Quantum Healing Leaps Around Old Stories. We're all slightly different, and so we should be, but as you surrender your old stories, notice the speed at which they rise and clear. A lot of the time, our old stories are quite weighted, quite painful, quite emotional. It doesn't mean that you erase your history, and it doesn't mean that you have to forget experiences that you've had, but it does mean you no longer identify with those stories in a way that impedes your future, in a way that impedes your growth.
For example, a classic one that we all have heard and seen, "Oh no, I'm not getting into another romantic relationship because I had my heart broken ten years ago." Ten years ago. So that's ten years of life that you've decided to just shut the door on. Maybe you don't need another romantic relationship in your life and that's great, but do it from that place rather than, "I am too scared to open that door again." Because a romantic relationship is really just a vessel for love and connection. It's not even that much only about the other person that you're focusing on. It's about you and it's about how you're opening your heart, who you're opening your heart to. Old stories might be very uncomfortable for some of you right now. You might be really going through the ringer with some of the old ideas or identities that you have about yourself. This is a time where we are being asked to surrender them and notice the speed at which they can rise and clear.

Having lived through some intense fires in Los Angeles, I know that this one (which is on a whole other scale), is creating so much loss, devastation, fear and grief. For people, animals and businesses in the area. And generating many health hazards right now.
Yes, the community will rise and support each other, but right now in this moment, they are struggling.
So support in whatever way you can offer it - practical, emotional, spiritual. It will be needed. Many will be too shocked to ask for help right now.
