First Contact for people who do not own property will happen at the private land of people who volunteered to give that land for mass Contact.

Liberation process is so slow because there are so many layers of the dark matrix that have to be dismantled. The will of the surface Lightworkers is clearly in favor of intervention, and intervention will happen as soon as it is safe enough.

Anomaly is in the process of being cleared, almost all Reptilians are gone from the etheric and astral planes, Chimera is almost completely defeated, Archons/black nobility still keep most of their power, deep underground bases are all cleared, some shallow underground bases and tunnels still exist.
What are the Light Forces (with it's various races and organisations) and the Resistance Movement's feelings about the surface human population? To elaborate the question: Do they hate us, do they love us? Are they dissapointed in us, are they pitying our situation and care about us? Are they neutral or confused about us and our situation? What is an aproximative proportion of how many of them care about us and how many just care to whipe out the darkness? Are they excited or aprehensive to meet us? Are they excited to release all those physical and emotional healing technologies that we can't wait for?
They care about the surface population, but they feel pain because they can not intervene directly yet. They are afraid of the power of subquantum anomaly. They do not understand many things about the surface population. They are excited to release healing technologies, they are looking forward to interaction with humans, but are also afraid of it.
After the Evacuation, most of the surface population will live on a Pleiadian planet. Will there already be a structure ready there, of houses, products, technology, a government... or will we have to start everything from scratch in the middle of the jungle?
All infrastructure is already there, human beings there are given assistance, technology, healing and guidance by the Light forces.

Most of the best pieces of art have already been rescued from the surface of the planet and are stored at safe locations away from the surface where they will survive the polar shift intact. All online resources of the surface population are copied and stored at safe locations also.

Is it true that it is dangerous or ineffective to participate unless you are an expert meditator?
I personally feel safe and effective because the meditation procedure includes a protective process, and I will continue to participate, but the above theory is still often claimed.

They might try, but they will fail.

Today is a holiday in the USA, but our ascension never takes a day off, and today is no difference.
We are coming off a long weekend of changes!
Yesterday might have been the longest day we've experienced in a long time, our nights too.
We had a big shift over the weekend.
Some may feel like the fog has finally cleared from their timelines.
There is more understanding and clarity now within.
You're starting to truly find your place within it all.
Today, we are continuing with the Solar Weather, which is very similar to yesterday's.
We have Solar Winds pushing in transient plasma from Coronal Mass Ejections or CME's.
Flux Energies are already high and alerting. These radiation particles cause the itching and tingly effects in the body.
Expect to be aware of how you're feeling today.
That feeling of detachment from this reality while moving towards the 5D you, is more tangible by the minute.
A feeling of being homesick is also strong within the collective.
We are right on the precipice of change.
All ascending beings have been moved to the highest timeline, preparing you to move forward on your Ascension journey.
As you know, everything is happening FOR you, not to you.
You may experience Dejavu on this timeline now or a deep knowing of being in this space or situation before.
That's because you are now on the main timeline that syncs up with the Ascension journey in the Quantum.

YOUR DREAMTIME AS WE GO:
I am sharing a link below, a short Facebook Live video by Candace Craw-Goldman, a friend for many years. Sharing because of the deeper esoteric data given to her human via her Dreamtime. Notice Candace was shown her ‘car’, other ‘cars’, and noticeably…headed to the top of a ‘hill’. Notice the intuitive and VERY relaxed KNOWING to ‘slow down’ at a given point.
Over the years (as I wrote recently in the comment section on a post) I have slowly learnt what objects mean in my own Dreamtime. Objects symbolic with higher hertz esoteric meaning than the typical object and meaning humans give to objects. Cars, coaches, a theatre (called the Everyman 
), magazines, books, one room, public space rooms, white rooms, airport, suitcase, wave, flood, etc etc.

