Dear all, a few minutes ago a Class M solar flare was generated. 2 in a region of the Sun that isn't directed toward Earth yet, but will in the coming days. What you see on the map is the flow of X-rays and solar particles after that eruption on the Sun. The colored part of the map, which covers all of America and parts of Africa and Europe, is the region that is absorbing the most X-rays, as well who are most likely having stomach acid, indigestion, inflammation and/or gastritis, for a couple of hours now.
Although symptoms in the stomach are most immediate (because of the increase in protons), they are also likely to have bowel movement, palpitations, and a sensation of vibration in all hollow organs because they are most sensitive to flow or of protons. It is also normal to feel shivers and pressure or headache, but less intense than when the flame happens right in front of us or when we are under the effect of a geomagnetic storm. Our physical body continues to adapt to a higher vibration and it is necessary to give it enough rest (so that our immune system doesn't weaken) and plenty of water so that the process at the subatomic level flows with ease.
