The British have a saying which holds the key to wisdom and fair play:
"Play the ball, and not the man."
I would add, and take a deep breath, before you judge or vent all that negativity out in comments and pollute all it touches.
For all is instant now and is returned to sender, with interest.
Nobody can push your buttons if you have no buttons to push.
Rather ask yourself, why? What is this triggering inside of me, that I have not loved, or owned within myself? Yes, mirror, mirror on the wall.
One can be discerning, without needing to judge nor to vent.
If you cannot say something good and uplifting about another, or to them, no matter who they are, then rather not say it.
We are now moving past duality and separation into Oneness and unity.
When your own inner self is at war and you are off kilter, then that is what you will instantly attract outside yourself.
What is within, is without.
You cannot create peace outside yourself when you are at war within!