Why am I sharing Candace’s link and data about our Dreamtime?
Because as said previously, increasingly as we go, many people around the world, will receive similar dreams:
1] Pertinent to YOUR OWN story or timelines.
2] Pertinent to the MASS collective story and timelines.
To receive clear dreaming, it is necessary to sustain in your daytime, and days, your increasing higher hertz frequency. And to be in a very RELAXED and LOVING state (of mind) before bedtime/sleep time. Otherwise human Dreamtime can be confusing (the brain can’t interpret higher hertz data if a person is at a lower hertz frequency). OR Dreamtime can SHOW any subconscious underlying FEARS still running in the human state of being.
TO INCREASE, YET ALREADY OCCURRING:
Waking up from human vessel sleep, in a TRANSLUCENT STATE (between direct consciousness state and human waking up state), where we receive COPIOUS amounts of multiple data, one download after the other.
KEEP A RECORD IF MEMORY IS POOR:
In my experience the greatest thing to do is to keep a journal or voice record your dreams and experiences of DATA. For your own undertanding. Sometimes it takes linear time to understand them, and allow them to unfold. Rather than jumping to human mind conclusions that puts things ENCLOSED in ‘boxes’. That aren’t actually the TRUE dream meaning. Rather, to stay OPEN. Sometimes the Learning Dream data plays out IN THIS REALITY the next day, or a week, month or many years later.
As we go, as we embody higher frequencies, as people become LIGHT BODY itself before the human experience, data information becomes clearer and clearer. Because our brain can interpret far more easily, the HIGHER HERTZ frequencies that bring us information pertinent to our individual yet collective, evolving state. And this increase in clear Dreamtime and Translucent Waking State (ALSO during your daytime and evening), WHEN HIGHLY RELAXED, will increase for both the awakened and unawakened.
As we go, much of humanity WILL receive similar dreams to each other. This is part of the Greater Grand Design of God, for many to receive similar DATA. By sharing some of your dreams (use your discernment and intuitions who to share with), it almost gives people such as family, friends and loved ones, a relaxed and open permission slip, to share their own dreams to you that may be similar. This is HOW many unawakened will KNOW they are receiving sometimes, COLLECTIVE DATA of the COLLECTIVE storyline unfolding, divinely sent to support.
KEY FOR YOUR EVOLVING:
To be with your own dreams and translucent state DATA. Tailor made for you. To not let another’s interpretation of YOUR dream influence you. It’s yours. Not theirs. And based on their state of consciousness, human personality of mind, others will perceive YOUR dream in their way. It’s YOUR dream. No others. They have they own dreams, states of consciousness that may contain fear, or fight, or simply human mind thinking it knows best and wisest for you. No, only YOU are having this experience. Only you unfold it all, at exact and perfect timing. So not to be disempowered by any others own NEED, to interpret for you, about you, your dreams or translucent data.

Hello Soul Tribe
I was woken up this morning from a dream message that I felt an impulse to share.
It came through with a visual of an hour glass sifting through the the last reminisce of brown dirt like energy, which was being sucked down into the bottom part of the hour glass. At the top was violet & white energy.
The message which came with the image was "don't get sucked down into the collective dense energy as its been pulled out, stay connected within your heart space, within each one is the light of peace & by accessing this will allow you to float & rise above the chaos & confusion as the realities are splitting."
From my own observation as we've moved into September there has been lots of collective energetic debris in the field which has been created by a very powerful purification & release energy which is giving us the opportunity to shed energy imprints of memories, density and emotions we've held unknowingly. This is a powerful time where we are encouraged to make use of this space we are moving through see the opportunity in whatever is presented & navigate through via our heart centred approach.
This can create, unexpected situations that might seem challenging at first, however as you lean into understanding it from the soul/higher perspective you'll see the most incredible opportunity for your growth, self mastery & it heralds the doors to open wide for you to move further toward your New Earth pathway & purpose.
There is so much support as this time as the movement between worlds is so very noticeable. Living both simultaneously & through your heart you can access the lighter side. Dreams are especially important & vivid giving message and almost a healing quality coming through you of New Earth frequency that you can bring through in the present moment.
Physical symptoms are very heightened with this process you might notice:

