And just like that, we have a huge & powerful solar flare 
Since the full moon the rise & stepping into the powerful of the masculine has been really on my mind, I feel especially right now, there are so many men in the process of massive awakenings going through huge changes & possibly even having lots of interference energies thrown at them to prevent them to step into their full power!
As the system crumbles more and more, so does the inverted masculine energy, I definitely believe that the Sun energies and Solar Flare would be amplifying this process!
I feel like everyone can agree that 'something' is about to occur on the world stage to trigger loads more to Awaken rapidly... What the actual event will be is anyone's guess.
It could be a combination of many things we've been anticipating for many years 
No matter what it is... The most important thing we can do is stay present, heart centred, discerning & follow our inner guidance

There we go again, the Solar Activity is really building strong momentum now!
We've had a large M Class flare & just now are our second X Class in 24 hours!
Things are really heating up! If you've been like me, you've probably been wiped for most of the day with strong headaches off and on!
I've been guided to keep detoxifying the body, having a hot bath, plenty of water or tea & as much rest as possible.
These waves are strong & helping support the diamond 
frequencies coming to intergrate into the body.

Main focus points seem to be the head preparation for the new system in the consciousness, heart clearing from old story lines, and legs trying to ground and assimilate these frequencies into the Earth.
