Huge Central Sun energy surges are pouring in now, which superceed anything we ever experienced before as our whole energy systems are being supercharged - jumpstarted perhaps more descriptive and loaded with sacred geometrical symbols, codes and what looks like cryptic symbols and sound.
As we are now totally freed from the old matrix this is opening the intergalactic and universal communication systems within our new Solar Lightbodies, so that we will be able to interact on all levels with our loving space brothers and sisters, our galactic soul families again, and consciously now.
More than this the 7th, 9th and 12th dimensions are being anchored in for the same purpose, as more chakras and energy centers open within our new bodies and fields.
You will feel as if you are being lifted into a totally new and lighter, higher life and way of life and living. I was experiencing this all day, the silence and quietude and as if I had stepped into the new earth existence with hardly anyone around. It was beautiful.
Some though, will feel disorientated, as if they need to find themselves at much higher levels and thus feeling stretched as never before.
Go inwards and switch off all outside interference.
All you need is there within you.
All the intergalactic, universal and cosmic counsels are here now to assist us through this immense shift.

Blog news/me news - My new x-stitch project - 31.05.2025

For those who have been following me for a while and have read my Weekend Vibezz articles, you might remember that at the end of January, I took on quite a big challenge — I decided to create my very own cross-stitch piece.

I’ve always wanted to make something unique, and since this hobby has been a big part of my life for years — something I truly enjoy in my free time — it felt like the right moment. Until now, I had only ever stitched designs made by others, like so many cross-stitchers around the world. But with this project, I decided to take a completely new path.

Since I can’t really draw, and I can’t afford to hire an artist at the moment, using an AI image generator seemed like the best option. I know many people think that generating images with AI is “unfair” or purely derivative of other works, but in my view, it blends learned (copied) techniques with the user’s own ideas — two elements coming together to create something new. That doesn’t mean AI can replace artists — not at all. Human creativity, the soul expressed through the human mind, is endlessly deep and powerful, and AI will never come close to replicating that.

I often browse online stores to see the latest cross-stitch kits or look through PDF charts made by other creators on Etsy, but I never really found anything that spoke to me — especially in this galactic style - I found none. That’s why I wanted to create something truly unique, something that reflects what I love.

The image generation process was pretty rough at first. It took the program quite a while to understand what I really wanted. After about 20 attempts — when I was close to giving up — this image finally appeared. Love at first sight. I was completely captivated by it, in every way. I knew immediately: this is the one I want to stitch. The play of light and shadow on a galactic feline warrior — it had everything.


I did a lot of research on how to turn the image into a chart I could stitch from, and which program could reproduce the original image as faithfully as possible. I ended up using Flosscross, which is free (huge thanks for that!). The setup was easy. At first, I thought the image was too dark, so I lightened it in the program. I also initially aimed for a medium-sized chart, but the result looked too pixelated. So I cranked it up to the maximum — 300x300. Later I realized that would result in a 49x49 cm image — something I’d never attempted before. Oh well, let’s do it! My motto when it comes to my hobby is "if I can sew this, I can sew anything."

I printed the PDF chart, cut the fabric to size, picked the colors, and started stitching. What motivated me was the excitement of trying something new, and curiosity about what it will be like — my very first independent project. When I got to the pink thread, though, I hesitated… Seriously? My lion warrior is going to be pink? Time to rework the plan.

I put the image back into the program, kept the original dark tones, exported a new PDF, picked new colors, and since my printer was almost out of ink, I worked off my computer for a while. Eventually, I realized I much prefer using paper charts — looking at the screen every day isn’t for me. I know many people use mobile apps, but I’m not a fan. We bought new ink, printed the 28-page chart again, and I continued with the updated colors.

Meanwhile, I joined a few cross-stitch Facebook groups, and while scrolling through images and comments, I picked up all kinds of tips and new terms — like “confetti stitch,” which means a ton of different colors scattered everywhere. This design definitely falls into that category, and there were moments it nearly drove me to tears. When I wasn’t stitching, I was watching YouTube videos about cross-stitch tips and techniques, and generating new galactic feline images for future projects. Some of the best images were created with Leonardo AI — and I already have quite a few I’d love to stitch someday, if the stars align.

