Beloved Ones,
As we continue stabilizing our light bodies, we prepare ourselves for the next integration wave. We are on an accelerated path to transcend the lower realms, in a constant flow of letting go and embracing all again. We are reclaiming ourselves, a process that starts by retrieving all of our soul fragments, embodying more love, wisdom, and power, and moving into a new level of Consciousness.
Many of you are already feeling the new light wave upon us, one that the Solstice will enhance. A new wave in which my Guides shared the importance of clearing and activating our endocrine system, for it is the one containing the network of glands that are in charge not only of producing hormones, but spiritually speaking, of allowing information/guidance in our bodies.
Glands such as our pituitary, pineal, thymus, thyroid etc. are the most important in terms of soul and monadic reconnection, as if our thymus and thyroid are not healthy and activated, there is a certain level of soul fragmentation, of separation that many of you may feel in the form of not receiving guidance or not being aligned to who you are, feeling tired, sad and with lack of energy.
Our pineal and pituitary glands, as well as the others, are now embodying the massive Solar transmissions and sixth dimensional energies that we are receiving, and when they are not activated and reconnected, light integration cannot be achieved, as they have lost their ability to act as light messengers in our bodies, which is the spiritual function they have.
These glands act as energetic channels, receivers of all the guidance we descend from other dimensions. When they are not functioning properly, often the information received may come from the astral plane, which is frequently confused with the guidance we receive from authentic sources.
This is an important year for many to align to the soul worlds, and these are precisely the most important glands of our bodies to work with, if we desire to connect our physical self to our Divine one, as ascension is not just a mental concept, it is about triggering the physical change that will allow our bodies to embody a higher frequency, shifting lower residual energies and activating our glands higher functions again.
Sound therapy, aromatherapy, and EFT tapping can help us activate our body's glands. Conscious nutrition and all we drink is key as well, not to literally poison our body glands, as the first step is clearing them of all toxins and the control of the lower programs embedded within our three main chakras. This is why healing our main three chakras is so important, as they hold all the lower baggage that impedes the upper glands from becoming active.
However, the most important thing to work with is to move inward, where it is uncomfortable for all the painful memories we may still hold within, but that need to be embraced and healed, so we can move into the next steps. Without rehabilitating our DNA, mental and emotional bodies, all the outer therapies we use will not benefit us, for we still hold the same programming within us.
This is a unique and wonderful time for us to continue releasing old layers of who we used to be, embracing our authentic selves completely and permanently, without looking back to who we were and our old ways of living. Just dwelling into our new illumined frequency with great joy, gratitude, and love for all we have already achieved.
May you open yourself to change, to embrace who you truly are willingly and gracefully, beloveds.

Beloved Ones,
We continue embodying the Illumined energies incessantly descending upon our planet. Energies that are helping us in this major individual and planetary transformation that we are undergoing, and will completely transform us into lovelight beings, preparing for a new planetary opening in 2027, never experienced before.
Energies that will increase as we reach the Wisdom 88 Passage, the peak of the monadic integration process and Heart activation, many of you initiated last year. At this time, we may find ourselves mentally confused at times, and also emotionally exhausted as we embrace our new selves and build our new lives. It is a sign that we are letting go, opening our hearts to the new harmonic frequencies and adjusting to them and our new state of being.
This is why now resting, rejuvenating, disconnecting from all that manipulates our energy, and stabilizing are so important, as even though we may think the resting phases are non-active ones, these are the most important to heal, integrate, and regenerate, so we can continue moving forward energetically and at all levels.
Going out, if possible for us, communing with the central sun, to consciously embody the solar energies and direct them towards our unique purpose, is pivotal at this time. Hydrating our bodies, which is not just about drinking pure water, as what hydrates them is, for example, electrolytes, is also essential. Do not put your body at risk, especially if it feels drained at the moment.
Self-love and care are of utmost importance during this time of deep expansion and integration, as the current energies of June remind us.
Remember as well the importance of not sleeping near phones or Wi-Fi waves. I even disconnect the internet router at night and put my phone off on the first floor, as far away as possible from where I sleep. However, not for everyone will be possible, and then wearing special stones as organites, black obsidian, and always doing our special clearing and protective tools will help us in detoxifying from electronic devices, etc.
The 6/6 passage, as Guides always reiterate, is not a special day, as every day is unique and holds a precious gift. It is the peak of all we are now experiencing and what is yet to be stabilized in ourselves and the present reality. Nothing from the outside comes to activate us, as nothing benevolent will interfere, even benevolently. All that shifts within us is due to our conscious inner work of healing, clearing, and reconnecting to who we are.
Taking responsibility for our personal evolution is essential to stop feeding outside forces. Ascension starts by taking charge of our energy and life lessons. Otherwise, we continue mentalizing ascension while we keep living in the old ways. Everything we think, feel, and do must match our desire to evolve and a new frequency, if we desire to truly move into a new level of consciousness, creating a life that is aligned with who we are now.
This is a time of profound angelic reconnection for many, expanding Heart and opening yourselves to the sixth-dimensional God Worlds, where many of you come from. To reconnect to this dimension, first, we need to activate our 6th DNA strand and sixth-dimensional body channels.
