Judith Kusel - we are being prepared for quantum shifts in consciousness at all levels - 09.02.2024

I know that a lot of you are struggling right now, and that is all good. Meaning that when we are being pushed out of our comfort zones and into the state of not-knowing, we are being prepared for quantum shifts in consciousness at all levels.

However, feeling sorry for oneself, never solves anything, it just makes it worse.

I remember cleary how, when my life was collapsing in 2004 and was feeling very sorry for myself, my best friend at the time came to visit me and she said something to me that day, which I will never forget.

She said: "You can sit there in the dust and mud and feel sorry for yourself for the rest of yoru life, or you can get up, dust yourself down and get on with the business of life!"

Well I got up and got on and when the rest collapsed and old life totaly dissolved in all aspects and forms, I made myself a promise: - I promised myself that if I could not inspire myself, I would go and inspire other people.

Interestingly I found that in inspiring them, I was inspiring myself. For this took the focus off myself and new doors suddenly opened where I had not looked before.

I remember that when I took that leap of faith, and I trusted my guidance, and trusted what I was asked to do, and went on my journey of rediscovery which later became my book: "Why I was born in Africa: - the previously unknown history of Elysium and the Lion Kingdom," and also using my last bit of money that I had, I often on the way sat in coffee shoppes or wherever I could find a place to have a meal and write down in journal what I had downloaded, done and experienced, people came to me and asked me what I doing.

"I am following my calling, my vision and I am travelling and writing a book. What would you love to do and be?"

They would get that far-away look in their eyes, and I saw they are peering into the blue, wild yonder. Their faces started lighting up, and then they would start to share their deepest dreams and visions.

"Well, what is stopping you from living your dream?"

These were deep and profound conversations, where I was talking directly into their heart and souls.

Yes, it took the proverbial carpet being pulled right from under my feet, in order to do what I am doing so now, doing what I love, and loving what I do and lovingly serving from my heart and soul and All That I Am in truth. Today I am very grateful for all that happened to me, even the death threats, whatever else. For if all of that had not happened, I would not have woken up to a much higher degree, and indeed the vision I had been given then, has come true.

For just before I finally resigned my job as Librarian, I was taken onto a huge cliff by my Higher Guides, and I was shown the valley below, filled with thousands of people. "Do you see all those people down in the valley below? They are all waiting for you to finally wake up and do what your soul has come in to do and be?"

Then I was shown an eagle and how a little eagle is kicked out of its nest by its mother, in order to learn how to fly.

Well, I learnt to fly and so can you.

That eagle still inspires me for as it is said in Isaiah so beautifully: "And you shall rise like an eagle, and fly higher than ever before!"

Yes, this is it!

We are asked to fly higher than ever before, for now we are asked to totally leave the old earth behind, and raise our consciousness levels, your whole life and being into the 5th and even higher. We cannot do this if we are being weighed down with all the accumulated baggage of the Old 3D and all existences our souls ever had in her before.

All has be shed. Layer by layer.

Yes, we are being reborn into the New Lightbody form as our new 12 strands of DNA and its consciousness is being fully activated now.

And with it, the higher vision has come.

I know exactly what I am meant to do, anchor into the New Golden Age and I am keeping that Vision in front me, even as I know that I need to take more leaps of faith.

Yet, now I have learnt to trust the wind beneath my wings, to carry my upwards, higher, ever higher than ever before and I am keeping the faith that all is well.

All is well.

And indeed, in trusting, miracles happen, for we walk and fly in the company of heavens, in more ways than one, and again, in inspiring others to do the same, we are being inspired as well!

It is time to unfold those wings and fly higher than ever before!

Beloved Ones,

As we traverse this Aquarian portal, culminating tomorrow with a New Moon in Aquarius, many will be challenged to move inward and look at the authentic causes of why they are still feeling disconnected from their soul. Many of you are experiencing this phase, and this is a very important subject to treat when we are on an accelerated path to becoming sovereign beings.

The current energies and this eight universal Dragon's Year, are precisely helping us to regain personal power, through the mental liberation required for us to discern for ourselves again, recognize illusions, confront our shadows, and unify our inner voids, so we can become whole again.