I started this project on January 24 and finished it on May 30 — more than four months of work, stitching nearly every day for 1 to 10 hours. Winter turned into spring, and then early summer by the time I completed this massive piece. It was a real journey. I learned so much — it took willpower, patience, love for the craft, and a whole lot of dedication. But I never once wanted to give up — this was my creation.

Toward the end, something shifted — I briefly lost the “passion” and the “peace” during a recent solar storm. But it came back quickly, especially after I started working on a stamped cross-stitch piece for fun. It gave me the boost I needed to finally finish the Lion Warrior.

By the way, if you’re thinking of getting into cross-stitching, I highly recommend starting with stamped cross-stitch kits. I’ll share more about that once I finish my current one.




So here it is — the final piece! Unfortunately, the camera doesn’t quite capture the colors — I think it looks much better in person. Personally, I’m totally satisfied with the result… although I’m not sure I’ll ever make a piece this big again, haha..or who knows I can be so crazy again. The finished size is 47x49 cm, with 90,000 stitches and 54 colors. The estimated value is €900, and I plan to sell it for between €300–500. I still need to steam it and frame it. This will be a one-of-a-kind piece… but I hope I´m able to create a whole series of Galactic Felines...because I have the raw material for the picture (no, I won't make it public yet), I just need time (I have at the moment) - and money for yarn (may the Universe will help if I need to bring alive these projects :))

Lee Harris - The quiet mind & you are playing your piece of the jigsaw - 31.05.2025


The Quiet Mind is the place where you just allow yourself to be still or to stop. And while there can be incredible practices and methods and tools that can help you deepen your quiet mind and cultivate more of a quiet mind more of the time, actually, the message that I've had for years (and it works for me), is if you just have a consciousness about taking a quiet moment.

I would say that the real juice will start to come if you could give yourself three, four or five minutes to just have a quiet mind. This means nothing coming toward you - you're not engaging in something. You can be listening to all the sounds around you, you'll have thoughts; that will happen. But you'll allow a space for something to come in. And the more we practice this, the more we start to hear.

So the quiet mind is a place where we can hear loud whispers - parts of ourself that we perhaps have been a bit more unconscious about.

Don’t wait for an apology… it may never come. Most people are operating from a place of lack... lack of love, patience, peace, self-worth. So what you experience from them is often not about you at all... it’s a reflection of their own broken lens.
People who feel inferior will project jealousy, anger, hate, or laziness... not because of what you did, but because of what they haven’t healed. And when you truly see that... you stop needing an apology. You stop needing closure. You just start forgiving... not their actions, but the pain they’re still trapped in.
If they were anchored in love and abundance, the hurt wouldn’t have happened. So pray for them... not to change, but to rise. Pray they find the peace that already flows through you.

People talk a lot about sacred sexuality these days, but most don’t really understand what that means. It’s not just about passion or pleasure... it’s about energy.

Natalia Alba - Jun - balance and recalibration - 30.05.2025


Beloved Ones,

June will be a month for bringing balance and recalibration to ourselves and relationships, as we continue creating new foundations for our new lives. It is a month to continue transfiguring our three-dimensional chakras, as the only way to achieve synthesis between our opposite energies, creating unified outcomes in our lives as well.

June's energies will remind us of the importance of the Divine Female, for it is the one that gives birth from within all we see into the physical. We no longer separate, for our mission is to honor both equally.

Many of you, as Venusian channels or other precious similar roles, no longer focus just on restoring the female, but on the importance of embracing and restoring the masculine as well, as part of the female's mission is to help the masculine remember, surrender, and come back to her.

As Venus moves into Taurus, Mercury in Cancer, as well as Jupiter and the Sun later on in the month, we wil move from the mental plane and the masculine energy to cultivate as well the female essence within us, the one that lets go, surrenders, and embraces all lovingly, gracefully, and freely.

It is a time for new beginnings, ones that emerge from our ability to let go through conscious healing and complete surrender to our personal process. It all begins by holding the intention to release what is not beneficial for us, whether it is a habit, or any other old way of being, a relationship we are still attached to, or fear of becoming who we truly are, as it means letting go of our old life.

