π Effects of Solar Activity on the Human Body
And there’s your answer as to why some people barely feel anything during this intense solar cycle finale.
“The circadian rhythm can regulate brain wave activity, hormone production, metabolism, cell regeneration, digestion, internal body temperature(!), and many other biological processes.”
Because of this active cycle, the intense solar activity has serious effects on the central nervous system, the gastric mucosa, all brain activity (including balance), and human behavior, as well as psycho-physiological functions (mental–emotional–physical).
π Possible Symptoms:
-
Internal heat sensation
"It feels like my cells are burning"
"Like I’ve been put in a microwave" -
Irritability, confusion, anxiety, a need to escape
-
Inner trembling, cramps
-
Lethargy, apathy, lack of energy, anxiety
-
Memory issues, forgetting simple words
-
Distorted sense of time
-
Heart palpitations, agitation, heart issues
-
Change in body odor, becoming stronger
-
Nausea
-
Ringing in the ears, typical headaches that don’t go away with usual meds
-
Skin rashes, changes
-
Joint pain
-
Pulsing or pressure in veins
-
Swelling (edema)
-
Dry eyes
-
Flu-like symptoms
-
Disturbed temperature regulation
-
Irregular urination
-
Menstrual cycle disruptions (!)
π From My Personal Experience:
Emergency departments are often filled with new patients during these periods.
There's an increase in violent acts, and due to lack of focus, also more accidents.
This is, unfortunately, because people don’t understand what is affecting them or why during these days.
Medical examinations — both public and private — often end with no clear results.
THIS HAS TO END.
With a conscious shift, we can make this challenging period more comfortable.
π First Advice:
-
You can’t hide from the radiation π or lock yourself in a room.
For your own sake, you must change your approach.
Let go of fear, and accept that something new is being born — and you fit perfectly into it. -
You’ll find relief and recharge outdoors — avoiding midday sun, of course.
-
Move mindfully, slow down — if nothing seems to work, just lie down and rest.
-
HYDRATION is key.
When in pain, start with 300–500 ml of water, not medicine. -
Pay attention to eating.
Ditch routine — don’t overload your stomach. -
Don’t do full fasts — opt for partial ones, as your body needs more vitamins and minerals now.
Shift focus to raw nutrition: fresh juices, warm or cold herbal teas with honey, and quality supplements. -
Take long baths in salt water or Epsom salt, listen to calming music, and disconnect.
-
Walk barefoot, hug trees — pair it with breathing exercises or energizing movements (I’ll help you with that in the coming days).
-
Rest whenever possible.
-
Use incense, essential oils — pick ones that relax or energize you.
-
Find your personal healing crystal collection. Cleanse them regularly and charge them in the sun.
-
Ventilate your home often.
-
Sunbathe in the morning or early afternoon if possible. Then take a moment to reflect on what the sun's energy is telling you.
-
Support one another.
Everyone experiences different symptoms — even within families.
Children are often more sensitive due to their well-functioning pineal glands — they may act hyper or get sick as their bodies try to process the incoming energy. -
Be more understanding, especially toward yourself.
-
Cherish one another in free moments — even a small massage or gentle touch can be powerful.
Return to your heart space with conscious decisions.
This distorted world covers up reality with endless noise.
But now, during this transitional time, what you need lies beyond that noise.
Your heart is pure and wise — it knows how to lead you.
Instead of overthinking, trust your intuition.
Because if a problem exists, then so must the solution.
