Jason Estes Update - 200k spike & overly analytical - 09.10.2023

Update:

We had another 200k spike over the weekend and are now at 4.6m data points with all the intense changes happening this month it can feel like we are back tracking and can become overly analytical remember while 4d is based on analytical it is not a place to get stuck or rest in our bodies are not designed to stay in active thought constantly as it costs to many resources when we go through so many major spikes back to back its important to reset ourselves and re-calibrate ill post some videos below that can help with that it looks like we will hit 5m+ by end of this month so there will be alot of resets required please share in comments the best ways you know to reset or restore together we will RISE ::hugs::