On the 6/6, we have Venus in Taurus, an opportunity to remove all addictions, false energetic links, and especially all sexual cords embedded within our second chakra and hence our female essence. Many of you carry sexual or emotional cords that impede you from embracing your female wisdom and intuitive abilities, birthing from within your soul's creations.

Many of you have carried sexual inerts within your second chakra and emotional body since the cathar massacres, when your unified template was fragmented with seals and holographic inserts generated to split your divine female and masculine essences. Others may have experienced sexual trauma or have not yet cut cords with relationships that keep them attached to others.

Sexual cords are one of the most draining attachments we can have in our light bodies, as it is a form of being not only linked to another person, but to addictive behaviours, habits, and non-benevolent influences, as we have holes in our emotional body that allows debris and other non-benevolent forms of consciousness to instal themselves into our second chakra.

Our second chakra is also one of our main sources of power, our female power, the one that creates from within what later the masculine manifests in the physical. The one that has the ability to connect to the God World, witnessing what we cannot from our human view, and descending the wisdom required for us to walk our unique path.

When we are attached to other sources, we are not aligned to our authentic God ones, and it is then that we cannot express our sexuality, which not only involves intimacy but the intimate inner act of creation that occurs within us. This is because our emotional bodies are not yet healed and cleared, holding programs that disempower the power of the female. This is one of the main reasons why we still try to find love in outside sources, or get attached to people, because we have not yet restored love within ourselves.

Other common issues of female disempowerment are the physical exchanges in our relationships, as we create cords that need to be removed verbally, emotionally, and mentally when we end the relationship. Otherwise, we will continually be connected to the other person for at least five years, which is what my Guides always share, until the dissolution of these cords starts, and even then, if we do not consciously remove them, residual energies will remain.

Venus in Taurus is another gift for us to continue repattering our emotional body and sexual organs, for this year is an opportunity for us to cleanse all we have not yet been able to realize within our three main chakras, clearing all human, inherited and galactic trauma so we can anchor ourselves into the soul dimensions, without coming back and forth to old timelines.

With the 6/6 passage, we will also have the opportunity to work with our connection to the angelic worlds, restoring balance in our polarities, for those who are there, and hence your connection to the sixth dimensions, especially for those of you with Venusian and Pleiadian connections.

The more we let go, the more we will welcome in. The more we open our hearts, the less pain we will feel, for the love we allow neutralizes it, and expands our compassion to All. This is when we know we have finally healed the female, when we live within Divine Love, compassion, surrender, neutrality, and humility.

Opening ourselves to feel the wound, its pain, is a gift, for it teaches us how to transcend illusion and the suffering we often perpetuate in time because we are afraid to let go. It is then that we realize that all the aspects of us that feel hurt are because they yearn for love. When we do soul retrieval in all the parts of us that dwell in the shadows, we feel that what they need is to come back Home, to the love that we are, and it is there when we finally heal and become more whole, allowing the light in.

This is an important month in which we can feel emotional, as we let go and embrace our reality. Welcome tears of release, joy, or pain, as it is the way your body has to remove old energies. Welcome all without judgments, knowing all is showing you something precious you need to see about yourself, you could not before, and when you surrender and embrace it, ultimately, you heal yourself.

As we continue navigating this transitional year, remember to always remain in your Soul/Heart Portal, untouchable and impenetrable by anything that is not Love.

