Practices:
1, Take 3 things what you really want in life - for example eating cake - this you write on a paper and than write the opposite - not getting to eat cake anymore. If I can accept the opposite of anything what I want than naturally come - but need to accept 100%. (no cake anymore on Earth, how you feel, could I be okay with that, etc.) Take one each week what you want through 3 week and begin the accept the opposite.
Whatever this 3 things what you want the most, when you resolve the opposite of it , pretty much everything else you want comes true as well, because those 3 things are what´s stopping you from having what you actually want in your life. When you resolve this 3 it´s like cleans up your whole manifestation queue. When you shift then everything shifts.
2. Set a timer, 5 minutes everyday or at least once a week and just sit in stillness (no tv, no internet, no radio, nothing) and allow yourself to feel what´s comes up.
3. Figure out what is good in your life and what isn´t good in your life and start to look at the in-between of those two. Find the thing what is unknow and begin to spend time to understanding that.
For example: if you really good baking cakes but you suck at making pizza - both working with dough - so maybe figure out how to makes crapes. The idea is to find the middle ground.
