Baseline is now 1487 these jumps can lead to feeling more of the world and more intensity remember that while they can seem strong that we eventually become aware at this new level and it becomes the norm so give your body extra resources these next 3 days and check in a bit more often on what it needs wile it normalizes this new level of depth and dimensionality ::hugs::