Judith Kusel - new land mass rising - 30.05.2025


I woke up this morning with such a crystal clear vision of what is happening right now, that we should become aware of. This was way before I saw that that huge earthquake had occurred offshore of Cape Town and Antarctica, as Gordy, the elephant seal, when I tuned into him, had telepathically relayed to me, and which now has been confirmed.
Animals, birds, and all of nature, know beforehand when such things are going to happen, and we need to now TAKE HEED of their messages, rather than to ignore them.
I was shown the oceans and waters, and how huge earth changes, like undersea volcanoes erupting, earthquakes, and tidal waves, and so much more, will occur. This is because of new land mass rising, and the breaking up of other land mass, and into the seas.
So there will be huge earth upheavals simultaneously with earth quakes, volcanoes erupting (even seeming dormant ones), as well as boiling waters, geysers, floods, and sudden rips occurring in the earth, or landslides, or even sink holes appearing.
There is much activity, as I was shown, that words just do not suffice.
This is not to frighten you.
There is nothing to fear, understanding that the old is making way for the new.
With so much now happening to free the earth of thousands of earth of the old matrix, she is merely now shedding the old, like a dog sheds fleas. It is her own way of cleansing and clearing, much like we are doing now.
Yet, within this all, the New Earth has already been born, and is now energetically merging with the old. This a beautiful, profound and sacred merging, for it is brining in a totally new life, and new beginnings in much higher dimensional existence, than before.
This is time, to find that still point within, to go out in nature, and to connect more deeply with mother earth, and when animals behave strangely and unusually, and birds, insects, and all life and life forms, to READ the signs, to use telepathic communication and to ASK what is causing their behaviors and more than this, to tune in.
The tuned in we become, the more we will thrive, and indeed grow in consciousness, in awareness, and expand into our new existence, with love and joy!
What a time to be alive and well and on planet earth!

With the June Solar shift upon us, it is a perfect Now to review the effects of Solar and geomagnetic activity on the body, mind, emotions, and spirit.

Whenever the Solar presence provides us with a shift in the Stargates, we seize the opportunity to prepare and receive. Changes in Solaris (the SUN) directly affect our realities and Ascension process.

Solaris consistently adjusts to the Galactic and Universal Light levels, broadcasting the new Mother Plasma, harmonics, frequencies, Source particles, and Light Intelligence.

With the major Stargate shift in 2018, each Solar upgrade dramatically increases the intensity and acceleration of our Ascension process. Solaris recalibrates in jumps rather than steps, in order to keep up with the high-intensity plasma and light flowing from the Grand Central SUN and Higher Realms.

The June Solar recalibration allows Solaris to broadcast a radically higher frequency of light that feels more refined, pure, and penetrating. This activity is laser-focused on delivering plasma, particles, and harmonics to activate Unity Consciousness into the fully prepared Kryst Field, Gaia's Crystalline Core, Divine HUman DNA, and Infinite Heart conduits of Source LoveLight Intelligence.

Another step in this three-year window to prepare for unified Ascension events.
Solar Cycle 25 is peaking this year, facilitating life changes and spiritual growth. Magnetic fluctuations, strong cosmic energies, and new plasma are constantly shifting and influencing our fields. Events accelerate, providing more frequent Solar, Planetary, and collective upgrades. This stimulates more changes in our bodies and consciousness, more often.
The thinning magnetic field makes us more vulnerable to Solar activity. We become more sensitive to the Kryst Field, Mother Plasma, new light dynamics, cosmic forces, and Ascension itself.

The Effects of Solar and Geomagnetic Activity

Solar activity, geomagnetic shifts, and plasma influxes deliver Source Intelligence, accelerating the realm shift to Unity Consciousness, higher vibrational states of Gaia, and Ascension.

We’re seeing more earthquakes. More tornadoes. More fires. More strange storms in places they’ve never happened before. And there’s a reason.
What’s happening isn’t random. It’s not political. It’s not manufactured hype. It’s Gaia rebalancing herself.
The Earth is in the middle of a massive transition... not just physically, but spiritually and energetically. She’s clearing out old grid systems, dissolving distorted frequency fields, and releasing generations of stored trauma, suppression, and imbalance from her body.
And the elements... fire, air, water, and earth... are her expression.
Tornadoes and intense winds are breaking apart stuck timelines and stagnant collective energy.
Fires are clearing emotional residue, especially in places heavy with ancestral or unprocessed pain.
Earthquakes are grid-level recalibrations... realignments deep in the foundation of the Earth’s body.
Floods and water surges are not accidents... they are emotional purges on a planetary scale.
It may look chaotic from the outside. But this is deeply intelligent, deeply purposeful. Gaia is not lashing out... she’s releasing what’s no longer aligned so she can restore her original harmonic field.

