Update:
Yesterday we had a massive sunself update we haven't had one of those since 2021 and this was the strongest one we've ever had, sun self is huge part of the way we translate information and gain resources from the quantum field it is also the self that takes on some of the most misunderstandings and numbs out so when we have a major update like this one we can feel very raw and vulnerable as our safety blanket we have used to dampen energies is removed keep in mind as we progress through 2024 we will be moving into greater levels of depth and sensitivity not away from so learn to master this new level of awareness and make sure to hydrate to help your cellular memory to flush out the gunk that is now in it stomach massage and cleanses can also be a huge thing after one of these i just finished my ZenCleanz ONE and am about to start the FLOW cleanse this weekend i have found these are huge for me more details in comments
