Hi everyone,
An intense August is slowly coming to an end, and we’re stepping into a new month. The energies are powerful—there’s a massive cosmic radiation affecting the Earth right now, which is quite challenging for our bodies. Wishing strength and resilience to all of you.
I have an announcement to make: due to personal reasons and recent events, I’ve decided to step back from the “online public space” for a while. So far, it’s been sheer mental stubbornness that carried me through the difficult days, but it’s getting harder. It feels like the 10 of Wands or 10 of Swords in tarot—emotionally, it’s becoming too heavy to carry.
It’s simply overwhelming to scroll through social media every day, constantly reading and collecting spiritual messages from various people. Each day, I feel like I’m pushing others’ carts forward by bringing their truth and perspective here—each one a different frequency, a small puzzle piece—and holding space for it all through my blog. But it leaves me with no time, energy, or even desire to share my own voice. The blog has become an obligation, rigid and saturated with other people's words and energies—and that’s what makes it heavy.
What I see on social media is also overwhelming: too many “spiritual person” telling you what and how to do things. Honestly, much of it doesn’t feel authentic, but more like a spiritual business—everyone wants a slice of the trending, sellable "spiritual cake", often with overpriced services.
Another piece of advice:
Don’t believe everything you see on social media—especially the so-called “spiritual” people, or anyone claiming that they’ve fully healed themselves and live a perfectly happy life seven days a week.
The truth is: everyone shows you only what they want you to see online.
Check in with your heart.
Listen to your body.
Look into their eyes.
Feel their vibration.
Notice how they speak.
And you’ll know.
Don’t fall for the illusion.
Most people are looking for a quick fix—but the truth is, there isn’t one. What worked for someone else might not work for you. So don’t fall into the trap of believing there’s only one “right” path. It’s not true. Every event and action in life is here to guide you back to yourself. All the cycles are trying to show you: maybe it’s time to get off the hamster wheel and choose differently.
The wound, the pattern, and the conditioning need to be seen. Your highest self will make sure you do—whether through life events or certain people. You’re not alone, even when your world is falling apart and your mind says, “We’re doomed.”
Another thing I’m stepping away from is the constant fear-mongering: “This or that will happen—be afraid, because if you’re not high-vibe, you’ll get stuck in 3D!” What does that cause? Panic, shame, overthinking, and inauthentic soul-searching. I need a break from this.
You know, it’s like being stuck in a job or relationship that no longer resonates, where you’ve outgrown it, it no longer brings fulfillment, and your inner fire has burned out. You crave something new, fresh, with a new vision that reflects your true self.
This blog belongs to my old self—the one who collected other people’s truths and wisdom, added her own perspective on various topics, shared her hobbies (music, art), and wanted to help by gathering and passing on useful information. But my new self is still under construction. I still have a lot of healing to do—because this Earth and this life have given me many wounds in nearly 40 years. And I am the one responsible for healing them. I need to take care of myself now—nurture and love myself.
I don’t yet know in what way, form, or even whether I want to return to the “online world” at all. But if I ever come out of my cocoon and find myself again, I’ll know.
I stopped reading the news a while ago—and life has become simpler and more joyful without the constant flood of drama, conflict, hate, and the chaotic chess game of politics and “light vs dark”. I’ll also take a break from reading spiritual/New Age community posts. It’s all just overflowing information that keeps us in a “consume and confusion” state and actually prevents us from listening inward.
There’s one thing I truly agree with though:
Sit with yourself in silence—no distractions, no music, no noise, no action—just be. Be mindful and look within.
Guided meditations or spiritual music never really worked for me. I didn’t even feel like meditating for a long time. But what truly became a game changer was:
alone time, silence, and just being.
Hold space for yourself. Let the emotions flow. Feel what needs to be felt. Allow what has been suppressed since childhood (and beyond) to come out. Let your body release the wounds, pain, and trauma—without the mind judging, without mental stories. Let the body speak in its own language. Let the silence—whether in your room or in nature—allow your soul and guides to communicate.
Silence, presence, and awareness bring transformation, peace, acceptance, and happiness.
To those who’ve already started awakening: you actually don’t need external spiritual guidance, because everything is within you. Those who still need these kinds of posts are usually those who are still asleep—or just beginning to open their eyes. Trust yourself. Trust the inner nudges, the soul whispers, the synchronicities, and the signals of your body.
So, with that—I say goodbye.
Maybe just for a while, maybe for good.
I don’t know what tomorrow will bring, but I do know that something has to change.
But hey—you’re not getting away without one last song. This has been my favorite lately - Known by Sky Gienger.
With love, always.

I'm so happy for you! 🥰 Many blessings on your journey. The world awaits the new version of us ALL. It is time we rise! Have a wonderful life and thank you for being you. 💜💫
ReplyDeleteThank you and have a good time.
ReplyDeleteTake a rest. It was a hard time for all of us lightworkers and lightwariors. Recently i also stared to spend more time in nature and did quit my daily job. More and more people started to acting like NPC in games so i decided to maintain minimum contact with society. Stay safe and let us know what's new in your life from time to time just that we know you are here :)
ReplyDeleteYessssss, that's exactly how I see the world around me. I no longer have a desire for "soon" or "something bad is going to happen"...it's become so boring.
ReplyDeleteI have found a new job in a new city, 1000 km from my origin and am finally moving into a new flat in September, so I have said goodbye to social media.
My personal daily input is so high that I can hardly concentrate on anything other than myself.
I understand you very well and honour your path.
I would like to thank your old me for the years of important support that enabled me to follow my path.
Best regards from Munich
Ulrike