Lately, it’s felt like we’re stuck between timelines... and that’s exactly what’s happening. We’re in this strange space where the old reality hasn’t fully dissolved, and the new one hasn’t quite locked in. It’s like standing in a hallway between two worlds, and honestly, it’s exhausting.
You might feel like nothing’s moving, even though deep down you know everything is. Some people are waking up with anxiety for no reason, feeling totally detached from things they used to care about, or just kind of… blank. That’s because we’re not just dealing with energy shifts... we’re literally shifting timelines.
Right now, from late May into the first week of June, we’re in the middle of a big compression wave. The energies are intense, but not in a chaotic way. More like a deep restructuring. Old stuff is being pushed up to be cleared. Some of it isn’t even yours... it’s collective. The solar flares, the shifts in Earth’s frequency… it’s all part of this larger adjustment happening behind the scenes.
So if you feel like you’ve lost your momentum or can’t see the next step clearly, that’s okay. This is the pause before the next wave hits. Between June 3rd and 5th, things will start to break open again. Clarity will return. The new path will start to take shape. Until then, rest. Trust. Don’t force anything.

Something’s definitely in the air lately… and not in a light or easy way. A lot of people are feeling stuck, restless, frustrated... like they’re caught in a weird holding pattern and can’t quite move forward. It’s not just in your head. The energy has been intense. Judith Kusel - The shackles and bond have come off - 29.05.2025


I am deeply inspired and filled with joy, for I am being shown how we now have the freedom to truly step fully in our soul mastery and co-create the New Golden Age.
The shackles and bond have come off and this means that we now need to leave the old life behind completely, and claim our new life and life more abundantly.
It starts first WITHIN. Within us, and our own preparedness to shift and change and to lovingly, joyfully, deeply inspired from within start to co-create a new life and new beginning for ourselves, and this will have a ripple effect on the whole.
It means that the like-minded souls will gather in communities of Light, who share the same vision, the same calling, and in so many ways, these will be practical solutions, like growing their own food organically, cutting out pesticides, living holistically and close to nature, caring communities, where talents, abilities etc. are pooled and everyone uniquely contributes to the whole, with love and joy.
It will be a total shift into higher awareness that we need to take full responsibility for our own lives and our own well being, and not give our powers away to any outside authorities any more.
It means that we follow our heart call and that we truly do what we love, and love what we do, and serve in the highest and best ways for the highest good of all.
And when we wish to manifest something to always add: "That this will be answered and manifest in the highest and best ways, for the highest good of all concerned."
Yes, we are now past all the old self-service, the old ego, the old competition, the old lack, the old shrinking of ourselves to please others, authority figures, enslavement in whatever form or way, and now becoming Soul Empowered again!
And so much more.
The more aware and conscious we become, the more our creativity will flow, and with it the inspiration to create miracles, which will benefit all life and life forms on planet earth, within her, and upon her and yes, co-create the New Golden Age, with love and joy!
Yet, all change indeed first comes from deep within ourselves, before it can manifest into form outside of ourselves.

To me this is the miracle of new life unfolding.

Especially in these final days of May, the Pleiadians announce that there will be a phenomenal influx of Light, anticipating a restructuring of the Planet’s energy Grid/Network originally set to occur in 2026 – to accelerate the Collective toward Freedom.

The individual auric field will be synchronizing with the new frequency to be carried by your physical body in tune with the Magnetic Core of the Earth (Schumann Frequency).
In this process, there are internal explosions breaking down blockages, in a recalibration that begins and ends in the space of your Multidimensional Heart, causing emotional fluctuations due to the volume of energy flowing through your systems.

Stabilization is needed for this alignment, maintaining a high energy field and preserving oneself—avoiding mental-emotional negativities and the consumption of heavy foods and drinks.

PRACTICES

Spiritual practice can be done simply, at every moment of your day. Just Be Aware.
Focus on your breath and observe it for a few minutes, following its flow through your body. This is a form of meditation to anchor the energy of your own Source.
Another method is to do Conscious Breathing once every hour, gently inhaling and exhaling through the mouth, with one hand on the chest. This creates a Pause in 3D to touch the vast space of Consciousness.

Slow down your routine and find joy in small things, which brings Clarity and Inner Strength to process and release feelings with Compassion.

Listen to or chant sounds with healing frequencies, learning to Give and Receive Love. If possible, bathe in the auric energies of Nature. Breathe in the Wind. Hydrate. Be Silent. Write. Paint. Embroider. Crafting is an expression of the Soul’s creativity, and revelations may be drawn from it.

You must master a new way of thinking to express your spiritual Self.
