Dear family, about 4 hours ago this Class M solar flare was generated. 1 in a region of the Sun that is not yet visible to us. What you see in the picture is a large-scale coronal mass ejection, and that region will rotate right in front of us in the next few days, so there is a possibility of strong flames being generated. Although this is a stronger event, over the past 2 days Class C flares have been generating in almost every active region of the face of the Sun that is in front of us, so they have certainly been feeling its effects, as well as the effects of Radiation Cosmic because the Sun's General Radiation Index decreased this past week and that makes it easier for Cosmic Radiation to reach us more directly and it's always a higher frequency.
As a result of all that I mentioned earlier, you may be having difficulty sleeping, unexplainable anxiety, constant activity in the Crown Chakra (tingling, burning or "fire" in the brain) with information downloads or associated epiphanies (instants of "enlightenment" in which they get a higher perspective of a particular situation, or a universal truth without proposing and without reaching it using rational deductive thinking), greater activity in the Third Eye that may feel like pressure and tingling on the forehead and paranasal sinuses (sinusitis, rhinitis, internal inflammation of the nose or even a passenger nose bleed) which results in increased intuitive and even premonitory capacity. They may also feel electrical discharges on the palate and tongue, jaw pain and/or teeth, as well as difficulty focusing sight and seeing auras of light, or flashes with the eyes closed, seeing everything brighter or perceive frequencies in the form of light spots or colored circles and different tones or vibration in the ears and an increased ability to identify sounds that we could not perceive before (like electricity passing through wires or higher tones like a dog whistle). 
The Heart is also expanding and purifying from the desires created by our personality (when we give meaning to something and believe it to be a higher truth and that is what our heart "wants", but actually isn't) because it is getting ready to embody a higher frequency and therefore a higher truth. On a physical level it feels like pressure in the chest, flutter in the heart or a double heart beat, palpitations, but mainly a stronger heart beat when they contemplate or visualize something that does resonate with the highest truth of their heart (without the added stories by the personality and ego); where your heart beats the hardest, there is no resistance (self-defense) or false promises created by personality. It is also part of this purification process to feel vulnerable and more sensitive because the defensive barriers we create are falling off, so we move from love and compassion when we focus on the truth of our heart, to sadness and irritability when our ego does attempting to regain control. 
As we are under the effect of all this, it is a common experience to have these downloads of information, epiphanies or dreams in which we receive messages (we know they are, although not always obvious the meaning), as well as we have the feeling that "something is happening" outside of our capacity of perception and we live external experiences that somehow indirectly confirm the information received. The trick here is to resist the urge to do something about it. We are so programmed to “take control” that we believe we must do something because we don’t trust the power of “no-action” to allow destiny to be fulfilled without interfering. When something really comes from the Divine Consciousness (God's will) it is voluntarily offered to us without having to do anything to get it. We think that if we don't do something we can lose it or it won't happen, but it's just our ego wanting to move in a straight line towards a desired goal (we create a story told by our personality), when the true creative power of Divine Consciousness remains "hidden" waiting for you let's stop interfering and allow everything to be cleared and ordered by itself.

Dear all, in addition to the several so-called M-Class that have been originated from the Sun, we have also been under the effect of the Solar Wind and since a few hours ago a wave of incoming cosmic radiation has also been added. I don't know if it's just me but it feels like I'm spinning outside of the body. 
Follow the pressure and different sensations in the head, plus they may feel dizzy, disoriented, mentally confused or as if they were in two "dimensions" at the same time, with vibration, tremor or electricity throughout the body and as if they were not stepping on solid ground. The restlessness you feel is just the impact of the energy on your electromagnetic field (sometimes it even feels like we are being shaken), if you take a moment to become aware of this, you don’t have to turn into anxiety or panic attack; live it as anxiety or panic attack is just a reaction of the rational mind because it doesn't know what's going on and therefore it triggers that reaction so we ask for help in case it's needed. The less resistance there is, the easier it will be to integrate and embody all that we are receiving now. They may also feel attacks of hunger or lack of appetite, pressure and ringing in the ears, a lot of sudden thirst and fatigue or excess energy depending on the vibrational frequency at which they are vibrating individually.
Yesterday afternoon my mom came on a plane and told me that through the window she saw in the sky something she described as "plasma puppies with the colors of the rainbow" that covered almost the whole sky, but they were not a rainbow nor the clouds, just vertical strips of thick light. I tried to find an image similar to what she described, but I couldn't find it. 
Stay well hydrated, get as much rest as you can and don't get frustrated or strive to understand, just let the process happen trusting that everything will clear up in the right time. Everything is fine, just breathe and do what your intuition tells you to stay calm and at peace.
