Strong UPGRADE (time frame ~ 12 h). We are receiving new energetic Package for this Now to upgrade our System:

• Further coding for the crystallisation process:

- 'Sudden' changes in diet;

- Loss of appetite and/or request for light-organic-high vibrational greens, vegetables, berries, fruits, juices, smoothies.

- Body request to drink a lot more pure water or any other liquid, that contains supportive 'particles' for this Now.

Listen in subtle 'signals' physical&crystalline Light Body sends out approximately during the next 24 hours (please, this is only 'time frame', that can be very different for each, and what serves for your highest physical/LightBody wellbeing will be known to you).

• Support Coding for MENTAL and EMOTIONAL bodies/planes:

- Due to massive purge of Mental and Emotional planes sub-levels, and cellular releases (physical plane), we are receiving Data Coding that strengthens both planes, in order to directly strengthen our Mental Wholeness (Health) in Collective; those who are conscious aware would feel the most benefit and result in their mental bodies.

Energy Incoming and climbing. A weak coronal hole solar wind stream reached our planet, but just cause K2 geomagnetic storm but still cause symptoms for those who are sensitive. 
My ear ringing and makes me tired this energy, I can confirm the above article definitely, the clearing process still ongoing and the diet changes too. I started to feel so smelly the pig meat (I´m not vegan or vegetarian) and even the cooked meat too and nothing can take away this "dead smell" and taste from it. The meat has nothing problem - not old, or bad, just my body started "rebelled" against it, but for the shrimp or other fish didn't have that feeling. The interesting thing, that my mum has the same who lives in a different country.