Soul disconnection is a very important matter to work with, and that perpetuates in time if we have not yet found the cause or the way to treat this misalignment. As Divine beings our connection to our soul, monad and God's Self is organic, we should not do anything to feel connected to the Source who birthed us.

However, due to the human plane, we agreed to incarnate, many of us have felt disconnected at some point in our ascension journey, as there are many situations and traumatic experiences that can easily cause soul fragmentation.

The main causes of soul disconnection are:

• Addictions and unconscious eating.

• Depression

• Not having built our silver cord or hara line.

• The dominion of the ego over the divine self, such as narcissism, etc.

• Lower feelings and thoughts.

• Possession

• Astral attachments.

• Any type of magic, for when we do so, we are agreeing with dark forces, and hence, disconnecting from our Light Source.

• 3D manipulation ( false propaganda, TV, etc.)

• Relationships traumas

• Sexual traumas

There will be many other causes that can make us lose our natural connection, or simply not know how to start building the connection to our soul, which happens especially when we are initiating ourselves on this conscious journey.

Inner work, especially soul retrieval, and detaching from all the previous and what hurts ourselves is vital, to be able to restore our connection, which is something that we all need to do when we awake, as nothing comes from the outside.

It is also important to understand how manipulation works in our world, as knowledge is power, and this is precisely what we are retrieving at this time, and why the other polarity is feeling confronted.

Where we put our focus, attention, and intention is vital. The eyes are our soul portals as well, and if we allow any non-benevolent input through them, we are programming ourselves negatively.

Relationships are also a very common source of soul disconnection, for we have been taught to love with the ego, rather than from a soul level, and we unconsciously create attachments and many other links that disconnect us from our soul, power, and wisdom.

Retrieving our natural connection to our soul, monad, and God Self, is something that we do gradually, as our physical, mental, emotional, and light bodies are prepared to do as well. It is a challenging process to bring back together all of our soul fragments, but it can be achieved, as many of you know, and it is what realigns us with who we truly are, our Guides team, and our original mission.

Quitting is not a word that we, as ascending souls, integrate into our daily lives. We defy the shadows, for we know they are made of our fears, and when confronted they vanish into the light of who we are.

We defy all that is inorganic and that is made of illusions, for we remember the Truth of what we are made of.

We pursue only that which is in perfect resonance with our true nature and God's Will, and we never cease to do our inner work, for this is what brings us back Home.

Dear Family, Cosmic Radiation is not going to stop being “very strong”. It's no longer a matter of some days yes and some no, it's constant and for that same reason the physical body will be in the process of adaptation also constantly. That means you won’t stop having physical symptoms or sensations for relatively short periods like before, but as we have been in this process for several years it also means that it will be easier to let the transformation of the physical body happen by itself without putting resistance.

Here's what they might be feeling:

- Vertigo / Dizziness / Mental confusion and inability to concentrate

- Restlessness, "anxiety", and/or irritability

- Headache, migraine and pressure / tingling in different parts of the brain, or feeling like your head is full of water or air

- Loss of balance and muscle weakness (at times)

- A lot of pressure in the ears (ears covered)

- Internal cold and/or chills

- Feeling weird without being able to explain how or why

- Stronger and deeper heartbeat (unlike the palpitations caused by a solar storm)

- Sensory hypersensitivity

- Intermittent disconnection of what is happening around you

You are likely to notice changes in your physical body such as bruises, red dots on the skin, more marked dark circles, greater or less muscle mass, swelling in some parts (should last less than 3 days), hair loss, cracked nails, and more blue or swollen veins without influencing the external temperature. Don't force your body and be patient with the adaptation process, it's only temporary.

Aluna Joy Yaxkin - Our bodies are learning how to let go of primal survival linear mind-based programming - 06.02.2024

This is the last step! This is us mastering the material physical world within the new cycle. Our dense physical bodies are the last step in crossing the bridge, finally landing in the new frequencies and entering the new world we have envisioned. This has been the tricky part! We skipped this step in ages past, so we are novices in this process. We have never done this before with human bodies, but we are about to!

