Recently, more and more articles are appearing in the mainstream media about possible power outages, be it the cause of a possible geomagnetic storm or something else. A few hours ago today, a small article appeared in the Austrian media Heute about Hofer (Aldi in another country) expanding its product offering with products to prepare for a possible power outage of several days such as gasoline generator, portable radio, flashlights and cans. It has been argued that the risk of such an event occurring in Europe is growing.
The interesting thing about it is why I share the fact that Hofer was the first to make a statement in the mainstream media months ago to prepare for possible product shortcomings because delivery is stalled or products are not arriving at all. We have noticed this a few times based on our own experience.
It’s best to always keep a home-made emergency reserve (food, water, medicine, candles, etc.) at home that lasts for a few days or even a couple of weeks.
Anyway, it’s interesting to observe what articles go into the media globally because it pushes something forward, e.g. what if the Queen dies, how a possible major geomagnetic storm would affect humanity and technology, and so on.

11.11. Update
Ever since I wrote this article, there has been a power outage article in the mainstream media every day. Even the Hungarian press reported that the media and disaster protection in Austria and Germany were preparing residents for this possible event and also kids in the school. The "ENERGIE.21" blackout exercise will take place on Friday, November 12, 2021 in Tyrol.

As far as I know, this was preceded sometime in January, when strong power fluctuations could be experienced throughout Austria and it only took a few seconds to prevent the entire power supply from collapsing. We experienced it too, we just thought the light bulb wanted to burn out.