Many of you, as Indigo emissaries, have had inserts in your sixth-dimensional portals, impeding you from fully reconnecting to this dimension. Some of you even receive false light language, which ceases when this false connection is cut and restored, reconnecting to your authentic angelic worlds.
This is an important passage and year for us to transform ourselves completely, ending all false connections, and the long self-reconnection phase many of you initiated last year, and that has not always been easy, as it often involves losing ourselves in the shadows, so we can see what we needs to be shifted, and who we are becoming, emerging renewed as the phoenix does.
It is a passage for conscious reconnection, stabilization, and recalibration of our light bodies, but also in our relationships and lives. Many of you are already activated spiritually speaking, something that occurs when we open our thymus-soul portal, and move into these soul dimensions, continuing with the reconnection of our shoulder blades channels.
This is the beginning of being spiritually reconnected. Some of you are already experiencing this process in your relationships, a process that involves both partners to fully activate together their sixth, seventh, and eighth-dimensional light body channels, merging as One, and activating the unique star/DNA coding that links them again at all levels.
This is also an important passage for those who need to discern about their current partnerships, as being attached in any way to others due to familiarity or other issues, which are too important for us emotionally, will only keep us in a lower frequency band. One that cannot coexist with the soul call we are now receiving, to move forward in a new direction.
All changes take time, deep communion with our soul, resilience to recognize where we are, what is shifting, accepting, and surrendering to it. Then, when we feel emotionally prepared, we take a leap of faith and immerse ourselves in our new destination.
Give yourself time as you move into a new state of being, as you create a new life, with totally new foundations, soul companions, and different ways of being.
There is no rush in evolution, all follows a perfectly orchestrated divine plan for All.
And always remember that you have within all you need for your journey on earth, for you did not come here without the ability to remember who you are, your unique Wisdom and mission, and the power to thrive and conquer all.

June comes with harmonic and expansive energies for us to reunite all of our soul fragments. For us to unify all we have ever been and all we have ever experienced, into our present individualized self. Ascension means to no longer identify ourselves with past roles, titles, or previous masks we wore to fulfill our human characters.
Ascension is the unification of all that is through our present self's consciousness, which now knows our true nature and divine origin. Unification means expansion, as the more unified we are, the more we will create a harmonic, enlightened, and abundant reality.
Sol is assisting us with its incessant plasmatic transmissions in our desire to remove lower energies, embody more plasma to infuse our light body, and neutralize all implants and inserts that keep us from manifesting our true potential. It is now that we are moving towards the Solstice when we most need to intentionally decree our intention to co-create with the current energies of our choice, as all is a choice on our planet, conducting the energies towards our specific purpose.
For those of you who are working with your sixth and seventh DNA strands, reconnecting your time codes and building plasma to continue aligning to these dimensions, we have two months that will support this inner work, as August is the peak of our wisdom integration process and monadic reconnection that many of you initiated last year.
As we continue recognizing ourselves as divine sovereign beings, we continue working on the integration of all of our parallel existences, for this is the ultimate evolution, to become whole again with who we have been, and with all the knowledge we too carry within us.
June brings unification and stabilization through personal alignment with our Divine Sources and parallel existences. This is an internal process that starts by healing our female energy and thymus, for our throat center, the expression of who we are, of our female creative force, has been damaged in many existences we have had, lives in which we could not be who we were.
It starts by acknowledging our inner power, releasing all 3D trauma and embracing our true self completely, freely, and lovingly, without judgments, rules, just with an open heart, embracing it all within divine love and acceptance.
For those of you who are ready, June will bring the opportunity to expand into our soul memories, healing separation, and expressing freely our creative essence. However, as we navigate this path, we may experience profound emotional breakthroughs, as we also have our central sun very active, accelerating emotional release.
Emotional release is essential when we are transcending an old self and life; it is what heals the body, mind, and soul, and what brings us back into the present moment. Jupiter in Cancer on June 7th will be an ally to transcend our past, expanding into our present, and hence into our creativity, as we cannot create and expand if our mind is still dwelling in the past.
In this process, and as the Sagittarian moon on June 11th, and the Solstice will emphasize, revelations will emerge as we dive deep into our soul memories. Some of them will be painful, but all of them will serve us to move forward, knowing all we need to know about ourselves, others, and life, for there is nothing hidden within Creation.
All we do not know is because we do not have the consciousness to see it yet, or because we refuse to accept it. The Universe does not hide things, and when we are ready, we can feel, see, and know all we wish to know, but we need to be ready, for we are never given what we are not yet ready to handle.
You are a strong, independent, wise, and sovereign being who can manage any situation that you are now experiencing. You have all the inner resources to move through all you are undergoing gracefully, lovingly, and respectfully, with yourself and all involved, as being powerful means respecting all the processes and all involved.
This is the time when we are finally moving into a new harmonic sphere. When we only wish to do that mentally, we feel confused and disappointed.
All of who we are, our emotions, relationships, ways of being, and energy need to follow our intention to evolve, impeccably and irrevocably, if we wish to see the energetic shift that we so desire.