I noticed some significant shifts around the end of 2023 and the beginning of 2024. And it’s taking me this long to post about it. This phase of our Ascension process is so utterly unknown to our body. But the deal is, we did decide to go through the shift of the ages with our physical body this time around. So what will we experience when our bodies start letting go of the past cycle and begin clearing space for the new frequencies to flow in? This is feeling really weird.

We may have mastered our spirit, minds, hearts, and consciousness, but our physical bodies are the last to get on board with the process of landing into the new frequencies. This is because our physical bodies were created in the past cycle with out of date laws of creation. This phase of our evolution is creating a lot of strange physical symptoms we have not encountered before.

Deactivated and decomposing primal programs from the past are still lodged deep within our bones. Some of these deactivated programs are over 10,500 years old. These are outdated operating systems enmeshed with the leftover residue of past issues, traumas, betrayal, wounds, etc., that are simply not in your conscious memory any longer. Do you have done the work! You will not be able to understand this final process with your mind. This phase will not make sense logically.

Our bodies are learning how to let go of primal survival linear mind-based programming and surrendering to the next operating system that is based on the ever-changing world of spirit. It is not linear. This is a matrix-like multi-spherical reality where everywhere we are is always now.

The new symptoms could feel like our nervous system is quaking. But it's not our nervous system. It is the old stuck programs that are desperate to drop away. It’s natural for our bodies to hang on to old programs even though they have been deactivated. It is linked to our primal survival instincts. But this rigidity based on control will drop away. It has to. There is no other way. The only way out is through. We have never done this before. So, here we go! Breathe.

It might feel weird when walking, like floating, like like we are not quite in our bodies, but yet not ungrounded. In a way, our bodies are not our bodies anymore. What we see with our eyes may feel surreal. We had attached and enmeshed our identity with the old operating system. We are learning to detach our identity from this old, false operating system. We might feel dysphoria or general dissatisfaction, anxiety, or restlessness.

Our bodies are working hard to catch up with all emerging new realities, and the pace of our awakening will begin to take on a multiplying rate of speed. This could create confusion, disillusion, overwhelm, insomnia, anxiety, the feeling of losing one's identity, and, on the physical level, a cortisol overload. We are rebooting our identity by separating it from a survival-based, fear-based operating system to a system based on loving, limitlessness, and thriving in the ever-changing flow of spirit. We are learning to surf the unlimited spherical matrix of possibilities that are manifesting in a variety of new frequencies and possible realities. We are definitely on the bridge between what was and what will be.

We are getting to know ourselves again, the new person emerging in this new cycle. Who we were in the past is not who I will be. We change as we leave the last cycle behind and enter the next cycle as twice-born human beings! This is exciting because most who read this will know we cannot continue the way humanity is now.

There are unlimited possibilities out in front of us. The trick is to wait for the right frequency to come to us before we leap. Many are feeling quite stalled, even lethargic, for longer than we expected. This can be frustrating, and we might try to push it. We might try on different frequencies to see if it fits. But this option will waste a good bit of our energy. We must have patience and wait for it. Wait for that inner knowing that just the right opportunity and frequency will find you. Like attracts like; trust this, knowing that the universe has our backs and will dial us into the right emerging reality. Once we enter our like frequency, most things that were not our matched frequency will fade away like they never existed.

Because we’ve never been through this type of evolution before, it will be challenging to explain or draw references to anything familiar from the past. So this is the best I can do. This time might feel like we are getting a next-level “walk-in-like” experience to reboot our bodies with the new level of creation. But it is not a walk-in situation situation. Walk-ins were from the old cycle. But, yes, this is going to be even more weird. This new phase will be necessary to maintain our physical body within the new laws of nature in the new cycle.

We can assist this process by consciously intending to let go of that weird, tight, heavy, stress-like feeling we are having. (Look up vagus nerve release.) It helps with anxiety and locked-up energy. When you feel these unusual symptoms, talk to your body and ask that they drop away. Go with the heaviness instead of fighting it. Stretch it out. When the old programming begins to get released from your body, there will be a lot of yawning and glorious stretches that feel like you’ve just woken up from a 10,500-year-long nap. Because, in a way, you have. Let the heaviness drop away all the last bits of dead carcasses of old programming and send them down into the earth's core to be purified and recycled.

