The Austrian government has agreed to impose a curfew throughout the country for both vaccinated and non-vaccinated people from Monday (22). They collected their provisions in 7 points. According to the plan, the lock down will be lifted in mid-December for those who got vaccinated. Schools are closing and where possible people are working from home again (home office). The government wants to speed up vaccination and is pushing for a third vaccine. Also the time between vaccinations was shortened.
The government also wants to make vaccination mandatory by law from February 2022!!
Police are strictly enforcing the lockdown and if someone breaches, they can expect a heavy fine. I write here what amount to pay if someone resists this madness :
2G refusal to check (vaccination passport or official certificate that healed from covid) and violation of the curfew : 1450 Euro (it´s an entire monthly salary).
Violation of 2G rule as workplace etc : 3600 Euro
Violation of the 3G rule - employee 500 E, employer 3600 E
Police have so far randomly checked people and workplaces in the cities and those who could not prove themselves with a vaccination certificate, a certificate of healed from covid or a test may have been fined. Unvaccinated people can barely go anywhere outside of grocery stores and workplaces. The latest case reported by the media is that an unvaccinated lady went to buy clothes and ran into a police check ... she got € 500 punishment because she cooperated - if she resist the fine could be € 1,450.
After that, I don't think I'm going to the DIY store this weekend ... I have absolutely no money to pay a penalty.
Demonstrations will take place in several locations in Vienna on Saturday, almost paralyzing the city center.
Go Go people from Austria, resist this dictatorial measures!
I hope we can stop the government from legally requiring vaccination. I and I hope a lot of us will be able to persevere till this madness finally over.
