Dear family, in the past 24 hours we have had two Class M flares, as well as multiple Class C flares and now a coronal hole facing the Earth that is causing the KP index to start rising. Solar activity is going to stay high for the next few 2 years, although at times I can go down for short periods of time.
They may be feeling restless, or as if they are under a high-voltage tower, that’s because the vibrational frequency is higher than before (as if it were a sharper note), discomfort or pain in the joints, cramps in the legs, and numbness in the upper body. It’s also normal for them to feel like displaceable, have difficulty remembering things, and very sensitive to loud noises or even their own voice. Pressure in the head, ringing in the ears, palpitations, fatigue and irritability are also normal. It may be that your sleep patterns, your hormonal balance and you may also experience temporary allergies or food intolerances. 
Contact with water, trees and animals facilitates the process of adaptation. Don't resist the changes you are experiencing, trust that everything will work out in the best way for you even though you can't see it now. Remember that Truth is simple, and Love is simple too. No external circumstance or experience that feels like “climbing a mountain” is truly aligned with Heaven’s will. Everything will fall into place if you let it be.