Other things you can do. It helps to do this process and clearing in a meditative state and keep telling your body it is safe. Treat your body like a scared little child. Nurture it. I suggest using high-frequency-based music. Set up a sacred space in which to do this. But always do what feels right for you to do.

By now, we all know what we don’t want. Put this behind you now. Start claiming what you DO want in your world. Envision it! And then begin to put your energy there through some form of action. It doesn’t matter how big of a physical gesture you make. You need to tell the universe what you want, not what you don’t want. And find ways to add even more pieces of this future vision in your life. The universe is listening to all of you. Not just what you say with words, your intention is essential, but most of all, your motivation is what the universe listens to. So, it’s good to have time to self-reflect to understand our motivation behind what we desire. Suppose that motivation comes from lower forms of ego like Anger, Pride, Gluttony, Lust, Revenge, Laziness, Envy, Greed, etc. We need to rethink what we are telling the universe with your motivation. All the above negative egos will not be sustainable in the next world.

Celia Fenn - February 6th : Extreme Self Care

Right now the energies are just crazy and intense. Mostly because the Sun is covered in sunspots that are popping off M Class flares and a CME expected today or tomorrow.

Even seasoned veterans of the ascension process are feeling the effects.

Most strong are head symptoms such as headaches and migraines, and in my case a blocked ear.

Also muscular pain and nausea and dizziness.

This is why Archangel Michael calls for "extreme" self care. This means putting yourself first and getting as much rest and quiet time as you can.

Stay hydrated and spend time in nature if you can.

Work with whatever healing modalities work for you. I am using Homeopathy and Essential Oil Blends as recommended by Mary Magdalene from her Flower Garden.

After the 2/2 Portal, we are moving towards the 3/3, the Equinox and the big Eclipse in April.

I found this video very interesting and informative especially if you start analysing your own teeth. Since I didn't really know the extended family other than my grandparents and parents, because many of them died before I was born, and my grandparents didn't keep in touch with the others, so I think it made sense why my family's teeth are the way they are.

The "funny" thing from last year that all of my family members and some close relatives and friend had teeth problems last year almost the same time. 

In the end of the video there is a practice to cleanse and heal the ancestor lines.

Natalia Alba - New Moon in Aquarius, February 9th, 2024 ~ Dragon Awakening & planetary task of healing and restoration

Beloved Ones,

We are reaching the peak of the Aquarian portal that started with Pluto and the sun moving into Aquarius, and that now culminates with a New Moon in this Air sign, together with Mercury, Mars on February 13th, and Venus on February 16th.

A new cycle marked as well for the Year of the Dragon, whose message is to precisely be empowered, act with integrity, nobility, and above all, bravery to stand firm in who we are, and our personal purpose.

The dragon represents us, as empowered individuals, and species, who are now being reborn, awakening from our golden cocoon, which represents the monad, and our reconnection to it. A year in which we are finally liberating ourselves, as we continue recognizing our divine power, and stepping into a new cycle of conscious creation, and sovereignty, in which we are only governed by our God Self. We own ourselves and our personal trajectory, always in alignment with God's Will, and no one else.

This is our dragon awakening, as Guides guided me to name this post, for this is what humanity, metaphorically represented by the Dragon, is now stepping into, a more conscious way of living, as they retrieve the Truth of who they really are.

The main essence of the Aquarian portal, and Era, in which we are entering is a message of reclamation of our individual power, long forgotten by eons of false programming. A message of mental, emotional, and physical liberation of the slavery perpetuated for centuries, and a message of responsibility, for being conscious of who we are, and our personal journey, involves being fully responsible for everything we think, feel, and do, for there is no one else to blame anymore.

This is a portal that emphasizes the retrieval of power, so we can then see the same Divine Power in All, joining as One Family to bring the change we wish to see in society and in our planet, a change driven by Uranus, Aquarius ruling planet, which is also linked to the moon.

