Update:
Now that the major updates are completed many people are finding a lower then normal vitamin b12 in their system because the major push burned through it as a fuel if your one of them you may find looking into b12 beneficial as far as I'm aware a major update at this level had never been done and it burned out many resources but the main ones were b12 and Palladium, Palladium is often used in any transdimensional upgrade in the body which is why i built cloud for support on these kind of upgrades

B12 is one of the key things to processing information and when we are low on it we tend to backlog which can lead to a sense of overwhelm.

cloud does not use vitamins someday i will design something that does 😊 and yes 10 grams is really what you need max for the base value of it though i still enjoy deepening my understanding every now and again 😊
