"You're here because you know something. What you know you can't explain, but you feel it. You've felt it your entire life, that there's something wrong with the world. You don't know what it is, but it's there, like a splinter in your mind, driving you mad. It is this feeling that has brought you to me." Morpheus - Matrix

Belle Sisoski - The Revival & The Revelation (music)

I love the YouTube algorithm - this lady's video randomly appeared today and I really liked it - because she combines the past and the present, i.e. in her music she combines various traditional instruments with modern "techno" elements and her own voice + as an added bonus, the lyric is also spiritual. I hope you like it too .. my fav is the Revival :)

Have a nice weekend :)

"So what is the purpose of life?
Can you help me?

Ehya, ehya ehya ey

Bring back to life
Remains of mine
That’s hard to find
Was lost but found
You hear my sound
I’ve been around

Now I’ve got the world on my back
And I can’t take it
It’s the strength that I lack
I’m questioning directions that I have
Searching and finding

The purpose of life
To Revive

Purpose
Why do you seek purpose?
Why do you chase dreams?
It gives me individual identity
But it imprisons me
I'm anxious of the future
Can you help me?
You need to let go
Live in the moment
Don't worry
Because nothing really matters

So what is the purpose of life?
I'm searching and finding no more
You, brought me back to life
Revive"

"We rise, we fall, we do it all
The past reborn, the present recall
We rise, we fall, we do it all
The path I see, reveals to me

Feel the ground beneath my feet
The roots entwine, the soil runs deep
The voices call, reveal to me
A path, a new way home to keep

The time has come, my story's clear
Through sacred ground where I belong
The echoes and my voices meet
The past and new, my thread's complete

Revealed to me, and now I see

Do you see it?
Do you hear it?
Do you feel it?
This is your story.
This is your people.
This is your legacy.
Here's to a new way home.

Rise, Fall, Do, All
Past, Born, Present, Call "