Pluto and Uranus are both powerful Forces that will add to this moon a very fierce energy for us to adapt to the change that we have been creating from the inside. Uranus especially will push us to work on acceptance, on surrendering, for there are things we cannot change and control, and the change that humanity is now experiencing will continue its course through time and space.

Adapting to change is vital during this time, for as we continue to work on personal and collective liberation, challenges that help us grow, may arise, and it is only by understanding how the universe reorganizes and realigns everything, which is often through what we feel as chaos, that we can learn to be still within it, and navigate the turmoil that comes when we are reaching a new shore.

Uranus comes to offer us a very important lesson: freedom from control which is something that humans find very hard to deal with. However, even though our human mind does not know where we are going. If we learn how to listen to our soul and our inner compass, we will always feel secure, for we know that we are always heading in the right direction for us, and All.

This month is key for all who have been working with themselves to reach a new initiation in their ascension path. February is the initiator, the seeder, and the catalyst for the New Era that we are anchoring, from within, and that will take time to materialize.

New generations, the souls who are now choosing to leave this plane will now have the choice of moving into a more harmonic dimension, due to our efforts as One cosmic family. The Aquarian portal initiates a new planetary cycle in which working with the reconnection of our human self to our divine one, for self-liberation and retrieval of sovereignty, is vital.

A new cycle in which our relationships, especially the ones that are based on egoic expectations and control, will start to ask us for closure, for we are now heading into an equal, harmonic, and respectful space, in which our partnerships reflect the same inner love and compassion.

In the macro, there will be more false structures falling, as we continue assisting Higher Forces in the retrieval of the organic Earth's grids, creating a more illumined trajectory for New Earth. Liberation is coming for All, and our main task, as ascending souls is to always remain in our Higher Hearts, balancing the ego and surrendering to the Divine Will, for this is the Will that we now are aligned with, doing only that which brings more love, peace, and harmony to All.

Set your intentions, Beloveds. Decree to only serve your Divine Will and the Highest trajectory for All. Surrender to your Monad and God's Self plan, knowing you have the love, wisdom, and power to fulfill the journey you once planned for this lifetime.

As we cross through the Aquarian portal, the Dragon Year, and what it represents, the bridging of the 5th-dimensional timelines is emphasized. We are finally anchoring the 5th-dimensional consciousness that we hold within, with the New Earth that is emerging. 

Many souls who are now choosing to leave the planet can already step into more illumined timeliness, and our work here, as ascending souls, is to continue seeding and protecting, this new harmonic dimensional opening. An opening that is possible because humanity is now prepared to see the Truth, disengaging from eons of disempowerment. 

In this planetary task of healing and restoration, the Arcturians are helping us in our work of being New Earth Anchors, for they are working with many who have this soul agreement, or who resonate with the mission, to build harmonic cities. There are more of you awakening to their purpose of creating, where possible, light cities, where anchoring the fifth-dimensional frequency is possible. 

Agreements that also involve those who live in these specific areas, and have agreed to receive this light emanations, for we never coerce evolution on anyone, but to those who have chosen this same path. This is a very important time for those who are on a mission to do the work in the physical, by first holding this harmonic frequency, so they can extend it to their chosen area. 

The Arcturians, as you know, are seventh-dimensional beings, residing on a parallel dimension, whose electric blue light is unmistakable, when they make their presence clear. They teach us how to work with the creation and bridging of harmonic spaces, and they are now more active than ever for there is now that the Earth is prepared to take this quantum leap. 

As you are aware of, the Arcturians, as well as the Auroras, too have certain spaces on Earth reinforced with their light technology. There are arcturian crystals, intraterrestrial platforms, for example in Montserrat, Barcelona, Spain, and in many other pure spaces, where we can connect with them, telepathically or mentally, as well as with the fifth-dimensional frequency of the land. 

For those who are on an arcturian mission, we are now heading into a very important phase in which working with purifying and liberating the space, and the land is pivotal to initiate the seeding. Trust your personal guidance. Trust what you receive in deep communion with your soul, God Self, and Guides team.
