Hawaii's big island volcano, Kilauea, is blowing its top again, and this signals significant change is on the horizon. Why? There are four heart chambers located in sacred areas across the Earth, one of which is in Hawaii. We old matrices and the old veils, and so much more which kept us prisoner for so long, have now been totally removed.

We are freed on multiple levels, and this means that the TRUE ascension now begins in earnest as the old disintegrates at the seams.

We need keep our discipline and focus now on the New Earth, and what we truly wish to anchor into the New Golden Age, rather than on the old stuff, which is now redundant. All the patterns, the old belief systems, the old programming, all are nil and void.

Of course if you still choose to cling onto those, that is what you will still experience until you finally break free. This is your own free will choice.

To me, this means it is the time to dream big, to fully embrace our highest soul self, and live a Soul Empowered Life, the truth of who and what you are, in truth.

On the same day this information came, May 25th, before reading it I woke from a lucid dream in which my (deceased) son showed me a tornado approaching on the horizon. And the first news I saw that day was about one that occurred in Kentucky, USA.

Don't wait any longer… we are under the impact of the Solar Flash Event, igniting our recalibration for the Reset of all that is false, so that the remembrance of the Authentic Identity and the quantum leap in the timeline may occur.

In just the past few hours, many of you may have noticed a profound wave of energy moving through. These waves are arriving in peaks and troughs, and we are now heading into another peak over the next 48 hours. The energy will intensify over that period, and afterward it will take around 72 hours to fully integrate. For many, this means you may not feel fully feel yourself again until about Sunday night or thereabouts as a general guideline, but everyone integrates differently. See how you go.

There's a lot of attention right now on solar activity, and while the Sun does have a strong local effect, try increasingly to shift your awareness toward the edge of our solar system. The heliosphere is wobbling and contracting. Imagine as if it’s almost in labor birthing light codes into our local space. The Sun is influencing us, but the interstellar medium is also starting to press in more and more. And as it does, we’re being impacted by a deeper layer of light codes and photons carrying information from the farthest edges of our solar system and beyond. Some of these are from civilizations who are part of this ascension timeline who are consciously sending us their own incoding as part of their connected agreement frequencies in an ongoing aid to earth. Something that is a lot to take in, I can imagine, but none the less something I continue to learn from personal conversations with my Arcturian guide Iawat An Sha during periods of reflection.

Continue to use your body and how it feels. How to do this? Photons (light particles) travel at about 186,000 miles per second. So when solar observatories aren’t picking up anything unusual, but you're feeling something big, your body will be acting as a barometer for energy entering from the heliopause 16.6 hours away (in light photonic frequency speeds) and further afield even from the outer Oort Cloud 1.6 years away in regions where we begin to feel the presence of your neighbouring interstellar civilizations and other ancient cosmic rhythms.

As we continue forward, many of you are going to begin to notice time itself speeding up. We're shifting out of Earth’s linear time and returning to galactic time, which flows in multiples of what we're not used to. This can cause pressure as your body and mind want to slow down to process these vast incoming frequencies as time in contrast is speeding up, whilst the modern world demands that you keep up with schedules, obligations, and routines based in artificial time structures like the 5 day workweek, creating a subconscious friction sometimes experienced as irritability or cognitive dissonance.

This can create tension and it is going to grow. You may see delays in responses, slower productivity, or people struggling to be fully present or returning calls or messages in a time that feels reasonable as their time and your time become more fluid when we have wave just like the one coming in.

Lightworkers especially are absorbing enormous amounts of light data, which takes time to integrate. The incoming energy is gradually reengineering us to move back toward natural rhythms and cycles like the ones that shamans and indigenous cultures once followed intuitively. So when we get these big waves of energy, which my Arcturian guide tells me is more to do with light codes coming from outside of our solar system today and less from the sun in the last 24 hours, it’s going to affect but highlight in pockets of time more about cycles in the short, mid and long term.

Our current time systems, driven mostly by monetary constraints and industrial productivity, are not in harmony with our bodies, spirits, or the Earth. And as these new light codes continue to arrive, they will make increasingly clear how far humanity has drifted from the cosmic cycles, creating further fatigue as you are forced to continue your obligations outside of the integrating light codes that want to bring you back into harmony often further highlighting where you currently may not be in due to reasons of safety, security and living in a world governed by money and its constant need in order to eat, have a hot shower and dress yourself, and for many pay the rent, the mortgage and everything else that stack up against us in a daily pursue of needing to fight the incoming cycles to stay alive.

So give yourself and those around you grace and space. Let people integrate in their own time. Let conversations return in their own time. Eventually, society will shift back to aligning with the cycles of the moon, oceans, and cosmos rather than office clocks and contracted schedules. This growing disconnect between the modern world and cosmic timing is what many are now feeling as irritability, exhaustion, and restlessness. It’s not just emotional, it's energetic. We are not in sync with nature, the Sun, or the flow of nature. And that dissonance is pushing many into fight or flight mode, resisting a shift we deeply long for, which in turn with rising density you are letting go of creating a feeling of being trapped.