I am aware we will receive extremely strong incoming energy TODAY, within Approx 5 hours from the time of this post.
To help support individual understanding of energy I hope below helps a bit:
ADVANCED BODY NOTICE:
Before hugely strong SIGNIFICANT incoming energy, there can sometimes be personal physical body symptoms. I’m sure these vary person to person. Imagine a tsunami, where before the large wave arrives there is a receding of waters. Similarly the physical body can (if sensitive) pick up on incoming energy ahead of LANDING, and the physical body can have a SIGN prior to an extreme arrival of solar and/or cosmic energy. Key is to just observe your own body to learn your OWN physical body SIGNS.
GENERAL DATA ABOUT ENERGY:
There is BOTH simultaneously, the vibrations, varying frequencies and vibrational patterns occurring all the time, for the individual person.
1] Some will be your brain and body process of becoming more consciousness, more light body and a higher frequency physical body. This is 24hrs a day.
This is separate to:
2] Actual Incoming solar and/or cosmic Energy. Also 24hrs a day.
I don’t post ALL incoming energy as updates would mean posting every day, all day, as INCOMING ENERGY is always in movement, flow, so changes greatly within every hour of every day.
LANDING OF INCOMING ENERGY:
The landing of incoming energy to our planet just is, in the NOW moment. Where incoming energies felt yesterday, was incoming energy in that NOW moment. Incoming energy felt 8 hours ago was again different in frequency, vibrations, and vibrational patterns to this NOW moment as I type. And the incoming energy I can feel now (as well as the physical body symptoms of an anticipated incoming strong incoming energy), WILL CHANGE immediately when anticipated incoming energy ARRIVES.
All energy is NOW. And it changes in every single NOW moment.
PHYSICAL BODY v VIBRATIONS:
So just to help understand the difference, I’ll use myself as an example:
PHYSICAL:
Right now my physical body is showing MY symptoms I get in advance if a very very strong Incoming energy is going to land. My own symptoms are always a physical body anxiety (not mental/emotional body). Plus sometimes like now, Heart Palpitations. These are PRE-WAVE signs of physical body nature.
ENERGETIC: Also right now I can feel pulsing on crown, energy moving in spine and wing area, multiple vibrational patterns within my head and face (about 10 patterns). And the rest of my body, as well as arms and limbs vibrating. This is normal for me. Energy never overwhelms me. Where if I focus on any area I can detect the vibrational pattern and frequency, in an area and change it or move it. Some of this ENERGY is my own evolving consciousness and energy sensitivity. Some of this ENERGY is the CURRENT incoming energy that will change all day long, and significantly change at the LANDING TIME of the anticipated predicated incoming energy.
ACTUAL and particular PRE-WAVE physical symptoms disappear, as the incoming energy lands, and gives of it’s frequencies and patterns. Landing can be sudden Energetics, OR it can start deliciously smooth and sensual, and build to a MASSIVE strength of vibration. Increasingly we are feeling ALSO the Cosmic Pulse, as well as the ever heightening frequencies, on top of the vibrations and muliple vibrational patternings. So the incoming energy of the current NOW changes as solar and/or cosmic energy actually LANDS. In that NOW moment.
KEY:
Would be to focus only on YOUR individual energetic sensitivity. Observe any of your own physical body anomalies pre-wave. As well as observe your own changing sensitivity to your OWN ENERGY FIELD and LIGHT BODY. As well as notice the frequencies, vibrations and patterns you experience during incoming energy surges. In effect, there’s 3 different things to get familiar with:
1] PRE-WAVE body effects.
2] EVOLVING Conscious sensitivity and ability to be, become energy.
3] INCOMING ENERGIES.
But JUST for YOU. As we are all individual. The more your light body comes on line, the more we feel and work with energy. Be the LIGHT BODY itself. That is SPINNING LIGHT ENERGY.
Remember that all incoming energy takes between 2-3 days to integrate into your physical body cells. At point of integration, we usually receive new data, aha moments, new energetic experiences or awareness.

