If you are a painter showing someone your work, and they see a painting of yours from 20 years ago and say, "Oh, I love that," try to censor yourself from saying, "Oh, I wasn't very good then. I'm much better now. Look at how I've evolved 20 years later." That's not what they said to you. They don't care about that. They saw something that may seem old to you now, but to them, it might be fresh, it might be new. Perhaps you were ahead of your time. When you aren't in flow, judgment can be present. When you are in flow, judgment does not exist. When you aren't in flow, judgment can be present. When you are in flow, judgment does not exist. Flow just is. Flow is experiencing. Flow is presence. Flow is being.

What you are actually here for is permission. Through witnessing, seeing, and listening, and from everything that is happening and coming toward you, you are giving yourself permission to take your next step without rushing, without hurrying, or jumping too fast. You are here to remind yourself you have permission to create something new, even though it can be scary to walk out into a field by yourself, turn around to the group behind you, and say, "Come this way! It's good; it's safe." Some of that group will come with you, and some of them will wait to see how the others do first. And that's okay; that's the path of the pioneer.
All pioneers are connected to spirit that is guiding them, loving them, and supporting them, even if they are atheist when it comes to spirit or belief. No human does this alone. None of you are as individual as you may sometimes think you are. You are all unique, but your individuality has been borrowed from many other influences. You are a web of lights across the world.

Ask yourself, "What emotion needs to leave me here?" Because we can't go forward and become more of who we are without dropping some of the old emotions that created very fixed stories. And no matter how quantum you are in your beliefs, no matter how advanced you are with your spiritual beliefs, we're all humans and souls on the planet. And right now, there is a major human shift going on that is rattling everyone's cage. So, we too will be going through that release process. That's why I say find new healing modalities. For you, it could be as simple as figuring out that you like dancing around the house every morning and you just haven't been doing it enough, but that is shaking your energy off. Doesn't always need to look like a therapist or a fixed way of doing things. But recognize if you're feeling lower more of the time, you're going to need to find a new way to move yourself out of it.
And be kind to yourself because that stuff's intense. A hard day with healing or feeling stuck is a hard day. So just be kind to yourself, but set the intention that you're going to figure out what you need to do to shift your energy. Because we have to work a little bit harder now to shift our energy than we did even two or three years ago. But if we do, the rewards and the energy return is there.

The human being who can access spirit and soul every single day in some way, shape or form, is alive and well. The human being who is leaving their soul hovering somewhere outside themselves - not fully able to tap in or access it, bring it into their body - is a lonely human, a human who has not understood that the greatest abundance that any of you can experience on this planet, is connection. For some of you, that abundance will show up widely in connection to other human beings. For others, it will show up as connection to a sense of purpose, your work, your parenting. For others, it will show up as connection to the Earth herself, or spirit, or animals. Connection is the ability to go beyond yourself and connect with something, someone, some soul outside you, because then you become bigger, wider, larger.