Over the next 48 hours, see where this wave is taking you, feel what it is showing you and where it wants to let you know that you are out of rhythm, and where beyond the constraints of a modern world, if you could, in your own made up reality, shift yourself to allow it to work better for you, because if you can begin to do that more often, you're going to release yourself from any suffering when these big upgrades are incoming and finally allow your soul, not your mind to begin to dictate where you need to be going beyond where the mind wants to journey to in order to survive. I know this all to well.

My mind ( Alexander Quinn ) wanted to stay in the music industry until such a time that I had such a over whelming feeling ( in my personal case ) to speak to ETs and get involved with energy that I told my friends and family that I would follow this feeling. This resulted in the demise of me loosing about 90% of all my friends and family because their modern perspective said I needed medical help due to their projected and unresolved fear dictating that I was loosing my mind, and in truth, I was loosing my mind. I was falling away from the ego and surrendering into my souls wants beyond my egos needs. It did in turn bring great happiness, joy and new friends and family who were a frequency match.

Spend this week feeling where the frequency wants to take you, release fear and logic, the corresponding rational limiting thoughts, and then play with wherever you land as you then allow your soul to show your ego where it has mislead you. Your soul is never going to lead you to less, your natural state of accelerated expansion is always in back in abundance and the creation of it.

In our Angel Wings Movement we believe that creating Love and Joy through random acts of Kindness helps to bring Joy into the lives of others and raises consciousness.

But it is also true that this is good for us, as the givers, and improves our health and well being.

This is not just because our own consciousness is raised, but because the consciousness of Love and Joy is a Healing Force in our body.

When we are in a lower consciousness state of fear and anxiety, our body responds by contracting to protect itself. This contracts the nervous system as the brain send out alarm signals. These alarm signals or impulses that cause the contraction of the system are harsh and can actually cause pain and discomfort as the muscles contract in sympathy with the nervous system’s instructions. We call this stress.

In the short terms this causes aches and pains and migraines as the Vagus nerve is overstimulated.

In the long term this may cause chronic pain and disease in the body as the body becomes unable to clear and cleanse toxic elements because of the blockages and contractions in systems in the body.

However, when we flood the nervous system with Love and Joy and compassion, the opposite happens. The nervous system aligns with the Heart and Soul and transmits Love and Joy. There is an expansion of the nervous system and the body systems that is gentle and loving.

Your body is flooded with a warm, golden light as your Angel Wings expand and the body receives these impulses as healing messages.

You feel good, as do the people who are receiving your kindness!

In this state it is easy to stay aligned with the Higher Consciousness of the Angels and the Divine Mother/Father Source.

So, it is simple. Remember to be KIND and do acts of KINDNESS every day.

The recent set of Incoming Energies over the last few days brought the effect of INCREASING hertz frequencies (Higher Hz). Today however, currently landed in the last 1.5 hours, are Incoming Energies that are of STRONGER and LONGER wavelengths. Thus, far stronger VIBRATIONAL PATTERNS felt in the body. So a LARGER influx (volume) of actual energy.

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on something I’ve noticed in the spiritual space... and if I’m being honest, I’ve been guilty of this myself. There are so many beautiful souls stepping into remembrance, reclaiming titles like High Priestess, Galactic Guardian, Oracle, and many more. For some, these titles are part of their truth, part of remembering who they’ve always been.

I honor that. But sometimes, we hold onto titles because we’re still healing, still seeking validation, still wanting to feel seen and valued in ways we may not have been in the past. And I completely get that. I’ve felt that ache, too.

What I’ve come to realize is that our power isn’t in the title itself.. it’s in how we live it. It’s in the energy we carry. It’s in our presence, our integrity, and our ability to stand firm when the world feels uncertain. The title might be true, but it’s the embodiment of that truth that truly matters.

Some of the most powerful people I know don’t announce who they are. They just are. They walk through life quietly, grounded, walking in truth without needing recognition. And I’ve seen people with big titles who live that truth just as deeply... humble, steady, in service.

This path isn’t about proving who we are. It’s about remembering why we’re here and aligning with that truth every single day.

So whether you hold a sacred title or none at all... what matters most is how you show up. The energy you bring. The flame you carry. The love you stand in, especially when it’s hard to do so.

People think staying positive means pretending everything’s okay. But that’s not real strength.

I don’t stay positive all the time. I feel what I feel. I’ve had dark days, raw moments, and emotions that didn’t make sense. But I’ve learned to stop judging it. I move through it. I give myself space to be human.

I’m not here to be perfect. I’m here to be whole.And that means accepting the full spectrum... not just the light. The goal isn’t to stay “up.” It’s to stay real... and to keep showing up as I am.
