, this is a prayer to the Great Spirit for Unity.

For this week, I brought a song that is currently popular on the radio, which I really like, real "summer light" music and happy vibe - from dark to light.

When I ask message from Spirit, then nowadays I get this song.

I wouldn't have made it this far without them, so when I listen to this music, I think of them, because they are my sunshine and their love that is weighted in gold :)
