Welcome to November

this month starts out a bit strong as we stabilize the template for the month over these next few days, we are also processing through the 6th walk in group and the shadow self integration which is leading the world in 2 directions this may look like a war to many but it is simply an integration of the realities and a unification of the the world this month there will be lots of fear pushed and many scares about what the future holds my best advice for the month is step away from the artificial world and put your hand on your heart at-least several times a day and ask "What is true for me" "how does this really effect this moment" "What can i do to improve this moment" these 3 simple questions can be a huge support when you find yourself spinning in future potentials that will never come to pass ::hugs::