Beloved Ones,
We have left one of the most intense months of the year with the third moon in Pisces, an essence that helps us in the process of reconnecting with our soul portal and restoring our body portals to retrieve our original communication with the God Planes.
We also begin September by having Venus direct again, for those who resonate with these phases, on the 3rd of September, together with six other planets retrograde, summing Jupiter, which turns retrograde the next day.
As you know I can no longer share about retrogrades, as they do not impact my personal life experience, for I have removed this limited belief. I am sure there will be other sources that will inform you about these phases.
Venus and Jupiter are wonderful allies, whether retrogrades or not, for like I shared, it is just a mere human illusion from our planet. Both planets help us to expand in self-love and worth, and hence in creating abundance, as this cannot occur if we first do not love all of who we are, completely. Expansion in love, healing, and creativity is what both planets offer us if we choose to align with their essences.
Remember that planets, like us, are having their own evolution within Creation, they are not here to curse or bless us, for we are creators and nothing determines our human existence, but ourselves. The rest is conscious co-creation and alignment.
When we regain consciousness and remember who we are and our divine power, as creators, we understand that all we call miracles or external assistance, is nothing but the conscious will, and alienation with the God Within, as this is what ultimately creates our life experience.
On September 13th, we have Vesta entering Cancer and Pallas moving into Libra. Vesta used to be the Goddess of Home, protecting the family, as the universal mother that this asteroid represents. It is very similar in a way to Venus's essence. It too represents the sacred feminine creative force, the one who gives birth from within, and that connects with the divine.
Guides shared the importance while Vesta is in Cancer for us to remember that Home is within and that while we are humans we have two Homes, the Divine One within ourselves, an invisible power that makes us feel at Home, wherever we go, and secondly, our bodies, our sacred physical home, that gives us the opportunity to experience this human life.
Taking care of ourselves and our bodies, is vital at this time, for we need periods of recovery before we can move forward and enter into a new integration phase. This is a time for us to nurture ourselves, so we can too extend this same love, nourishment, and protection to our family, home, and all that is sacred for us.
On this same day, we too have Pallas, moving into Libra. Pallas represents the wisdom of the feminine, and its power, when we are aligned, from within, with the Divine Feminine, and consicously descend its guidance. This is an opportunity to use the wisdom of the feminine for us to solve any situation justly, from a space of unconditional love, equality, and more balance, for Libra asks us to make balanced decisions, acting in a way that will benefit All, equally, not just the self.
This is a month to cultivate the female essence, balancing the masculine, expansive, and fiery one from last month. A frequency that reminds us of the importance of dwelling in the love, wisdom, and healing power of the feminine, while we continue creating, and manifesting, in the physical, as reconnection, and deep soul communion, are key for us to create with discernment and equality.
The next day, on September 14th we have a New Moon in Virgo. A Moon that invites us to detoxify, take care of ourselves, at all levels, declutter and bring all into its original order, from within to without, remembering the importance of structure, and discipline to be able to create balanced and aligned outcomes. Virgo is all about restoring the authentic order in ourselves, things, relationships, our bodies, and everything that surrounds us, for we have the power to distill, regenerate, and purify completely.
This is a very healing frequency for all who are too immersed in that healing-recovery phase, for it is a month in which all the energies align for us to nurture, heal, and restore ourselves. This is the continuation of the energies that began with Pisces at the end of August and that too invited us to commune with ourselves, clearing all we should, stabilizing ourselves completely before we can step into a new phase of constant embodiment. It is also a good phase for all who are rehabilitating and reconnecting their DNA, retrieving its crystalline properties, as we continue uncovering our dormant wisdom and potentiality.
On September 15th, Mercury will move direct, for those who need this information. As you know, nothing can govern our micro cycles, but our own soul and God's Self, unless we give our power away to illusions and other distractions. It is up to you how you choose to see reality and create within it.
When we feed a belief that is an illusion, we make it true. We see evidence of it everywhere we look at or go, not because it is real, but because our power, as creators, adapt reality to the vision we have of it, that is how powerful we are.
A few days later, on September 23 Sun enters Libra, and we too celebrate the Equinox and with it, the peak of the stabilizing frequencies received since the end of August. If we look closely, this month offers us precious energies for us to balance every single aspect of ourselves, and hence, our lives, as they are a reflection of how we feel inside.
This is a very harmonic Equinox, for it is about creating more inner balance, through healing and clearing, as well as into our planet, through our conscious acts, and our particular mission. A very busy period for stabilizers, and grid workers whose main mission is to seed harmony, and balance and bring restoration to the Earth's organic portals, for now more than ever we are called to be of service to All, as this journey, it is never about ourselves, but about remembering unity and how to serve the whole, through our conscious and loving acts.
Finally, on September 29 we end the month with a Full Moon at 6 degrees Aries. This is a moon to celebrate, where we are, and what we have healed, cleared, achieved, and created, for not all is hard work in our ascension path, and celebrating who we have become, due to our inner work and resilience is also of great importance.
Guides always share their respect and appreciation for all we do, from a space of unconditional love and selfless assistance, for they, from their perspective, see what is truly important. This is a time for us to revise, discern our personal journey, and see only that which we are grateful for, and have mastered, for recognizing the steps we have already taken towards self-unity and service to All, is vital for us to see our progress, regaining hope and faith in ourselves and unique journey.

I'm coming in to let you know there are things happening and in motion. Because of that many of us are feeling activations in the body.
Normally we would call these Ascension Symptoms but they aren't really that. It's more like you are activating as our Core activates more and more.
So you may feel it in your crown or third eye, or root, or all three at once. It's a very interesting night of energetic activations, like nothing we've experienced before.
If you're feeling them, just enjoy the ride. Listen to your system, your team, your nudges.
If you aren't, enjoy that you aren't now, because they're coming.
And remember, everything you're feeling is just what is needed uniquely for you.

Overnight, we experienced full body activations and expected to feel more as we continue to move forward through today.
Today, we have solar weather returning.
A Coronal Mass Ejection or CME is expected to hit later tonight.
We also have Flux Energies at high levels and alerting.
Solar winds are back as well.
More M Class Solar flares, too.
Kp levels may also rise.
Schumann Resonance is showing our ascension teams at work.
It's the biggest Solar Weather day we've had in weeks.
However you are experiencing today, please know that it's just as it's meant to be for YOU!
You are walking in your power now like never before.
Everything is coming together just as it Iis meant to be.
There is undeniable magic in the air that is wrapping around everything you're experiencing.
